背景技术
一般外墙装饰板采用有固定锚固件固定方式或粘胶方式,但是以上方式通过人工的插入式安装比较费时费力或牢固度不高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型的保温板的锚固件安装方法,安装更加轻松。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种新型的保温板的锚固件安装方法,包括以下步骤:(1)采用热电穿孔棒通过电加热的方式将保温板横向两端,距端未100mmm处,在板厚的中部开孔,孔深为设计装饰板同等厚度,孔径根据锚固件具体确定,加热的温度为180-280°;
(2)安装锚固件,将锚固件通过夹紧螺栓与保温板固定。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明通过一种电加热的方式,利用保温板热熔的特性,将保温板中间开孔,从而使这种新型的保温装饰板的锚固件安装更加轻松。

一种新型的保温板的锚固件安装方法,包括以下步骤:(1)采用热电穿孔棒通过电加热的方式将保温板横向两端,距端未100mmm处,在板厚的中部开孔,孔深为设计装饰板同等厚度,孔径根据锚固件具体确定,加热的温度为180-280°;
(2)安装锚固件,将锚固件通过夹紧螺栓与保温板固定。

(2)安装锚固件,将锚固件通过夹紧螺栓与保温板固定。
