背景技术

发明概述

Claims (16)

1.内底,包括:
厚度;
顶面;
底面;
具有第一端和第二端的跟部接受部;
前横向足弓支撑部;
外侧纵向足弓支撑部,具有宽度;以及
近中纵向足弓支撑部,包括部分球形盖,所述球形盖具有半径和高度,
其中所述近中纵向足弓支撑部从所述跟部接受部的所述第一端延伸到所述前横向足弓支撑部,
其中,所述球形盖的高度比用户足弓的拱形高度高,当所述用户穿戴所述内底时,所述内底能够被所述用户压缩直至达到平衡,以使得所述用户足部的接触面积增加,所述用户的重量的分布增大,
其中,所述内底由超高分子量聚乙烯构成,并通过以下方式获得:
压缩超高分子量聚乙烯片材,具有厚度;
利用内底形冲压件冲压至少一次以形成内底形印模;
去除所述印模;
将所述印模放入足弓形状的模具中;以及
加热所述印模以进行压缩成型,使得其呈现所述足弓形状的模具的形状。
2.如权利要求1所述的内底,其中所述内底不具有趾接受部。
3.如权利要求1所述的内底,其中所述底面布置有粘合剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的内底,其中所述半径是2.9英寸。
5.如权利要求1所述的内底,其中所述高度的范围从0.2英寸至2英寸。
6.如权利要求1所述的内底,其中所述跟部接受部从所述第一端到所述第二端成锥形。
7.如权利要求1所述的内底,其中所述厚度的范围从0.06英寸到0.15英寸。
8.如权利要求1所述的内底,其中所述厚度不大于0.15英寸。
9.如权利要求1所述的内底,其中所述内底是柔性的。
10.如权利要求1所述的内底,其中所述内底是可压缩的,但是将基本上保持其形状。
11.如权利要求1所述的内底,还包括布置在所述顶面上的衬垫。
12.如权利要求1所述的内底,其中文本、至少一个图形或两者布置在所述顶面或所述底面上。
13.嵌入件,包括:
内底,包括:
前端;
厚度;
顶面;
底面;

近中纵向足弓支撑部,包括部分球形盖,所述球形盖具有半径,
其中所述近中纵向足弓支撑部从所述跟部接受部的所述第一端延伸到所述外侧纵向足弓支撑部;
其中,所述球形盖的高度比用户足弓的拱形高度高,当所述用户穿戴所述内底时,所述内底能够被所述用户压缩直至达到平衡,以使得所述用户足部的接触面积增加,所述用户的重量的分布增大,
其中,所述内底由超高分子量聚乙烯构成,并通过以下方式获得:
压缩超高分子量聚乙烯片材,具有厚度;
利用内底形冲压件冲压至少一次以形成内底形印模;
去除所述印模;
将所述印模放入足弓形状的模具中;以及
加热所述印模以进行压缩成型,使得其呈现所述足弓形状的模具的形状;
至少一个垫,布置在所述顶面上;以及
织物套筒,
其中所述织物套筒包封所述内底。
14.如权利要求13所述的嵌入件,还包括鞋。
15.如权利要求14所述的嵌入件,其中所述嵌入件可移除地附接到所述鞋。
16.如权利要求14所述的嵌入件,其中所述嵌入件永久地附接到所述鞋。
