Abstract
The invention provides a novel magnetically-unlocked commodity anti-theft device which is provided with a lock structure and a reset structure thereof, wherein the lock structure can move to an unlocking position and is driven to the locking position by the reset structure; the outer side of the commodity anti-theft device is also provided with a positioning part for positioning the lock opener. The invention also provides a lock opener matched with the commodity anti-theft device. The invention adopts the magnetic unlocking device to unlock, and the unlocking habit is not changed, but the difficulty of obtaining the unlocking device or cracking by a thief is increased, the safety of the anti-theft device is improved, and the invention can be applied to various anti-theft devices such as an anti-theft device with an EAS anti-theft label, an anti-theft device with an RFID label and the like.

Background
The EAS anti-theft mechanism commonly used in the market at present adopts a mode of a magnetic unlocking device, and an internal metal block is attracted by magnetic force to sink and unlock under the action of a magnetic field; the technology is simple, and the inside of the magnetic unlocking device is just a single magnet which is easy to be obtained by a thief.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a novel magnetic unlocking commodity anti-theft device with higher safety. Therefore, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the novel magnetically-unlocked commodity anti-theft device is provided with a lock structure and a reset structure, wherein the lock structure can move to an unlocking position and is driven to the locking position by the reset structure; the outer side of the commodity anti-theft device is also provided with a positioning part for positioning the lock opener.
Furthermore, a cam is arranged at the connecting part of the rotor and the lock structure, so that the lock structure can be driven to move to an unlocking position when the rotor rotates along one direction.
Furthermore, the lock structure is provided with a shaft part and a stress part, and the rotor is sleeved on the shaft part of the lock structure and acts on the stress part to drive the lock structure to move to an unlocking position.
Further, the rotor is an annular member, and the permanent magnet is disposed at an outer side portion of the rotor.
Furthermore, the lock structure comprises a lock cylinder seat capable of moving back and forth in the axial direction, a plurality of lock cylinder beads are arranged on the lock cylinder seat, and the lower part of the lock cylinder seat is provided with a part connected with the rotor.
Further, the part connected with the rotor comprises a shaft part and a force-bearing part.

Further, the shell of the commodity anti-theft device comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, the positioning part is a protrusion on the lower shell, and at least part of the permanent magnet in the rotor is located in an inner cavity of the protrusion.
Another technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a lock opener for use with any one of the above anti-theft devices. Therefore, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the unlocking device is provided with a positioning matching part matched with the positioning part, a circuit board and a stator coil, wherein a circuit for enabling the stator coil to generate a rotating magnetic field is arranged on the circuit board, and the stator coil is connected with the circuit to form the rotating magnetic field aiming at the permanent magnet on the rotor.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the magnetic unlocking device is also adopted for unlocking, and the unlocking habit is not changed, but the scheme of the invention increases the difficulty of obtaining the unlocking device or unlocking by a thief, improves the safety of the anti-theft device, and can be applied to various anti-theft devices such as anti-theft devices with EAS anti-theft tags, anti-theft devices with RFID tags and the like.

