Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the specific embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided to explain the principles of the invention and its practical application to thereby enable others skilled in the art to understand the invention for various embodiments and with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated.
The invention provides a cleaning agent for cleaning a bonder, which can be used for cleaning the surface of a conveyor belt with a Teflon coating in the bonder and glue stains at the bottom of an iron; the cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
specifically, the 202# silicone oil has the advantages of excellent chemical stability, low heat resistance, low surface tension and the like, and mainly plays a role in lubricating, increasing surface activity and stabilizing a system in a finally obtained cleaning agent; the chlorodifluoroethane is used as a high-purity liquid, mainly has the functions of cleaning and foaming, has little damage to the atmospheric ozone layer and achieves the aim of environmental protection; tetrachloroethylene is used as a main component and is used as a metal degreasing solvent to play a role in dissolving, softening and emulsifying grease; the dichloromethane has the advantages of strong dissolving capacity, quite low toxicity and the like, and plays roles of degreasing, foaming and demoulding in the cleaning agent; the main function of lemon essence is to mask the raw material odor and provide a pleasant light flavor.
The above-mentioned detergent of the present invention will be shown below by way of specific examples, but the detergent according to the present invention is not limited to the specific compositions of the following examples 1 to 3, and the following examples 1 to 3 are merely examples of some of the specific compositions of the detergent of the present invention.
Table 1 compositions of detergents for bonder cleaning of examples 1-3
The above detergents provided in examples 1-3 above were prepared using the following method:
step S1: tetrafluoroethylene and dichloromethane were mixed and stirred uniformly to obtain a first mixture.
The following example is given as an example, and the other examples are only required to replace the amount of the corresponding substance.
Specifically, tetrafluoroethylene accounting for 54.26% by mass of the total liquid and dichloromethane accounting for 23.96% by mass are mixed and stirred to obtain a first mixture. The total liquid refers to the total mass of 202# silicone oil, chlorodifluoroethane, tetrachloroethylene, dichloromethane and lemon essence included in the cleaning agent.
Step S2, adding 202# silicone oil into the first mixture and stirring uniformly to obtain a second mixture.
Specifically, # 202 silicone oil, which accounts for 17.18% by mass of the total liquid, was added to the first mixture, mixed and stirred to obtain a second mixture.
And step S3, adding chlorodifluoroethane and lemon essence into the second mixture and uniformly stirring.
Specifically, chlorodifluoroethane accounting for 4.30% of the total liquid in parts by mass and lemon essence accounting for 0.30% of the total liquid are added into the second mixture to be mixed and stirred, and finally the liquid-phase cleaning agent is obtained.
Generally, the mixing process in the steps S1, S2, and S3 may be performed in a mixing tank.
Example 4
For convenience of use of the cleaner, it is clear that spray forms are more convenient than liquid phases, so the cleaner with the ingredients described in examples 1-3 can be made into a cleaning spray.
Specifically, the liquid-phase detergent obtained in examples 1 to 3 and liquefied petroleum gas were mixed at a mass ratio of 2:1 to 2.2:1, preferably about 2.1:1 in this example, and canned to obtain a cleaning spray.
When the cleaning spray of the embodiment is used, the cleaning spray can be directly sprayed out only by shaking up and being 15 cm-20 cm away from the surface to be treated.
Compared with the powder cleaning agent in the prior art, the cleaning agent for cleaning the bonding machine, which is disclosed by the invention, is in a liquid phase form or a spray form, has the advantages of convenience in use and capability of being used at any time; meanwhile, the cleaning agent provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of wide raw material source, no toxicity, no harm, energy conservation, environmental protection, no harm to human bodies and environment, no side effect, no damage to the gluing machine equipment and only reaction with grease and dirt; meanwhile, the adhesive has the effects of static resistance and no residue, can quickly remove stains on the surface of the conveyor belt of the adhesive machine, and can keep the cleaned conveyor belt non-stick, dustproof and residue-free for a long time.
While the invention has been shown and described with reference to certain embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that: various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
