本发明公开了一种户外LED灯具内部连线的方法,包括以下步骤：步骤1在公共底座设立一个公共隧道；步骤2公共隧道的两端用呼吸器密封；步骤3公共隧道经过各单元模组处开设隧道窗口；步骤4电缆线穿入公共隧道再穿出隧道窗口与各单元模组内的连接端子连接。本发明能使户外LED灯具同时具有良好的密封防水性、良好的散热性及美观性。

技术领域
本发明涉及户外LED灯具领域，具体涉及一种户外LED灯具内部连线的方法。
背景技术
现有户外LED灯具结构方式一般分为两种，一种是集成式：多个灯珠集中密封在一个腔体内；另外一种是模组式：一个灯具由多个模组组成，单个模组作为一个防护单元，模组之间用防水连接器进行电气连接。采用这两种方式的户外LED灯具都有一定的缺陷，例如：集中式灯具，热源比较集中，散热效果比较差，往往需要将灯具尺寸做大才能达到散热要求。模组式散热效果比较好，常首选作为高空灯具，但是作为低空照明灯具作景观照明时，需要对模组之间的连线要做相应的保护，防止鼠咬，因而灯具外观美观性较差，另外在地面潮湿的环境，防水连接性的可靠性往往要比高空差。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明解决的技术问题是如何解决户外LED灯具在满足高效散热的同时，还具有连接线简单，防水连接可靠性高，外形美观的问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案是一种户外LED灯具内部连线的方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1 在公共底座设立一个公共隧道；
步骤2 公共隧道的两端用呼吸器或其它具有呼吸器相同功能的装置密封；
步骤3 公共隧道经过各单元模组处开设隧道窗口；
步骤4电缆线穿入公共隧道再穿出隧道窗口与各单元模组内的电气端子连接或者直接焊接。
采用本发明技术方案取得的有益效果：
（1）省去了防水接头，降低了成本，提高了防水连接可靠性。
（2）结合了整体灯具防护性与模组式灯具散热性的各自优点，将产品体积减小，外形更美观。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明，但不对本发明的进一步限定。
图1示出了采用本发明方法的LED灯结构示意，一种具有内部连线方式的户外LED灯具，主要包括公共底座1、各单元模组2、电缆连接端子3、电缆线4。连接端子3设在各单元模组2内，各单元模组2具有独立的防水、散热功能。
本发明具体步骤如下：
步骤1 在公共底座设立一个公共隧道；
步骤2 公共隧道的两端用呼吸器或其它具有呼吸器相同功能的装置密封；
步骤3 公共隧道经过各单元模组处开设隧道窗口；
步骤4电缆线穿入公共隧道再穿出隧道窗口与各单元模组内的电气端子连接或直接焊接。
在本发明中，由于各单元模组都具有独立的密封防水、散热功能，公共部份的电缆线连线又是通过在公共隧道进行，且公共隧道又得到良好的密封防水保护，因而本发明能使户外LED灯具同时具有良好的密封防水性、良好的散热性及美观性。

1.一种户外LED灯具内部连线的方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1 在公共底座设立一个公共隧道；
步骤2 公共隧道的两端用呼吸器密封；
步骤3 公共隧道经过各单元模组处开设隧道窗口；
步骤4电缆线穿入公共隧道再穿出隧道窗口与各单元模组内的电气端子连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的户外LED灯具内部连线的方法，其特征在于：在步骤2中，公共隧道的两端用其它具有呼吸器相同功能的装置密封。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的户外LED灯具内部连线的方法，其特征在于：在步骤4中，电缆线穿入公共隧道再穿出隧道窗口与各单元模组内的电气端子直接焊接。
