Description

Method and equipment for processing short-installation adjustment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of internet technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing a short-mount adjustment.
Background
When the buyer and the seller carry out wholesale transaction, the seller prepares the commodity according to the requirement of the buyer, and the wholesale transaction has the characteristics of large transaction amount and the like.
In the wholesale transaction process, after the buyer places an order on the website and pays, the seller needs to purchase raw materials according to the purchase amount, the style and the like. In the actual preparation process, there is usually a certain error between the amount of finished goods and the actual amount of order of the buyer due to the previous estimation error, for example, the buyer purchases 100 pieces, but the seller produces 99 pieces, which is called "short-shipping".
At present, a common process for a buyer and a seller to conduct wholesale transaction on a website is as follows:
the buyer places an order- > the buyer pays 30% of the first payment- > the seller starts to stock, and after the seller finishes stock, the buyer pays 60% of the payment- > the seller delivers the goods- > the buyer receives the goods- > the buyer checks the goods, and after no problem exists, the buyer pays 10% of the tail money or the quality assurance fund.
In addition to the above wholesale process, another process is as follows:
buyer ordering- > buyer payment- > seller delivery- > seller confirmation receipt.
If the seller initiates the short package before the seller delivers the goods, the website automatically calculates the short package adjustment amount and automatically returns the short package adjustment amount to the buyer from the guarantor or the seller balance.
In the prior wholesale transaction process, if a seller submits short packages, short package funds are solved in a refund mode, a reverse fund flow is added to an order, and the fund flow of the order becomes more complex.
In summary, in the process of wholesale transaction on the website, if the seller submits short packages, the complexity of the fund flow of the order is increased.

Detailed Description
In the embodiment of the application, in the first user and the second user related to the transaction, if any user performs short package adjustment, the short package adjustment amount is determined; determining the refund information according to the refund item and the determined short package adjustment amount; and sending the determined recharge information to an account bound with a second user. The method and the device have the advantages that the refund information can be determined according to the short package adjustment amount, and the determined refund information is sent to the account bound with the second user, so that refund of the first user to the second user is not needed, the complexity of fund flow of an order is not increased after the first user submits the short package, and the complexity of short package fund processing is simplified.
The transaction in the embodiment of the application can be a transaction completed by one-time payment, or a transaction completed by multiple payments (namely, multiple-stage payment is needed).
Transactions that are completed with one payment, such as in a Taobao or Tasko transaction, are common.
Transactions requiring multiple payments to complete, such as in the 1688 wholesale scenario, often have large buyers who require sellers to process customized services, and sellers need to process products according to the styles and specifications required by the buyers. After negotiation in advance, the seller usually requires the buyer to pay a portion of the subscription, and then the seller starts to stock the goods; after a period of time, the seller pays the end payment after the seller is finished with the stock, and the seller delivers the goods, the buyer receives the goods, and the transaction is completed, which is a typical subscription and end payment mode.
For example, the "short appointment deal-37 staged payment" of the 1688 deal website, the contract contents are as follows:
30% of first payment is paid to the payment treasures within 2 days after the buyer places an order, and the first payment is directly sent to the account of the seller 3 days after the payment;
the buyer may initiate a short transaction after 70% of the payment of the trailer, and the buyer may confirm receipt within 10 days after the seller ships.
In the above, the staged payment 37 is taken as an example, there may be more stages and a greater proportion of payment modes as required, such as 3, 5 and 2, i.e. 30% payment is made first, and the seller sends a part of the sample to the buyer, and after the buyer confirms the sample, 50% payment is made, and the seller finishes producing all the products, and finally 20% payment is made by the buyer, and the seller ships.
For some large buyers who require sellers to work with customized services, in addition to the above described process, there is also a process with quality assurance:
after the transaction is negotiated in advance, the seller asks the buyer to pay a part of the deposit, and then the seller starts to stock the goods; after a period of time, the seller finishes stock, the buyer pays the tail money, the seller delivers the goods, the buyer receives the goods, the buyer checks the goods, and the quality deposit is paid again after no problem exists, wherein the general deposit is 10% of the total amount.
Regardless of whether a one-time payment transaction or a multiple-time payment transaction, the seller may make short-shipment adjustments prior to shipment.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for processing a short mount adjustment in an embodiment of the present application includes:
step 100, aiming at one transaction, if a user carries out short package adjustment on a first user and a second user related to the transaction, determining short package adjustment amount;
step 101, determining the refund information according to the refund item and the determined short package adjustment amount;
step 102, sending the determined recharge information to an account bound with a second user; wherein the second user is a payer of the transaction, and the redemption information is at least one of funds and equivalents for performing redemption transactions in other transactions.
