Abstract
本发明公开了一种织物柔顺剂,属于纺织助剂制备技术领域。本发明先将羊毛脂与羟乙基乙二胺、甲醇钠反应,再加入氟乙酸、顺丁烯二酸酐反应,得反应液,随后取玉米油与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲苯等反应后减压蒸馏,将所得透明液体与异丙醇、苄基氯等搅拌反应,经再次减压蒸馏得耐洗柔软剂,最后将其与去离子水、反应液、玫瑰精油等加热搅拌,待冷却至室温,即可得到织物柔顺剂,本发明织物柔顺剂能深入滋养织物受损纤维,使纤维更平滑,减少了纤维之间的缠结,帮助织物恢复天然弹性及柔软舒适的手感,并解决了传统织物柔顺剂耐水洗性差、生物降解性差、不具备固色功能及导致织物黄变严重的缺陷,具有较好的应用前景。

背景技术
衣物在洗涤过程中,细小纤维往往会缠绕、纠结在一起,甚至发生断裂,衣物经多次洗涤后,洗涤剂的碱性作用更使纤维固有的光滑性、延伸性及弹性受到影响,显现出的便是整件衣物看起来变旧、没形,触摸起来手感更是生硬,衣物洗涤次数越多这种感觉就越明显。随着人民生活水平的提高,人们对纺织品的功能性及安全性要求也越来越高,单一的衣物清洁已满足不了人们消费生活的需要,进而衣物护理剂便应运而生。
一般衣服在出厂前会用柔顺剂进行柔顺处理以解决以上现象,衣服柔顺剂的作用就好像是为织物纤维的表面均匀地上一层保护膜,纤维表面由于吸附了柔顺剂,纤维间的摩擦系数降低了、可移动性增强了,纤维固有的平滑、延伸、压缩性能也得到了恢复,所以织物变得更加柔软、蓬松、有弹性。
现有的柔顺剂中最具代表性的产品是阳离子表面活性剂,其中使用最多的是双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵或称双氢化牛脂基二甲基氯化铵。这类柔顺剂最大的缺点是耐水洗性差、织物黄变严重,且不具有固色功能,生物降解性差,会对环境造成污染。因此如何克服现有技术的不足,是目前日用化学品技术领域亟需解决的关键问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题:针对现有柔顺剂耐水洗性差、织物黄变严重,且不具有固色功能,生物降解性差,会对环境造成污染的缺陷,提供一种织物柔顺剂。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种织物柔顺剂,按重量份数计,包括:90~110份去离子水、25~35份柔软剂、10~15份羊毛脂反应液、5~10份阴离子表面活性剂、0.2~0.4份增稠剂、1~3份柠檬酸和1~3份精油;
所述柔软剂的制备步骤为:
(1)按重量份数计,分别选取50~60份玉米油、40~50份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、15~17份甲苯和1~3份质量分数0.7%氯铂酸异丙醇溶液,混合后加热反应,反应结束后出料,减压蒸馏得透明液体;
(2)按重量份数计,分别选取60~70份透明液体、50~60份异丙醇、30~40份N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和20~30份苄基氯,反应后得柔软剂。
所述的羊毛脂反应液的制备步骤为:按质量比1:1,分别称取羊毛脂和羟乙基乙二胺混合,混合后加热至140~150℃,并加入羊毛脂质量0.5~0.7%甲醇钠,保温搅拌反应3~5h后降低温度至80~90℃,加入羊毛脂质量3~5%三氟乙酸和羊毛脂质量50~60%顺丁烯二酸酐,搅拌反应2~3h后冷却至室温,出料,即可。
所述的阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇硫酸钠和十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的一种。
所述的增稠剂为海藻酸钠、瓜尔胶、黄原胶和壳聚糖中的一种。
所述的精油为玫瑰精油、香橙精油、薰衣草精油和茶树精油中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明在织物柔顺剂中加入羊毛脂的反应物,该反应物可以填充于织物纤维之间,起到润滑和柔软的作用,减少分子链间相互作用,使纤维束变得疏松而柔顺;
