Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a folding flick piece 10, comprising: the panel consists of a plurality of cross bars 11 and a plurality of vertical bars 12, wherein the cross bars 11 and the vertical bars 12 enclose a plurality of quadrangles 15, and four vertexes of each quadrangle 15 are movable vertexes 13, so that the quadrangles can be stretched along diagonal vertexes; strings 14 are provided on the faceplate, with both ends thereof being fixed to different movable vertexes, respectively. Specifically, the movable apex 13 is formed by a connecting shaft passing through the overlapping point of the cross bar and the vertical bar, and the top end of the connecting shaft protrudes from the panel, and in addition, a groove may be provided at the top of the connecting shaft for placing the string 14 therein to prevent sliding thereof. The two ends of the string 14 may be fixed to the movable apex by winding around a connecting shaft or the like; the connecting shafts for fixing strings may be slightly higher than the other connecting shafts, which are bolts for example, in practice.
When the folding spring 10 is in the folded condition, each quadrilateral 15 on the panel is stretched along its diagonal vertex until it is no longer stretchable. In this embodiment, the strings 14 are made of wire, and both ends thereof are fixed to the movable apexes of both ends of the same cross bar or vertical bar, so that they are in a state of being stretched in both the folded state and the unfolded state; of course, the two ends of the string 14 may be fixed across the diagonal of the plurality of quadrangles 15.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the present invention further provides a finger training device, which includes the folding flick unit 10 and the hand support unit 20, wherein the palm support unit 20 is provided with a receiving cavity 21 for receiving the folding flick unit 10, and more precisely, the receiving cavity 21 is used for receiving the folding flick unit 10 in a folded state.
In this embodiment, the palm support 20 is cylindrical and has an elliptical cross section. The palm support 20 may be divided along its major or minor axis of the oval shape into two parts which snap together to enable the folded flip-flop 10 in its folded condition to be placed into the receiving cavity 21. In another embodiment of the invention, an opening may be provided in the side wall or end face of the palm support 20, so that the folded-over plucking element 10 in the folded state can be introduced into the receiving chamber 21 via the opening, which can be covered by a cover plate. The opening of the accommodating chamber 21 is not limited in the present invention.
In order to better control the distance between the hand and the folding flick member 10 during finger training, at least one end of the palm support member 20 is provided with a lug portion 22 in which a telescopic rod 26 is provided, the telescopic rod 26 being telescopic in a direction parallel to the end of the hand support member so as to be able to abut against the folding flick member 10 during use. In one embodiment of the invention, both ends of the palm support 20 are provided with lugs 22 and telescoping rods 26 therein.
In addition, there is also a band-shaped elastic body 23 with adjustable length, the two ends of which are fixedly connected to the two ends of the hand support 20, when in use, the hand of the user passes through the space between the band-shaped elastic body 23 and the hand support 20, so that the band-shaped elastic body 23 is tightly clamped on the back of the hand, and the palm support 20 is placed in the palm of the user, thereby supporting the hand of the user and adjusting the radian of the hand.
In this embodiment, the wrist-winding elastic plate 28 is also provided with a certain rigidity in the axial direction; the rewindable elastic plate 28 is connected to the hand support 20 by an elastic cord 24. More specifically, the elastic cord 24 may be placed in the accommodating cavity 21 of the hand support, and a through hole is provided at least one end of the hand support for the elastic cord to pass out, and one end diameter of the elastic cord is larger than the diameter of the through hole.
In the embodiment, the insert board 30 is further included and located inside the flexible board 28, specifically, the insert board 30 is used for being inserted between the flexible board 28 and the wrist, and the specific insertion position can be inserted between the inner wrist and the flexible board 28 or between the outer wrist and the flexible board 28 as shown in fig. 5 according to the needs of the finger exercising person.
The invention provides a folding flick piece and a finger training device, wherein the folding flick piece is in a straight line shape in a folding state and is convenient to store; the finger training device can better fix and train the metacarpal joints, so that the force of fingers can be better controlled; the elastic plate and the plugboard can be wound around the wrist, so that the position of the wrist can be further supported and adjusted. The finger training device is further provided with the accommodating cavity for accommodating the folding flicking piece on the palm supporting piece, so that the finger training device is more convenient to carry.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated by reference to the accompanying drawings, those skilled in the art will appreciate that many modifications are possible in carrying out the invention without departing from the scope and spirit thereof. For example, features illustrated or described as part of one embodiment can be used on another embodiment to yield still a further embodiment.