For convenience of understanding, in the following description, the first user is replaced by a seller, the second user is replaced by a buyer, and the short-package adjustment performed by the buyer is described as an example, and is similar to the seller, and will not be described herein again.
In the embodiment of the application, after the short package adjustment is carried out by a seller, the short package adjustment amount is determined; determining the refund information according to the refund item and the determined short package adjustment amount; and sending the determined refuge information to an account bound with the buyer. The amount can be adjusted according to the short package, the payment information is determined, and the determined payment information is sent to the account bound with the buyer, so that the seller does not need to refund money to the buyer, the complexity of fund flow of the order is not increased after the seller submits the short package, and the complexity of short package fund processing is simplified.
Furthermore, the total amount of the order is not changed, so that the money actually received by a seller is not reduced after the short package is initiated and adjusted, and the functional experience of the short package can be improved. Meanwhile, by sending the information for supporting and charging to the second user, the viscosity of the second user can be enhanced, and the next order can be achieved.
In an implementation, the seller may make a short-shipment adjustment to adjust the order quantity if the actual production data is less than the buyer's order quantity before the seller ships.
Optionally, after the seller performs short-package adjustment and when the short-package adjustment amount is determined, the short-package adjustment amount is determined according to the commodity price and the quantity of the commodities adjusted by the seller.
For example, the commodity is a piece of clothes, the price of the clothes is 100 yuan, the number of the commodities subjected to short-package adjustment by the seller is 10, and the short-package adjustment amount is 1000 yuan.
Alternatively, the seller may preset a number of compensation items. Such as order coupons, pay red packages, bonus points, etc.
The form of the order coupon is various, for example, the order coupon can be a specific discount, can be a full subtraction (for example, full 100 minus 20 yuan), and can also be a direct subtraction B yuan, namely, the total amount of the order is deducted when the buyer places the order;
the payment red packet can deduct payment amount when in payment;
the point reward can be deducted from the payment amount during payment, and can also be exchanged for other commodities.
It should be noted that the above specific item instructions are examples, and other recharging items that can replace the short package adjustment amount are all applicable to the embodiments of the present application.
Since different sellers can set different items for support, the items can be valid only in the store corresponding to the seller who sets the items.
Such as the seller setting an order coupon for "windbreaker," the buyer, upon receiving the order coupon, may use the order coupon if an order for "windbreaker" is generated at the seller store.
Optionally, determining a compensation item corresponding to the transaction from all compensation items corresponding to the first user; and taking the determined refund item as a refund item for determining the refund information.
And if the seller sets a refund item, using the refund item as the refund item for determining the refund information.
If the seller sets multiple pledgets, the seller may set a binding relationship between the content of the transaction and the pledgets. And after the seller performs short-package adjustment, determining a compensation item corresponding to the content of the transaction according to the binding relationship.
Taking the store operated by the seller as an example of the clothing store, the binding relationship between the content of the transaction and the compensation item can be set as shown in table 1.
Jacket Order coupon
Shoes with removable sole Payment red envelope
……… ………
TABLE 1
Because different compensation items have different preferential contents, when the short package adjustment amount is converted into the compensation item, corresponding conversion proportions exist for the different compensation items.
Optionally, when determining the offset information according to the offset item and the determined short package adjustment amount, determining the offset information of the offset item corresponding to the short package adjustment amount according to a set conversion ratio of the offset item and the amount.
In practice, this conversion ratio may be set by the vendor.
For example, the short package adjustment amount is 1000 yuan, the order coupon may correspond to 6 folds, the payment red package may correspond to 1000 folds, and the bonus point may correspond to 5000 folds.
For a refund item, the seller can set the binding relationship between the short-package adjustment amount range and the refund information corresponding to the refund item. And when the refund information needs to be determined, determining the short package adjustment amount range to which the short package adjustment amount belongs, and determining the corresponding refund information according to the binding relationship between the short package adjustment amount range and the refund information.
Taking the order coupon as an example, the binding relationship between the short package adjustment amount range and the refund information corresponding to the order coupon can be seen in table 2.
0 to 500 yuan 9 fold
501 Yuan-1000 Yuan 8 fold
1001 yuan to 2000 yuan 7 fold
……… ………
TABLE 2
For example, if the short package adjustment amount is 1500 yuan, the corresponding refund information of the order coupon is 7 yuan.
Since the overflow short package adjustment needs to be performed after the production is completed to know whether the adjustment is needed and if the adjustment is needed, the specific adjustment amount is, if the adjustment amount is relatively large, further negotiation between the buyer and the seller may be required, and the adjustment of the amount of money to be paid by the subsequent buyer is not automatically performed. Based on the above, it can be determined whether the proposal can be overdue or not when the buyer places an order according to the transaction type, and if yes, the proposal can be set in a certain proportion according to the transaction type in advance, and the overdue adjustment is allowed. That is, not all transactions, sellers may be short spilled.
