Abstract

本发明公开了一种扩胸健身器械及其使用说明，属于健身器械领域。本发明的主要目的在于为广大的健身爱好者以及健身行业的行内人员提供一种专门针对于胸部以及肩部肌肉力量的便捷式健身器械，其根据扩胸运动的原理进行模拟，通过克服配重片重量来起得锻炼的效果，为达到以上目的，经加工处理各个零部件包括：滑轮、挡片、配重单元、绳索、背垫、施力件、机架、调节装置，待各个零部件加工制成后，按照相应的安装流程进行安装，使用时遵照使用说明进行操作使用，本发明操作简单，不仅适合全年龄段的人群进行体育锻炼，而且对于相关伤病的治疗以及康复也能起到辅助的作用，是各个健身场馆以及家庭健身首选的健身器械。

本发明公开了一种扩胸健身器械及其使用说明，属于健身器械领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高，健康理念的不断深化，健身运动越来越成为人们习以为常的休闲方式，有许多人利用早晚进行体育锻炼，由于受到时间和场地的限制满足不了这种愿望。各种各样健身器材的出现，为希望通过锻炼得到健康的人们带来了许多便利。目前虽然有许多健身器材，但对于胸部肌肉锻炼的还比较少。该发明是一种利用短短的休息时间进行胸部锻炼，既可以节省时间，又可以起到锻炼身体作用的健身器材，以满足人们的生活要求。
但是由于个人的不注意以及场地等外在因素的影响，再进上运动锻炼时总会伴随着不可避免的伤病，肌肉酸痛，扭伤挫伤等，都会给人们带来不小的影响。该扩胸健身器械创造后给运动员在训练中带来辅助的练习效果。也可以在家庭和办公娱乐场所使用，是各个健身场馆及家庭必备的健身器械。
发明内容
本发明设计了一种扩胸健身器械及其使用说明，其主要目的在于为广大的健身爱好者以及健身行业的行内人员提供一种专门针对于胸部以及肩部肌肉力量的便捷式健身器械，其根据扩胸运动的原理进行模拟，通过克服配重片重量来起得锻炼的效果，为达到以上目的，根据说明书附图所提供的样式，对各个零部件进行加工处理，其中包括：（1）滑轮、（2）挡片、（3）配重单元、（4）绳索、（5）背垫、（6）施力件、（7）机架、（8）坐垫、（9）调节装置；待各个零部件加工制成后，按照相应的安装流程进行安装，其安装流程为：将座垫（8）安装在机架（7）相应位置，背垫（5）通过螺栓安装在机架（7）相应位置，施力件（6）通过销轴铰接在机架（7）相应位置，滑轮（1）铰接在机架（7）相应位置，挡片（2）铰接于机架（7）的相应位置，调节装置（9）铰接在支架（7）上相应位置，绳索（4）一端固定在施力件（6）上，绕过各个滑轮后另一端固定在配重块上成为一体，配重单元（3）组装在机架（7）相应位置。
待安装完成后，对各个零部件连接处涂抹润滑油来保护健身器械，并减少损伤以及延长其使用寿命，投入到使用时，应遵照使用说明进行使用操作，其使用说明为：使用时，使用者应根据自身条件选择适合自己的配重片数量，并用插销固定好，然后坐在座椅上，双脚自然踏地，可以通过调节装置改变坐垫的高度以达到最适，双手紧握施力件把手，双手用力向内侧转动施力件，此时铰接在施力件上的挡片同步运动，那么迫使绕在其上的绳索做牵引运动，绳索绕过相应各个滑轮后进入配重单元带动配重块做上下运动。如此往复数次，可起到锻炼胸部相应肌肉的目的。

1.一种扩胸健身器械及其使用说明，其特征在于：所述的健身器械由各个零部件组成，其中包括：（1）滑轮、（2）挡片、（3）配重单元、（4）绳索、（5）背垫、（6）施力件、（7）机架、（8）坐垫、（9）调节装置；待各个零部件加工制成后，按照相应的安装流程进行安装，使用时遵照使用说明进行操作使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种扩胸健身器械及其使用说明，其特征在于：所述的安装流程为：将座垫（8）安装在机架（7）相应位置，背垫（5）通过螺栓安装在机架（7）相应位置，施力件（6）通过销轴铰接在机架（7）相应位置，滑轮（1）铰接在机架（7）相应位置，挡片（2）铰接于机架（7）的相应位置，调节装置（9）铰接在支架（7）上相应位置，绳索（4）一端固定在施力件（6）上，绕过各个滑轮后另一端固定在配重块上成为一体，配重单元（3）组装在机架（7）相应位置。
