技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃棉,具体涉及一种冷暖工程用防刺玻璃纤维保温棉。
背景技术
玻璃棉属于玻璃纤维中的一个类别,是一种人造无机纤维。玻璃棉是将熔融玻璃纤维化,形成棉状的材料,化学成分属玻璃类,是一种无机质纤维。玻璃棉采用石英砂、石灰石、白云石等天然矿石为主要原料,配合一些纯碱、硼砂等化工原料熔成玻璃。在融化状态下,借助外力吹制式甩成絮状细纤维,纤维和纤维之间为立体交叉,互相缠绕在一起,呈现出许多细小的间隙。这种间隙可看作孔隙。因此玻璃棉可视为多孔材料,具有良好的绝热、吸声性能。
离心玻璃棉的吸声特性不但与厚度和容重有关,也与罩面材料、结构构造等因素有关。在建筑应用中还需同时兼顾造价、美观、防火、防潮、粉尘、耐老化等多方面问题。
玻璃棉保温材料的局限性在于,安装和拆卸过程中释放到空气中的人造纤维会对人体组织造成损伤。虽然国际癌症研究机构根据调查研究结果,通过2001 年10 月24日LARC 新闻发布将玻璃棉、岩棉的类别从2B 类(对人类可能致癌)降至为3 类(对人类不会致癌),但仍无法避免棉状人造纤维对人体皮肤造成损伤。因此,该类保温材料多用于设备、管道保温隔热和人员不易接触到的场所。玻璃棉板应采用新技术,使其人造纤维可在人体组织中自然消失,这无疑会增加生产和安装成本,使其经济性大打折扣。因此需要一种能有效防止玻璃棉刺损皮肤的新型玻璃棉保温材料。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种冷暖工程用防刺玻璃纤维保温棉,其通过防护层和胶层的设置能够有效防止玻璃纤维释放到空气中,通过减少玻璃纤维释放量来降低玻璃纤维刺损皮肤的几率,具有广泛的适用性。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种冷暖工程用防刺玻璃纤维保温棉,其特征在于,包括防护层、胶层及玻璃纤维层,所述防护层与玻璃纤维层之间设有胶层,所述玻璃纤维层设有若干渗孔。本发明通过防护层和胶层的设置能够有效防止玻璃纤维释放到空气中,通过减少玻璃纤维释放量来降低玻璃纤维刺损皮肤的几率。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述防护层设有若干排槽。所述排槽可以在本发明生产过程中起到疏导胶液的作用,也可以在使用过程中起到增加本发明强度的作用。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述排槽交叉排布。交叉排布的排槽可以增加本发明对多个方向的受力能力。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述胶层采用环氧树脂软胶制成。环氧树脂胶具有触变性,该特性是可以使胶体受外力触动(摇晃、搅拌、振动、超声波等)时,随外力作用由稠变稀,当外界因素停止作用时,胶体又恢复到原来时的稠度的现象,有利于生产制造。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述防护层表面设有若干渗胶孔。渗胶孔可以在生产后使多余的胶液排除,防止胶液过多影响保温性能。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述玻璃纤维侧上表面与下表面分别设有胶层与防护层。该设置可以根据需要采用双向防护,进一步增加本产品适用范围。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述防护层采用聚酯膜制成。

作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述防护层1设有若干排槽4。所述排槽4可以在本发明生产过程中起到疏导胶液的作用,也可以在使用过程中起到增加本发明强度的作用。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种冷暖工程用防刺玻璃纤维保温棉,其特征在于,所述排槽(4)交叉排布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷暖工程用防刺玻璃纤维保温棉,其特征在于,所述胶层(2)采用环氧树脂软胶制成。
