Abstract

本发明公开了一种钢包头的加工工艺,其特征在于其加工步骤为:将50#卷料钢材整平,整平后的钢材经冲床冲压下料,钢片为椭圆形,将椭圆形钢片拉伸成的碗状壳体,且所述壳体的碗口为椭圆形,采用冲床将拉伸后的壳体进行纵向对半分切成钢包头,钢包头与鞋头形状相仿,然后再由冲床将对切后的边缘裁切平整,再用冲床将钢包头的下边缘进行卷边,使得钢包头的下边缘向内弯曲形成包边,将成型后的钢包头进行热处理,清理毛刺并将钢包头清洗干净,将清理后的钢包头进行喷塑,最后在钢包头与脚背接触的边缘贴上胶条。本发明加工生产的钢包头不仅具有抗冲击、耐曲折的特性,安全系数高,而且使用舒适,使用寿命长久。

一种钢包头的加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种钢包头的加工工艺。
背景技术
钢包头是由钢材制成的鞋头,这样鞋子属于安全鞋,主要用危险作业的工作人员穿着,避免脚背背及脚背底板部受伤。现有的钢包头的加工粗糙,钢包头抗压性、耐曲折性较低,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种加工精良的钢包头的加工工艺,使得生产的钢包头具有抗压性、耐曲折性强的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种钢包头的加工工艺,其特征在于其加工步骤为:
1)选用50#钢材,钢材为卷料;
2)将卷料钢材整平;
3)整平后的钢材经冲床冲压下料,钢片为椭圆形;
4)采用液压机冲压,将椭圆形钢片拉伸成的碗状壳体,且所述壳体的碗口为椭圆形;
5)采用冲床将拉伸后的壳体进行纵向对半分切成钢包头,钢包头与鞋头形状相仿;
6)然后再由冲床将对切后的边缘裁切平整;
7)再用冲床的卷边刀将钢包头的下边缘进行卷边,使得钢包头的下边缘向内弯曲形成包边;
8)将成型后的钢包头进行热处理,所述热处理包括有以下步骤:
A、采用800℃-900℃高温油加热50-60分钟;
B、再用50℃-60℃的淬火油进行冷却处理10-20分钟;
C、回火,回火温度为380℃-400℃,回火时间为70-80分钟;
9)清理毛刺并将钢包头清洗干净;
10)将清理后的钢包头进行喷塑;
11)在钢包头与脚背接触的边缘贴上胶条。
所述胶条为条状的橡胶条。
本发明加工工序十分简易,但是采用冲床冲压加工精度高,在冲压成型后对壳体的边缘进行裁切,保证切口平整,而且将成型后的钢包头进行热处理,提高钢包头抗压、耐曲折的强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步描述本发明的有关细节。参照附图,该种钢包头的加工工艺,其特征在于其加工步骤为:
1)选用50#钢材,钢材为卷料,相对于片材卷料产生的废料更少,而且加工效率更高;
2)将卷料钢材整平;
3)整平后的钢材经冲床冲压下料,冲压下来的钢片为椭圆形;
4)采用液压机冲压,将椭圆形钢片拉伸成的碗状壳体,且所述壳体的碗口为椭圆形;
5)采用冲床将拉伸后的壳体进行纵向对半分切形成钢包头,钢包头与鞋头形状相仿;
6)然后再由冲床将对切后的钢包头的边缘进行裁切,将边缘裁切平整,避免毛刺刮伤用户;
7)接着用冲床将钢包头的下边缘进行卷边,即冲床上模下压,下模的卷边刀将壳体的下边缘向内弯曲形成包边,这样在加工安全鞋时,钢包头套在模具上,包边使得钢包头将模具头部包覆,不至于脱落;
8)将成型后的钢包头进行热处理,提高钢包头抗压、抗曲折的强度,提高安全鞋的安全系数,所述热处理包括有以下步骤:
A、采用800℃-900℃高温油加热50-60分钟;
B、再用50℃-60℃的淬火油进行冷却处理10-20分钟;
C、回火,回火温度为380℃-400℃,回火时间为70-80分钟;
9)清理毛刺并将钢包头清洗干净,进一步保证钢包头表面光洁,使用舒适;
10)将清理后的钢包头进行喷塑,不仅更加美观,而且具有防腐蚀作用;
11)在钢包头与脚背接触的边缘贴上胶条,所述胶条为条状的橡胶条,橡胶柔软、耐用,在走动时,脚趾头与脚背之间角度会有变化,因此脚背会与钢包头发生接触、摩擦,胶条避免脚背直接与钢包头接触,使脚背与柔软的胶条接触,减少对脚背的磨损,使用更加舒适。
本发明加工生产的钢包头不仅具有抗冲击、耐曲折的特性,安全系数高,而且使用舒适,使用寿命长久。

Claims (2)

1.一种钢包头的加工工艺,其特征在于其加工步骤为:
1)选用50#钢材,钢材为卷料;
2)将卷料钢材整平;
3)整平后的钢材经冲床冲压下料,钢片为椭圆形;
4)采用液压机冲压,将椭圆形钢片拉伸成的碗状壳体,且所述壳体的碗口为椭圆形;
5)采用冲床将拉伸后的壳体进行纵向对半分切成钢包头,钢包头与鞋头形状相仿;
6)然后再由冲床将对切后的边缘裁切平整;
7)再用冲床将钢包头的下边缘进行卷边,使得钢包头的下边缘向内弯曲形成包边;
8)将成型后的钢包头进行热处理,所述热处理包括有以下步骤:
A、采用800℃-900℃高温油加热50-60分钟;
B、再用50℃-60℃的淬火油进行冷却处理10-20分钟;
C、回火,回火温度为380℃-400℃,回火时间为70-80分钟;
9)清理毛刺并将钢包头清洗干净;
