技术领域:
本发明涉及一种便于防护的电梯用宣传屏,属于电梯用具技术领域。
背景技术:
电梯是一种以电动机为动力的垂直升降机,装有箱状吊舱,用于多层建筑乘人或载运货物。也有台阶式,踏步板装在履带上连续运行,俗称自动扶梯或自动人行道。服务于规定楼层的固定式升降设备。垂直升降电梯具有一个轿厢,运行在至少两列垂直的或倾斜角小于15°的刚性导轨之间。轿厢尺寸与结构形式便于乘客出入或装卸货物。习惯上不论其驱动方式如何,将电梯作为建筑物内垂直交通运输工具的总称。按速度可分低速电梯(1米/秒以下)、快速电梯(1-2米/秒)和高速电梯(2米/秒以上)。19世纪中期开始出现液压电梯,至今仍在低层建筑物上应用。1852年,美国的E.G.奥蒂斯研制出钢丝绳提升的安全升降机。80年代,驱动装置有进一步改进,如电动机通过蜗杆传动带动缠绕卷筒、采用平衡重等。19世纪末,采用了摩擦轮传动,大大增加电梯的提升高度。
现有的电梯内均设置有宣传用显示屏,其在进行宣传时,显示屏不能实现防护,导致显示屏受到外力而破坏,使用寿命短。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于防护的电梯用宣传屏。
本发明的一种便于防护的电梯用宣传屏,它包含安装架、挂接架、显示屏、防护罩、气囊式防护柱、限位柱、防尘罩、减震弹簧;所述安装架安装在轿厢上,所述安装架上挂接有挂接架,所述挂接架安装在显示屏的后端,所述显示屏的外侧设置有防护罩,所述防护罩的内侧壁上且对应显示屏的四角处均设置有气囊式防护柱,所述气囊式防护柱与显示屏的边框连接,所述防护罩的后端安装有减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧与限位柱连接,所述限位柱安装在轿厢的侧壁上,所述减震弹簧的外侧套接有防尘罩。
作为优选,所述防尘罩为弹性式防尘罩。
作为优选,所述气囊式防护柱包含气囊柱体与减震垫,所述气囊柱体的两端均安装有减震垫。
作为优选,所述安装架的内部设置有辅助散热器。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:便于实现宣传与防护,使用方便,操作简便,效率高,能延长使用寿命。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过附图中示出的具体实施例来描述本发明。但是应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
如图1-2所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含安装架1、挂接架2、显示屏3、防护罩4、气囊式防护柱5、限位柱6、防尘罩7、减震弹簧8;所述安装架1安装在轿厢上,所述安装架1上挂接有挂接架2,所述挂接架2安装在显示屏3的后端,所述显示屏3的外侧设置有防护罩4,所述防护罩4的内侧壁上且对应显示屏3的四角处均设置有气囊式防护柱5,所述气囊式防护柱5与显示屏3的边框连接,所述防护罩4的后端安装有减震弹簧8,所述减震弹簧8与限位柱6连接,所述限位柱6安装在轿厢的侧壁上,所述减震弹簧8的外侧套接有防尘罩7。
进一步的,所述防尘罩7为弹性式防尘罩。
进一步的,所述气囊式防护柱5包含气囊柱体51与减震垫52,所述气囊柱体51的两端均安装有减震垫52。
进一步的,所述安装架1的内部设置有辅助散热器。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:在使用时,通过安装架1安装在轿厢上,然后挂接架2挂接在安装架1上实现显示屏3的安装,防护罩4实现显示屏3的防护,当防护罩4受力时,防护罩4的内侧通过气囊式防护柱5实现缓冲力度,防护罩4的后端通过减震弹簧8实现力度缓冲,且通过限位柱6实现防护罩的限位,防止防护罩4撞击到显示屏,能有效的保护显示屏,延长使用寿命,操作简便,效率高。
本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。

1.一种便于防护的电梯用宣传屏,其特征在于:它包含安装架、挂接架、显示屏、防护罩、气囊式防护柱、限位柱、防尘罩、减震弹簧;所述安装架安装在轿厢上,所述安装架上挂接有挂接架,所述挂接架安装在显示屏的后端,所述显示屏的外侧设置有防护罩,所述防护罩的内侧壁上且对应显示屏的四角处均设置有气囊式防护柱,所述气囊式防护柱与显示屏的边框连接,所述防护罩的后端安装有减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧与限位柱连接,所述限位柱安装在轿厢的侧壁上,所述减震弹簧的外侧套接有防尘罩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于防护的电梯用宣传屏,其特征在于:所述防尘罩为弹性式防尘罩。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于防护的电梯用宣传屏,其特征在于:所述气囊式防护柱包含气囊柱体与减震垫,所述气囊柱体的两端均安装有减震垫。