(2)本发明利用玉米油和甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲苯、氯铂酸异丙醇进行反应,反应得到的柔软剂能吸附在纤维上并使纤维表面平滑,增加纤维柔软性的化合物,柔软剂中的分子分布在纤维表面起着润滑作用,降低了纤维和纤维之间的动、静摩擦系数,增加了织物平滑柔软性,改善了分子的柔曲性,因此提高了柔软效果;
(3)本发明制得的织物柔顺剂具有较好的固色及耐织物黄变作用,使用后可以使织物变得更加柔顺、蓬松、有弹性,而且生物降解性较好,对环境极其友好,使用后亦不会对人体皮肤造成任何刺激,具有较好的市场推广价值。
具体实施方式
按质量比1:1,分别称取羊毛脂和羟乙基乙二胺加入到三口烧瓶中,将三口烧瓶放入油浴锅中加热至140~150℃后加入羊毛脂质量0.5~0.7%甲醇钠,保温搅拌反应3~5h,反应结束后降低温度至80~90℃,随后向三口烧瓶中加入羊毛脂质量3~5%三氟乙酸和羊毛脂质量50~60%顺丁烯二酸酐,搅拌反应2~3h后冷却至室温,得羊毛脂反应液,按重量份数计,分别取50~60份玉米油、40~50份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、15~17份甲苯和1~3份质量分数0.7%氯铂酸异丙醇溶液,混合后加入三口烧瓶中,加热至85~90℃,保温搅拌反应6~8h,反应结束后冷却至室温,将三口烧瓶中的反应液在20~40kPa压力下减压蒸馏1~2h,蒸馏后得透明液体,按重量份数计,分别选取60~70份透明液体、50~60份异丙醇、30~40份N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和20~30份苄基氯,升温至90~100℃,搅拌反应6~7h,反应结束后冷却至25~30℃,在10~20kPa压力下减压蒸馏2~3h,蒸馏后得到柔软剂,按重量份数计,分别选取90~110份去离子水、10~15份羊毛脂反应液、25~35份柔软剂、5~10份阴离子表面活性剂、0.2~0.4份增稠剂、1~3份柠檬酸和1~3份精油,混合后升温至70~90℃,搅拌3~4h后冷却至室温,即可得到织物柔顺剂。所述的阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇硫酸钠和十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的一种。所述的增稠剂为海藻酸钠、瓜尔胶、黄原胶、壳聚糖中的一种。所述的精油为玫瑰精油、香橙精油、薰衣草精油、茶树精油中的一种。

首先按质量比1:50,将实例1制得的织物柔顺剂与温度为40℃的水搅拌混合5min,并将混匀的织物柔顺剂溶液倒入漂洗器中,随后按质量比1:10,将羊毛织物置于柔顺剂溶液中,漂洗15min后,转动脱水30s,再向漂洗器内加入脱水后羊毛织物质量15倍温度为30℃的水,搅动漂洗5min后,转动脱水30s,经重复漂洗、脱水步骤3次后,取出羊毛织物自然晾干即可。

按质量比1:1,分别称取羊毛脂和羟乙基乙二胺加入到三口烧瓶中,将三口烧瓶放入油浴锅中加热至145℃后加入羊毛脂质量0.6%甲醇钠,保温搅拌反应4h,反应结束后降低温度至85℃,随后向三口烧瓶中加入羊毛脂质量4%三氟乙酸和羊毛脂质量55%顺丁烯二酸酐,搅拌反应2h后冷却至室温,得羊毛脂反应液,按重量份数计,分别取55份玉米油、45份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、16份甲苯和2份质量分数0.7%氯铂酸异丙醇溶液,混合后加入三口烧瓶中,加热至88℃,保温搅拌反应7h,反应结束后冷却至室温,将三口烧瓶中的反应液在30kPa压力下减压蒸馏1h,蒸馏后得透明液体,按重量份数计,分别选取65份透明液体、55份异丙醇、35份N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和25份苄基氯,升温至95℃,搅拌反应6h,反应结束后冷却至28℃,在15kPa压力下减压蒸馏2h,蒸馏后得到柔软剂,按重量份数计,分别选取100份去离子水、13份羊毛脂反应液、30份柔软剂、8份月桂醇硫酸钠、0.3份瓜尔胶、2份柠檬酸和2份香橙精油,混合后升温至80℃,搅拌3h后冷却至室温,即可得到织物柔顺剂。
首先按质量比1:50,将实例2制得的织物柔顺剂与温度为40℃的水搅拌混合5min,并将混匀的织物柔顺剂溶液倒入漂洗器中,随后按质量比1:10,将羊毛织物置于柔顺剂溶液中,漂洗15min后,转动脱水30s,再向漂洗器内加入脱水后羊毛织物质量15倍温度为30℃的水,搅动漂洗5min后,转动脱水30s,经重复漂洗、脱水步骤3次后,取出羊毛织物自然晾干即可。
