Abstract
本发明涉及针刺毡技术领域,尤其是一种PPS与PTFE复合纤维增强涂层针刺毡,包括复合纤维层,所述复合纤维层的上下表面均连接有加强层,所述加强层远离复合纤维层的一面均连接有防护层,所述复合纤维层上均匀贯穿有与之垂直的连接杆,所述连接杆的两端均设有连接头,所述防护层上均布有连接座,所述连接座上设有与连接头形状匹配的连接槽,本发明采用了PPS与PTFE复合纤维层作为基本层,使其耐高温能力、强度和韧性都得到提高,且设置了加强层和防护层对其进行保护,进一步提高了整体耐腐蚀、抗形变能力,另外设置了连接杆和连接座用于对各层之间进行连接,有效防止分层。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及针刺毡技术领域,尤其涉及一种PPS与PTFE复合纤维增强涂层针刺毡。
背景技术
在一些烟尘过滤温度较高的场合,如电厂、钢铁、冶金、水泥、电力、化工、制药等行业使用的过滤材料,耐化学性能要求越来越高其颗粒物对滤料的磨损比较严重,则覆膜滤料在颗粒物的作用下,其微孔膜易被刮伤,导致过滤材料的过滤精度和使用寿命的降低。为此有人设计出了使用多层材料复合的针刺毡,虽然提高了整体性能,但是各层之间的连接不稳定,容易分层脱落,结构强度差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在理化性能差、易分层的缺点,而提出的一种PPS与PTFE复合纤维增强涂层针刺毡。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种PPS与PTFE复合纤维增强涂层针刺毡,包括复合纤维层,所述复合纤维层的上下表面均连接有加强层,所述加强层远离复合纤维层的一面均连接有防护层,所述复合纤维层上均匀贯穿有与之垂直的连接杆,所述连接杆的两端均设有连接头,所述防护层上均布有连接座,所述连接座上设有与连接头形状匹配的连接槽,所述连接头卡装在连接槽内,所述防护层远离复合纤维层的一面上均布有圆台状的凸块,所述凸块上均设有盲孔。
优选的,所述复合纤维层为PPS与PTFE复合纤维层。
优选的,所述加强层与复合纤维层之间连接有粘合层。
优选的,所述连接头为圆锥形,所述连接槽为锥形槽。
优选的,所述防护层与加强层之间的连接面为锯齿面。
本发明提出的一种PPS与PTFE复合纤维增强涂层针刺毡,有益效果在于:本发明采用了PPS与PTFE复合纤维层作为基本层,使其耐高温能力、强度和韧性都得到提高,且设置了加强层和防护层对其进行保护,进一步提高了整体耐腐蚀、抗形变能力,另外设置了连接杆和连接座用于对各层之间进行连接,有效防止分层。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1,一种PPS与PTFE复合纤维增强涂层针刺毡,包括复合纤维层1,复合纤维层1为PPS与PTFE复合纤维层。复合纤维层1的上下表面均连接有加强层3,加强层3与复合纤维层1之间连接有粘合层2。加强层3远离复合纤维层1的一面均连接有防护层11,防护层11与加强层3之间的连接面为锯齿面10。复合纤维层1采用PPS与PTFE复合纤维层,提高整体的耐高温能力、强度和韧性,粘合层2用于增加加强层3与复合纤维层1之间的连接强度,加强层3用于提高整体的结构强度,防护层11用于对针刺毡的表面进行防护,锯齿面10用于增加防护层11与加强层3之间的连接强度,防止分层和相对滑移。
复合纤维层1上均匀贯穿有与之垂直的连接杆4,连接杆4的两端均设有连接头5,连接头5为圆锥形,防护层11上均布有连接座6,连接座6上设有与连接头5形状匹配的连接槽8,连接槽8为锥形槽,连接头5卡装在连接槽8内,防护层11远离复合纤维层1的一面上均布有圆台状的凸块7,凸块7上均设有盲孔9。连接杆4用于增加各层之间的相互联系,连接座6与连接头5配合,对连接杆4的位置进行固定,凸块7以及盲孔9用于增加防护层11的表面积,从而提高散热效果。

1.一种PPS与PTFE复合纤维增强涂层针刺毡,包括复合纤维层(1),其特征在于:所述复合纤维层(1)的上下表面均连接有加强层(3),所述加强层(3)远离复合纤维层(1)的一面均连接有防护层(11),所述复合纤维层(1)上均匀贯穿有与之垂直的连接杆(4),所述连接杆(4)的两端均设有连接头(5),所述防护层(11)上均布有连接座(6),所述连接座(6)上设有与连接头(5)形状匹配的连接槽(8),所述连接头(5)卡装在连接槽(8)内,所述防护层(11)远离复合纤维层(1)的一面上均布有圆台状的凸块(7),所述凸块(7)上均设有盲孔(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PPS与PTFE复合纤维增强涂层针刺毡,其特征在于:所述复合纤维层(1)为PPS与PTFE复合纤维层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PPS与PTFE复合纤维增强涂层针刺毡,其特征在于:所述加强层(3)与复合纤维层(1)之间连接有粘合层(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PPS与PTFE复合纤维增强涂层针刺毡,其特征在于:所述连接头(5)为圆锥形,所述连接槽(8)为锥形槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种PPS与PTFE复合纤维增强涂层针刺毡,其特征在于:所述防护层(11)与加强层(3)之间的连接面为锯齿面(10)。
