本发明自走式地板清洁机，属于清洁设备技术领域，具体涉及一种大面积地板清洁车。
背景技术
目前，较为空旷的商场或工作场所的地板均是以人力拖洗，非常不便且工作人员劳动强度非常大，消耗人力成本较高，现在市场上有一种拖地水车，可在人的托东西啊到处行走，一定程度上减轻了工作人员的劳动强度，但是仍旧不够便利。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术存在的不足，所要解决的技术问题是提供一种自走式地板清洁机，使用方便，工作效率高，减少了劳动力成本。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：自走式地板清洁机，车体前部设有把手且其后部设有座椅，车体前部安装有水箱和第一拖板，车体后面固定设置有第二拖板，所述第一拖板和第二拖板下面均设有胶棉，所述第一拖板设有内腔且其下面设有渗水孔，第一拖板的内腔通过供水管与水箱下部相连通，所述把手中间设置有操作面板。
所述第一拖板和第二拖板均通过液压缸分别固定在车体前后。
所述座椅通过升降机构固定在车体后部。
所述第一拖板和第二拖板上设置有挤压胶棉的沥水装置。
所述沥水装置为挤压式沥水或滚压式沥水。
所述的座椅为靠背式座椅。
本发明同现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是：在车体前后分别设置一个拖板，前面的拖板胶棉由水箱供水，行走中对行走过的地板进行拖洗，后面的拖板对地面进一步清理并附带吸水，使用方便，清洁效果好，工作效率高且减少了劳力成本；两个拖板均通过液压缸固定在车体前后，非工作状态拖板离开地面，车体行走更加方便；座椅可升降且设有靠背，使工作人员使用更加舒适。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示，本发明自走式地板清洁机，车体1前部设有把手2且其后部设有座椅3，车体1前部安装有水箱5和第一拖板6，车体1后面固定设置有第二拖板7，所述第一拖板6和第二拖板7下面均设有胶棉，所述第一拖板6设有内腔11且其下面设有渗水孔12，第一拖板6的内腔11通过供水管9与水箱5下部相连通，所述把手2中间设置有操作面板10。
所述第一拖板6和第二拖板7均通过液压缸8分别固定在车体1前后，非工作状态拖板离开地面，车体行走更加方便。
所述座椅3通过升降机构4固定在车体1后部，所述的座椅3为靠背式座椅，使工作人员使用更加舒适。
所述第一拖板6和第二拖板7上设置有挤压胶棉的沥水装置，不使用时可直接对胶棉沥水。
所述沥水装置为挤压式沥水或滚压式沥水。
使用方法：将本发明座椅调整到舒适位置并开到工作区域，控制液压缸8活塞杆伸出使第一拖板6和第二拖板7的胶棉接触挤压地面，控制水箱5向第一拖板6的内腔供应定量的水，水内可加清洁剂，水渗入第一拖板6的胶棉内，在行走过程中对地板进行拖洗，而第二拖板7在车体1后对地板进一步拖洗且将多余的水分吸收，在需要沥水时，控制对应的沥水装置挤压或滚压胶棉即可。

1.自走式地板清洁机，其特征在于：车体（1）前部设有把手（2）且其后部设有座椅（3），车体（1）前部安装有水箱（5）和第一拖板（6），车体（1）后面固定设置有第二拖板（7），所述第一拖板（6）和第二拖板（7）下面均设有胶棉，所述第一拖板（6）设有内腔（11）且其下面设有渗水孔（12），第一拖板（6）的内腔（11）通过供水管（9）与水箱（5）下部相连通，所述把手（2）中间设置有操作面板（10）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自走式地板清洁机，其特征在于：所述第一拖板（6）和第二拖板（7）均通过液压缸（8）分别固定在车体（1）前后。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自走式地板清洁机，其特征在于：所述座椅（3）通过升降机构（4）固定在车体（1）后部。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的自走式地板清洁机，其特征在于：所述第一拖板（6）和第二拖板（7）上设置有挤压胶棉的沥水装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自走式地板清洁机，其特征在于：所述沥水装置为挤压式沥水或滚压式沥水。
