At present, when a tire and a rim of a forklift are assembled, a pressing plate is usually adopted to press the front side and the back side of the tire, after the tire and the rim are pressed, a gap between the tire and the rim is very small, a check ring is difficult to clamp into the gap, so that after the tire and the rim are pressed, the check ring has a serious deformation phenomenon, the quality control requirement cannot be met, the matching size of the tire and the rim is special, and the requirements cannot be met by the conventional process and the conventional die.

The invention aims to provide a composite die for press fitting of a solid tire rim of a forklift, which synchronously compresses a tire during press fitting of a retainer ring and ensures the quality of the press fitting of the tire.

as shown in fig. 1, the composite die for press mounting of a rim of a solid tire of a forklift comprises an upper die and a lower die, wherein the upper die comprises a connecting plate 1 connected with an oil press, a first circular ring plate 3 arranged below the connecting plate 1 and connected with the connecting plate 1 through a first upright post 2, an annular pressing ring 4 fixed with the first circular ring plate 3, and a second circular ring plate 6 connected with the connecting plate 1 through a second upright post 5, the annular pressing ring 4 and the second circular ring plate 6 are concentrically arranged, a gap is left between an inner ring of the second circular ring plate 6 and an outer ring of the annular pressing ring 4, and further, the gap between an inner ring of the second circular ring plate 6 and an outer ring of the annular pressing ring 4 is 20mm; the bottom surface of the annular pressing ring 4 is positioned between the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface of the second circular plate 6, and further, the distance between the bottom surface of the annular pressing ring 4 and the bottom surface of the second circular plate 6 is 18mm; in the scheme of synchronous press mounting of the tire, the control of the compression amount of the tire is critical, because the compression amount is too small, the gap between the tire and the rim is not increased enough, the clamping effect of the check ring is poor, and the compression amount is too large, the damage of the inner components of the tire can be caused, and the press mounting quality of the tire can be effectively controlled and ensured through the height difference of the compression amount of 18mm. The lower die comprises an annular guide ring 7 arranged on the workbench, and the annular guide ring 7 is used for positioning the wheel rim 20. Specifically, the upper die is a rigid structure consisting of a connecting plate 1, a first circular plate 3, an annular pressing ring 4 and a second circular plate 6, the upper die is driven by an oil press to reciprocate along the vertical direction, and the first circular plate 3 plays a role in transitional connection.

The working process of the invention is as follows:
as shown in fig. 2, the annular guide ring is firstly placed on the workbench, the rim is placed right above the annular guide ring, the tire is placed right above the rim, and at this time, the oil press is started, and the oil press drives the upper die to move downwards, so that the rim is pressed into the tire; as shown in fig. 3, the upper die moves upwards, the check ring is placed right above the tire, the upper die moves downwards, the second circular plate continues to move downwards when contacting with the upper surface of the tire, the tire is compressed and extruded, at the moment, the gap between the tire and the rim is increased, and the annular pressing ring of the upper die presses the check ring to the installation position between the tire and the rim; as shown in fig. 4, the tire 10, rim 20, and retainer ring 30 are mounted.
The invention also aims to provide a composite method for press fitting of a solid tire rim of a forklift, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Placing the annular guide ring on a workbench;
(2) Sequentially placing a rim and a tire right above the annular guide ring, and keeping the centers consistent;
(3) Starting the oil press, driving the upper die to move downwards by the oil press, and pressing the rim into the tire through the second circular ring plate;

(6) And (5) finishing press fitting.
Firstly, placing an annular guide ring on a workbench, and then sequentially placing a rim and a tire right above the annular guide ring to keep the centers consistent; starting the oil press, driving the upper die to move downwards by the oil press, and pressing the rim into the tire by the second circular ring plate; then the upper die moves upwards, and an operator places the check ring right above the tire to keep the centers consistent; the upper die is driven to descend by the oil press, and the second circular ring plate firstly compresses and extrudes the tire in the descending process, so that the gap between the tire and the rim is increased; then, the check ring is pressed and mounted to the mounting position between the tire and the rim by the descending annular pressing ring; and (5) after the whole press mounting process is finished, taking down the press-mounted tire.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1) During press mounting, through the control of the height difference of the compression amount, the gap between the tire and the rim can be ensured to be in a proper size when the upper die extrudes the tire, the clamping effect of the check ring is good, and the press mounting quality of the tire is ensured; 2) The process is simplified by a synchronous press-fitting mode, so that the tire press-fitting process is simple and efficient, and the working efficiency is improved; 3) During operation, the pressed piece is placed between the upper die and the lower die, so that the product can be assembled, and the operation is simple and convenient.
