本发明涉及一种连接件,具体涉及一种防雷装置连接件。
背景技术
随着电力事业的蓬勃发展,架空线路绝缘化已成为发展方向,架空绝缘导线已被广泛使用,它不仅解决树线等环境保护问题,而且大幅减少用电安全事故。目前,架空绝缘线路过电压保护器上高压引出线与架空绝缘线连接时比较麻烦,费时费力。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种安装连接方便,压接牢固的架空绝缘线用防雷装置连接件。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的架空绝缘线用防雷装置连接件 ,它包括夹线座,在所述夹线座上设有安装槽,在所述安装槽内侧上设有内螺纹,在所述夹线座上部外侧设有外螺纹,在所述夹线座下部设有螺杆,在所述螺杆上端设有钢钉,在所述螺杆上设有螺母,所述钢钉上端设在安装槽内,在所述安装槽的内螺纹上设有螺栓,在所述夹线座的外螺纹上设有圆螺母。
所述螺杆与夹线座螺旋连接。
所述安装槽的底部为弧形底。
在所述螺栓和钢钉之间设有输电线。
在所述螺杆上设有两个螺母。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明将夹线座、螺栓、圆螺母、螺杆和钢钉做成一个专用连接件,解决了架空绝缘线路过电压保护器上高压引出线与架空绝缘线连接麻烦的问题,架空绝缘线通过螺母固定连接,输电线通过螺栓和钢钉紧压固定,连接牢固,整体安装方便,工作效率高。

如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本发明所述的架空绝缘线用防雷装置连接件 ,它包括夹线座1,在所述夹线座1上设有安装槽2,在所述安装槽2内侧上设有内螺纹3,在所述夹线座1上部外侧设有外螺纹4,在所述夹线座1下部设有螺杆5,在所述螺杆5上端设有钢钉6,在所述螺杆5上设有螺母7,所述钢钉6上端设在安装槽2内,在所述安装槽2的内螺纹3上设有螺栓8,在所述夹线座1的外螺纹4上设有圆螺母9;所述螺杆5与夹线座1螺旋连接;所述安装槽2的底部为弧形底;在所述螺栓8和钢钉6之间设有输电线10;在所述螺杆5上设有两个螺母7。本发明将夹线座、螺栓、圆螺母、螺杆和钢钉做成一个专用连接件,解决了架空绝缘线路过电压保护器上高压引出线与架空绝缘线连接麻烦的问题,架空绝缘线通过螺母固定连接,输电线通过螺栓和钢钉紧压固定,连接牢固,整体安装方便,工作效率高。
