Claims (8)

1. A method of generating a material application form, the method comprising:
acquiring an original bill of material BOM generated according to a design drawing;
acquiring a list of characteristic values in the BOM, wherein the characteristic values comprise material numbers, names and quantities;
reading characteristic value data corresponding to each row according to the column of the characteristic values;
generating a corresponding material application form according to whether the characteristic value data corresponding to each row in the column of the material number is empty and the characteristic value data corresponding to each row and the column of the characteristic value, wherein the material application form comprises a material application form for purchasing and/or a material application form for spare parts;
generating a corresponding material application form according to whether the characteristic value data corresponding to each row in the column of the material number is empty and the characteristic value data corresponding to each row and the column of the characteristic value, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
when the characteristic value is a material number, extracting a data line with corresponding characteristic value data being empty as a material number empty data line, and extracting a data line with corresponding characteristic value data not being empty as a material number non-empty data line;
merging the data rows with the same name in the material number empty data rows, distributing corresponding material numbers for the materials with the same name, counting the corresponding number, and generating a material purchase request form;
and combining the data rows with the same name in the non-empty data rows of the material number, counting the corresponding number, and generating a material application form of the spare part.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein merging the data rows with the same name in the empty data rows of the material numbers, assigning the corresponding material numbers to the materials with the same name, counting the corresponding number, and generating a material purchase request form, comprises:
merging the data rows with the same name in the material number empty data rows to generate a material number application table of the materials with the same name;
submitting the material number application table to a material number application system to wait for the material number application system to distribute material numbers to the materials;
receiving a material number distribution table returned by the material number application system after distributing the material number for the material;
counting the corresponding quantity of the materials in the material number null data line;
and generating a material application form for purchase according to the material number distribution table, the material number application table and the corresponding quantity.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein merging the data rows with the same name in the empty data row of the material number to generate a material number application table of the material with the same name, comprises:
merging the data rows with the same name in the material number empty data rows according to the name in the characteristic value;
and filling corresponding characteristic value data in the data row of the materials with the same name into a material number application table template to generate a material number application table.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein merging the data rows with the same name in the non-empty data rows of the material number, counting the corresponding number, and generating a material application form of a spare part comprises:
according to the names in the characteristic values, combining the data rows with the same name in the material number non-empty data rows, and counting the number of the corresponding materials;
and filling the corresponding characteristic value data and the quantity of the corresponding materials in the data row of the materials with the same names into a material application form template to generate a material application form of the spare part.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of filling the characteristic value data corresponding to the data row of the materials with the same name and the quantity of the corresponding materials into a material application form template to generate a material application form of the spare part comprises the following steps:
adding a set allowance to the counted quantity of the corresponding materials to serve as the specific quantity of the materials;
and filling the corresponding characteristic value data and the specific quantity of the corresponding materials in the data row of the materials with the same names into a material application form template to generate a material application form of the spare part.
6. The method of any one of claims 1-5, further comprising, after generating the corresponding material application form:
and submitting the material application form to a material application system so as to prepare corresponding materials by staff after the approval is passed.
7. An apparatus for generating a material application form, the apparatus comprising:
the original BOM obtaining module is used for obtaining an original BOM generated according to the design drawing;
the characteristic value position acquisition module is used for acquiring a column where a characteristic value in the original bill of material BOM is located, wherein the characteristic value comprises a material number, a name and a quantity;
the characteristic value data reading module is used for reading the characteristic value data corresponding to each row according to the column where the characteristic value is located;
the material application form generation module is used for generating a corresponding material application form according to whether the characteristic value data corresponding to each row in the row of the material number is empty and the characteristic value data corresponding to each row and the row of the characteristic value, and the material application form comprises a material application form for purchase and/or a material application form for spare parts;
the material application form generation module comprises:
the material number distinguishing unit is used for extracting a data line with corresponding characteristic value data being empty as a material number empty data line and extracting a data line with corresponding characteristic value data not being empty as a material number non-empty data line when the characteristic value is a material number;
the purchase order generating unit is used for merging the data rows with the same name in the material number empty data rows, distributing the corresponding material numbers for the materials with the same name, counting the corresponding number and generating a material purchase request order;
and the spare part list generating unit is used for merging the data rows with the same name in the material number non-empty data rows, counting the corresponding number and generating a material application list of the spare part.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the purchase order generation unit comprises:
the material number application table generating subunit is used for merging the data rows with the same name in the material number empty data rows and generating a material number application table of the materials with the same name;
the material number application table submitting subunit is used for submitting the material number application table to a material number application system so as to wait for the material number application system to distribute the material number to the material;
the material number distribution table receiving subunit is used for receiving a material number distribution table returned by the material number application system after the material number is distributed to the material;
the material number counting subunit is used for counting the number corresponding to the material in the material number null data line;
and the purchase order generating subunit is used for generating a material application order for purchase according to the material number distribution table, the material number application table and the corresponding quantity.
