本发明提供一种LED集鱼灯,包括光源、底座、防腐管、反光罩、其特征在于:所述光源装置在底座上,所述底座背面设计有沟槽,所述沟槽内设有防腐蚀管;底座通过支架固定螺丝固定到安装支架上;所述底座上装置所述反光罩,所述反光罩通过螺丝和密封胶水固定在底座上;所述光源的对侧设置一片钢化玻璃,所述钢化玻璃用玻璃卡扣固定在所述反光罩上,所述玻璃卡扣用玻璃卡扣固定螺丝固定。本发明摒弃了传统的LED集鱼灯的散热结构,具有重量轻、定向性好、成本低、节能环保的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具,特别涉及一种LED集鱼灯。
背景技术
海洋渔业是海洋产业中的一个重要产业,也是海洋战略中重要的一个分支,同时也是一个高能耗、高成本的行业。如何进一步发展远洋渔船,推动海洋渔业的节能减排,减低生产能耗,提高渔业产能,增加渔民收入具有重要意义。
在捕鱼产业中,通过光诱鱼来捕鱼是一种很普遍的作业方式,特别是在远洋渔业中。而集鱼灯是光诱鱼作业方式中不可缺少的一个产品,它主要是利用鱼具有的趋光特性,通过发光集鱼而捕鱼。集鱼灯经历了从煤油灯、白炽灯、金钨灯到金卤灯的产品更新,其实是遵循着人类电光源的发展史。 用于光诱渔产业的集鱼灯主要是金卤灯,使用金卤灯的不足之处主要有:一是,不环保,有汞污染,影响环境;二是,不安全,金卤灯是玻璃制品容易破碎而且有大量的紫外线输出,会对人体和海洋生物造成伤害;三是,无法即时启动,一般需要15分钟才能重新完全启动;四是,无法根据捕鱼环境和种类调节亮度和光色;五是,金卤灯寿命一般为2300小时左右,而LED相比寿命可达数万小时。LED光源目前的应用光效可以达到150LM/W以上,与金卤灯相比,发出相同的光功率,可节省70%的能耗,同时寿命延长5-10倍,环保安全,故LED集鱼灯是替代金卤灯具有必然性,然而现在使用的普通LED灯的重量太大,小型渔船的安装支架不足以支持灯具的重量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为克服现有技术的不足而提供了一种新型的LED集鱼灯,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种LED集鱼灯,包括光源、底座、防腐管、反光罩,其特征在于:所述光源装置在底座上,所述底座背面设计有沟槽,所述沟槽内设有防腐蚀管;底座通过支架固定螺丝固定到安装支架上;所述底座上装置所述反光罩,所述反光罩通过螺丝和密封胶水固定在底座上;所述光源的对侧设置一片钢化玻璃,所述钢化玻璃用玻璃卡扣固定在所述反光罩上,所述玻璃卡扣用玻璃卡扣固定螺丝固定。
优选地,所述光源是LED灯。
优选地,所述防腐管是MONEL合金防腐管;
优选地,所述钢化玻璃用密封胶圈包边。
本发明有益效果如下:采用这种新型的LED集鱼灯,由于无散热片结构,热量通过流动海水带走,具有重量轻的优点;由于没有复杂的散热结构,成本较低;使用了反光罩,使得光的定向性好,光利用率提高;水管使用MONEL合金管,耐腐蚀性高;采用LED光源,可以选择波段和颜色,且相对于金卤灯,LED灯不含有害物质,无污染。

本发明提供一种LED集鱼灯,如图1、图2和图3所示, 所述LED集鱼灯包括光源1、底座5、防腐管10、反光罩3,所述光源1装置在底座5上,底座5背面设置有沟槽,所述沟槽内嵌入Monel合金耐腐蚀管10,所述Monel合金耐腐蚀管10的一端为进水口,一端为出水口,海水从进水口,出水口流出,带走灯具热量后,直接经导管流回大海,不循环散热;底座5通过支架固定螺丝6固定到安装支架2上;底座5上装置所述反光罩3,所述反光罩3通过螺丝和密封胶水固定在底座5上,所述光源1的对侧设置一片用密封胶圈8包边的钢化玻璃4,钢化玻璃4用玻璃卡扣7固定在反光罩3上,所述玻璃卡扣7用玻璃卡口固定螺丝9固定。

1.一种LED集鱼灯,包括光源(1)、底座(5)、防腐管(10)、反光罩(3),其特征在于:所述光源(1)装置在底座(5)上,底座(5)背面设置有沟槽,所述沟槽内嵌入防腐管(10),所述防腐管(10)的一端为进水口,一端为出水口;底座(5)通过支架固定螺丝(6)固定到安装支架(2)上;所述反光罩(3)设置在所述底座(5),所述反光罩(3)通过螺丝和密封胶水固定在底座(5)上,所述光源(1)的对侧设置一片钢化玻璃(4),所述钢化玻璃(4)用玻璃卡扣(7)固定在反光罩(3)上,所述玻璃卡扣(7)用玻璃卡口固定螺丝(9)固定。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED集鱼灯,其特征在于,所述光源(1)是LED灯。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的LED集鱼灯,其特征在于,所述防腐管(10)是MONEL合金防腐管。
4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的LED集鱼灯,其特征在于,所述钢化玻璃(4)用密封胶圈(8)包边。
