the third shifting-out unit is suitable for shifting the data to be matched out of the first report pool;
a fourth shifting-out unit, adapted to shift out the alternative data included in the matching list data pointed by the confirmation information from the second list pool;
and the residual data adding unit is suitable for adding the residual data to the second report pool.
