the pressure relief pilot valve (3) comprises a pressure relief pilot valve diaphragm (3 b), a pressure relief pilot valve spring (3 a) is arranged in an upper cavity of the pressure relief pilot valve diaphragm (3 b), an adjusting bolt for adjusting spring force is arranged at the top of the pressure relief pilot valve spring (3 a), and a pressure relief pilot valve shutoff disc (3 d) is arranged on the lower end face of the pressure relief pilot valve diaphragm (3 b); a pressure relief pilot valve outlet pipe (3 c) is communicated with the lower cavity of a pressure relief pilot valve diaphragm (3 b) inside the pressure relief pilot valve (3); a pressure relief pilot valve needle valve (3 f) is arranged between the cavity where the pressure relief pilot valve water inlet pipe (3 e) and the pressure relief pilot valve closure disc (3 d) are located.
2. The control method using the double pilot valve control system for the pressure reducing valve of the water supply system as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that it includes the steps of:
step1: adjusting top adjusting bolts of the pressurizing pilot valve (2) and the pressure relief pilot valve (3) to enable an action pressure set value P1 of the pressurizing pilot valve to be larger than an action pressure set value P2 of a pressure relief pilot valve diaphragm 3 b;
step2: when the pressure of a main valve water outlet pipe (1 e) of the main valve (1) is larger than P1, a pressurizing pilot valve intercepting disc (2 e) moves upwards, so that a pressurizing pilot valve water inlet pipe (2 d) is communicated with a pressurizing pilot valve water outlet pipe (2 g); meanwhile, the pressure relief pilot valve intercepting disc (3 d) is arranged at the uppermost end, and the pressure relief pilot valve water inlet pipe (3 e) is disconnected with the pressure relief pilot valve water outlet pipe (3 c); at the moment, the main valve water inlet pipe (1 d) fills water into the main valve control cavity (1 a) through the pressurizing pilot valve (2) to enable the main valve disc (1 c) to move downwards, so that the pressure of the main valve water outlet pipe (1 e) is reduced until the pressure is smaller than P1;
step3: when the pressure of the main valve water outlet pipe (1 e) is smaller than P2, the pressure-charging pilot valve shutoff disc (2 e) is positioned at the lowest end, so that the pressure-charging pilot valve water inlet pipe (2 d) is disconnected with the pressure-charging pilot valve water outlet pipe (2 g); simultaneously, the pressure relief pilot valve intercepting disc (3 d) moves downwards, so that the pressure relief pilot valve water inlet pipe (3 e) is communicated with the pressure relief pilot valve water outlet pipe (3 c); at the moment, the main valve control cavity (1 a) drains water to the main valve water outlet pipe (1 e) through the pressure relief pilot valve (2) to enable the main valve disc (1 c) to move upwards, so that the pressure of the main valve water outlet pipe (1 e) is increased until the pressure is larger than P2;
step4: the pressure of the main valve water outlet pipe (1 e) can be stabilized between P1 and P2 through the automatic regulation process of Step 1-Step 3, at the moment, the pressure-charging pilot valve shutoff disc (2 e) is at the lowest end, and the pressure-charging pilot valve water inlet pipe (2 d) is disconnected with the pressure-charging pilot valve water outlet pipe (2 g); meanwhile, the pressure relief pilot valve intercepting disc (3 d) is arranged at the uppermost end, the pressure relief pilot valve water inlet pipe (3 e) is disconnected with the pressure relief pilot valve water outlet pipe (3 c), so that the main valve control cavity (1 a) is neither filled with water nor drained, and the opening degree of the main valve disc (1 c) is kept unchanged;
step5: the opening of the pressurizing pilot valve needle valve (2 f) and the decompression pilot valve needle valve (3 f) are adjusted, and the water filling and draining speeds of the main valve control cavity (1 a) can be respectively adjusted, so that the reaction speed of the main valve is adjusted.