Detailed Description
Reference is made to the accompanying drawings. The magnetically unlocked anti-theft device 100 for merchandise provided by the present invention comprises a lock structure and a reset structure thereof, wherein the lock structure can move to an unlocking position and is driven to a locking position by the reset structure.
The commodity anti-theft device further comprises a rotor 1 and a permanent magnet 2 arranged on the rotor 1, wherein the rotor 1 is connected with the lock structure, and the rotor 1 can drive the lock structure to move to an unlocking position when rotating along one direction; a positioning part 30 is further provided at an outer side of the article surveillance device to position the lock opener 200.
The positioning part 30 may be a portion of the anti-theft device case that can position or limit the position of the locker 200. So that the permanent magnet 2 is in the alternating magnetic field generated by the lock opener and is rotated.
The positioning portion 30 may be formed on a casing of the anti-theft device, the casing is composed of an upper shell 31 and a lower shell 32, preferably, the positioning portion 30 is a protrusion on the lower shell, and the permanent magnet 2 in the rotor 1 is at least partially located in the protrusion 30.
Preferably, the rotor 1 rotates with the lock structure as the shaft, so that the volume of the anti-theft device can be reduced, and the structure is simplified. The lock structure is provided with a shaft part 41 and a stress part 42, and the rotor is sleeved outside the shaft part 1 of the lock structure and acts on the stress part 42 when rotating along one direction to drive the lock structure to move to an unlocking position. The rotor 1 is a ring-shaped member, the central hole 10 of which is rotatably connected to the shaft portion 41 of the lock structure.
The rotor 1 is an annular member, and the permanent magnet 2 is disposed at an outer portion of the rotor 1. The permanent magnet can be a permanent magnet ring or a plurality of permanent magnet blocks, and if the permanent magnet ring is composed of a plurality of permanent magnet blocks, the permanent magnet blocks can be optimally concentrically and uniformly arranged relative to the rotation center of the rotor 1.
In this embodiment, the lock structure may adopt a conventional lock structure of a lock bolt rod, the lock structure includes a movable lock cylinder seat 4 capable of axially moving back and forth, a plurality of lock cylinder beads 5 are arranged on the lock cylinder seat 4, a conical bowl 6 with a bolt rod hole is arranged outside the lock cylinder seat 4 so as to squeeze the lock cylinder beads 5 to clamp the inserted bolt rod when the lock structure is at the locking position, the reset structure adopts a spring 7, and the spring 7 pushes the lock cylinder seat 4 towards the conical bowl. The lock cylinder seat 4 of the invention can be made of plastics, which can reduce the manufacturing difficulty of the commodity anti-theft device.
The lower part of the lock cylinder seat 1 is provided with a part connected with the rotor, and the part connected with the rotor 1 comprises a shaft part 41 and a stress part 42. The force receiving portion 42 is a protruding step.
The rotor 1 can adopt the modes of cam, screw thread and the like to drive the lock structure to move towards the unlocking direction when rotating along one direction. In this embodiment, a cam 11 is disposed at a connection portion between the rotor 1 and the lock structure, so that the rotor 1 can rotate in one direction to drive the lock structure to move to an unlocking position. The cam 11 may be located on the rotor 1, on the side of the lock structure, or on both sides. Preferably, a cam 11 is arranged on the rotor or/and the step.
The rotor 1 is axially restrained, preferably, the rotor 1 is axially restrained by the axial restraining portions thereof being restrained by the projections of the upper and lower shells 31 and 32.
As shown in the drawings, the present invention provides a lock opener 200, which is provided with a positioning engagement portion 201 engaged with the positioning portion 30, a circuit board 202, and a stator coil 203, wherein the circuit board 202 is provided with a circuit for generating a rotating magnetic field for the stator coil, and the stator coil 203 is connected to the circuit to form a rotating magnetic field for a permanent magnet on the rotor.
When the positioning portion 30 of the article surveillance device adopts a protrusion on the lower housing, the positioning engagement portion 201 may be a hole formed by the lock opener housing and engaged with the positioning portion 30.
Because the lock openers are usually battery powered, the input is direct current, and the current needs the circuit to change the circuit into 3-phase alternating current.
Through the circuit, a magnetic field rotating around the geometric axis of the rotor is formed around the stator coil 203 by changing the alternating frequency and the wave shape of the current wave input to the stator coil 203, the magnetic field drives the permanent magnet 2 on the rotor 1 to rotate, and the rotor 1 also rotates correspondingly, so that the unlocking can be realized as long as the unlocking device is placed outside the commodity anti-theft device, and the permanent magnet is positioned in the rotating magnetic field of the stator coil 203.

Claims (8)
1. The novel magnetically-unlocked commodity anti-theft device is provided with a lock structure and a reset structure, wherein the lock structure can move to an unlocking position and is driven to the locking position by the reset structure; the outer side of the commodity anti-theft device is also provided with a positioning part for positioning the lock opener;
the rotor is sleeved on the shaft part of the lock structure and acts on the stress part to drive the lock structure to move to an unlocking position;
the rotor is an annular part, and the permanent magnet is arranged at the outer side part of the rotor; the lock structure utilizes a rotating magnetic field generated by a stator coil of a lock opener sleeved on the positioning part to drive the rotor to unlock.
2. A novel magnetically-unlocked merchandise security device according to claim 1 wherein a cam is provided at the connection of said rotor and said lock structure to move said lock structure to an unlocked position when said rotor is rotated in one direction.
3. The novel magnetically-unlocked anti-theft device for commodities as claimed in claim 1, wherein said lock structure includes a cylinder holder movable axially back and forth, said cylinder holder having a plurality of cylinder balls disposed thereon, said cylinder holder having a lower portion provided with a portion for connection with said rotor.
4. A novel magnetically-unlocked merchandise security device according to claim 3 wherein said portion connected to said rotor comprises a shaft portion and a force-receiving portion.
5. A novel magnetically-unlocked article surveillance assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein said force-receiving portion is a protruding step, and said rotor and/or said step is provided with a cam.
6. A novel magnetically-unlocked article surveillance assembly as claimed in claim 1 wherein said rotor is axially restrained.
7. A novel magnetically-unlocked article surveillance device according to claim 1, wherein the housing of the article surveillance device comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, the positioning portion is a protrusion on the lower shell, and the permanent magnet in the rotor is at least partially located in an internal cavity of the protrusion.
8. The lock opener of the theft preventing device for merchandise of any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it is provided with a positioning engagement portion which engages with the positioning portion, a circuit board on which a circuit for causing the stator coil to generate a rotating magnetic field is provided, and a stator coil connected to the circuit to form a rotating magnetic field against the permanent magnet on the rotor.
