本发明涉及实验台电源防护领域,尤其涉及隐藏式电源装置。
背景技术
现有的实验台的配电装置均为安装在实验台的竖直壁上的插座板,电器的插头直接暴露于实验桌面上,尤其实验台长期接触水或各种化学试剂,容易造成触电等安全事故,并且影响美观,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单,可调节插设角度并有效防止污染和触点事故的实验台用隐藏设备电源装置。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种实验台用隐藏设备电源装置,其特征在于包括实验台台面、开设于实验台台面上的盒槽、盒槽内设置有插座盒体、插座盒体包括盒体、与盒体铰接的端盖、盒体内的插座面板,盒体前侧上端面与盒槽前端面铰接,盒体后侧下端设置有向内倾斜防止向外翻转时与盒槽后侧内壁干涉的坡面,端盖与插座面板相距一个插头的高度,盒体两侧壁上开设有出线孔。
作为优选,盒体底端铰接有支撑板。
作为优选,插座盒体上设置有拉手。
作为优选,端盖与盒体闭合处设置有相互锁扣的卡合件。
本发明有益效果:本发明通过对电源装置的改进,实现电源线的隐藏式布置,并且结构简单,可实现多角度插设,有效防止事故发生,提高设备的使用寿命。

实施例1:一种实验台用隐藏设备电源装置,包括实验台台面1、开设于实验台台面1上的盒槽2、盒槽2内设置有插座盒体3、插座盒体3包括盒体3.1、与盒体3.1铰接的端盖3.2、盒体3.1内的插座面板3.3,盒体3.1前侧上端面与盒槽2前端面铰接,盒体3.1后侧下端设置有向内倾斜防止向外翻转时与盒槽2后侧内壁干涉的坡面3.1.1,端盖3.2与插座面板3.3相距一个插头的高度,盒体3.1两侧壁上开设有出线孔3.1.2。盒体3.1底端铰接有支撑板3.4。插座盒体3上设置有拉手4。端盖3.2与盒体3.1闭合处设置有相互锁扣的卡合件。端盖3.2为透明塑料制成,盒体3.1与端盖3.2的铰接处为端盖3.2上的旋转小轴,与旋转小轴配合插设的盒体3.1上的轴套。

1.一种实验台用隐藏设备电源装置,其特征在于包括实验台台面、开设于实验台台面上的盒槽、盒槽内设置有插座盒体、插座盒体包括盒体、与盒体铰接的端盖、盒体内的插座面板,盒体前侧上端面与盒槽前端面铰接,盒体后侧下端设置有向内倾斜防止向外翻转时与盒槽后侧内壁干涉的坡面,端盖与插座面板相距一个插头的高度,盒体两侧壁上开设有出线孔。