实例3
按质量比1:1,分别称取羊毛脂和羟乙基乙二胺加入到三口烧瓶中,将三口烧瓶放入油浴锅中加热至150℃后加入羊毛脂质量0.7%甲醇钠,保温搅拌反应5h,反应结束后降低温度至90℃,随后向三口烧瓶中加入羊毛脂质量5%三氟乙酸和羊毛脂质量60%顺丁烯二酸酐,搅拌反应3h后冷却至室温,得羊毛脂反应液,按重量份数计,分别取60份玉米油、50份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、17份甲苯和3份质量分数0.7%氯铂酸异丙醇溶液,混合后加入三口烧瓶中,加热至90℃,保温搅拌反应8h,反应结束后冷却至室温,将三口烧瓶中的反应液在40kPa压力下减压蒸馏2h,蒸馏后得透明液体,按重量份数计,分别选取70份透明液体、60份异丙醇、40份N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和30份苄基氯,升温至100℃,搅拌反应7h,反应结束后冷却至30℃,在20kPa压力下减压蒸馏3h,蒸馏后得到柔软剂,按重量份数计,分别选取110份去离子水、15份羊毛脂反应液、35份柔软剂、10份十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、0.4份黄原胶、3份柠檬酸和3份薰衣草精油,混合后升温至90℃,搅拌4h后冷却至室温,即可得到织物柔顺剂。
首先按质量比1:50,将实例3制得的织物柔顺剂与温度为40℃的水搅拌混合5min,并将混匀的织物柔顺剂溶液倒入漂洗器中,随后按质量比1:10,将羊毛织物置于柔顺剂溶液中,漂洗15min后,转动脱水30s,再向漂洗器内加入脱水后羊毛织物质量15倍温度为30℃的水,搅动漂洗5min后,转动脱水30s,经重复漂洗、脱水步骤3次后,取出羊毛织物自然晾干即可。
对使用实例1~3制得的织物柔顺剂和市售季铵盐织物柔顺剂(对比例)进行漂洗后的羊毛织物性能进行检测,其检测结果如下表1所示:

综上所述,本发明制得的织物柔顺剂对织物具有较好的柔顺效果,使用后织物的弹性恢复能力较好,同时本发明柔顺剂水洗耐久性优异,使用后的织物耐黄变能力较强,且使用后织物仍然能保持柔软舒适的手感。
Claims (5)
1.一种织物柔顺剂,按重量份数计,包括:90~110份去离子水、25~35份柔软剂、10~15份羊毛脂反应液、5~10份阴离子表面活性剂、0.2~0.4份增稠剂、1~3份柠檬酸和1~3份精油;
其特征在于:所述柔软剂的制备步骤为:
(1)按重量份数计,分别选取50~60份玉米油、40~50份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、15~17份甲苯和1~3份质量分数0.7%氯铂酸异丙醇溶液,混合后加热反应,反应结束后出料,减压蒸馏得透明液体;
(2)按重量份数计,分别选取60~70份透明液体、50~60份异丙醇、30~40份N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和20~30份苄基氯,反应后得柔软剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种织物柔顺剂,其特征在于:所述的羊毛脂反应液的制备步骤为:按质量比1:1,分别称取羊毛脂和羟乙基乙二胺混合,混合后加热至140~150℃,并加入羊毛脂质量0.5~0.7%甲醇钠,保温搅拌反应3~5h后降低温度至80~90℃,加入羊毛脂质量3~5%三氟乙酸和羊毛脂质量50~60%顺丁烯二酸酐,搅拌反应2~3h后冷却至室温,出料,即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种织物柔顺剂,其特征在于:所述的阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇硫酸钠和十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种织物柔顺剂,其特征在于:所述的增稠剂为海藻酸钠、瓜尔胶、黄原胶和壳聚糖中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种织物柔顺剂,其特征在于:所述的精油为玫瑰精油、香橙精油、薰衣草精油和茶树精油中的一种。