Specifically, after the short package adjustment amount is determined, the proportion of the number of the commodities subjected to the short package overflow adjustment to the total number of the commodities is determined;
judging whether the proportion of the number of the commodities subjected to the short-overflow package adjustment to the total number of the commodities is not greater than the agreed short-overflow proportion or not;
if yes, determining the refund information according to the determined short package adjustment amount and the refund item; otherwise, stopping adopting the deduction short-package adjustment amount of the deduction information.
For example, the agreed spill short ratio is 5%. The number of the commodities adjusted by the short-circuit overfilling is 300, the total number of the commodities is 10000, the proportion of the number of the commodities adjusted by the short-circuit overfilling to the total number of the commodities is 3 percent and is less than the agreed short-circuit overfilling proportion by 5 percent, so that the short-circuit overfilling adjustment amount can be deducted by adopting the refund information, namely the refund information is determined according to the determined short-circuit overfilling adjustment amount and the refund item, and the determined refund information is sent to an account bound with a second user.
Optionally, if the ratio of the number of the commodities to the total number of the commodities adjusted by the overflow short-loading is not greater than the agreed overflow short ratio, some processing modes may be preset.
For example, if the amount to be paid by the subsequent buyer is stopped from being automatically adjusted, the buyer may be notified according to a notification method preset by the buyer and/or the seller may be notified according to a notification method preset by the seller. The buyer and/or seller here includes three ways: 1. only the buyer; 2. only the seller; 3. there are sellers and buyers.
In practice, the notification means includes, but is not limited to, part or all of the following notification means:
sending a short message to a preset number, dialing the preset number to play voice, sending a mail to a preset mailbox address, and pushing the message through software installed by a user.
Optionally, if the determined knock-out information is sent to an account bound to the second user, the buyer may be notified according to a notification manner preset by the buyer and/or the seller may be notified according to a notification manner preset by the seller.
The specific notification manner is similar to the above notification manner, and is not described herein again.
The following describes the scheme of the present application in detail by taking short-loading in the transaction process as an example.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for short-loading in the transaction process of the embodiment of the present application includes:
step 200, after the buyer places an order, a transaction order is generated.
Step 201, after the buyer pays the premier, the transaction order status is modified to 'seller stock'.
Step 202, after the seller is finished with the stock, the state of the transaction order is modified to 'pending payment'.
Step 203, after receiving the amount of the next stage of payment of the buyer, the state of the transaction order is modified to 'pending delivery'.
And step 204, after the seller performs the overfilling adjustment, determining the short-package adjustment amount according to the commodity price and the quantity of the commodities adjusted by the seller.
Step 205, judging whether the ratio of the number of the commodities adjusted by the seller for short-overflow loading to the total number of the commodities is not greater than the agreed short-overflow ratio;
if so, go to step 206; otherwise, the process is skipped.
Step 206, according to the binding relationship between the content of the transaction and the charging items, determining the charging items corresponding to the transaction from all the charging items corresponding to the first user, and using the determined charging items as the charging items for determining the charging information.
And step 207, determining the binding relationship between the short package adjustment amount range corresponding to the refund item determined in the step 206 and the refund information.
And 208, determining the recharge information corresponding to the short package adjustment amount range to which the short package adjustment amount determined in the step 204 belongs according to the binding relationship between the short package adjustment amount range and the recharge information determined in the step 207.
And step 209, sending the determined recharge information to an account bound with a second user.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides a device for processing short-mount adjustment, and as the principle of the device for solving the problem is similar to the method for processing short-mount adjustment in the embodiment of the present application, reference may be made to the implementation of the method for implementing the device, and repeated details are not described again.
As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus for processing short mount adjustment according to the embodiment of the present application includes:
the amount determining module 300 is configured to determine, for one transaction, an adjusted short package amount if any user performs short package adjustment between a first user and a second user involved in the transaction;
the information determining module 301 is configured to determine the refund information according to the refund item and the determined short package adjustment amount;
the processing module 302 is configured to send the determined recharge information to an account bound to a second user;
wherein the second user is a payer of the transaction, and the redemption information is at least one of funds and equivalents for performing redemption transactions in other transactions.
Optionally, the amount determining module 300 determines the short package adjustment amount according to the commodity price and the quantity of the commodities adjusted by the seller when determining the short package adjustment amount after the seller performs the short package adjustment.
The form of the order coupon is various, for example, the order coupon can be a specific discount, can be a full subtraction (for example, full 100 minus 20 yuan), and can also be a direct subtraction B yuan, namely, the total amount of the order is deducted when the buyer places the order;
the payment red packet can deduct payment amount when in payment;
the point reward can be deducted from the payment amount during payment, and can also be exchanged for other commodities.
Optionally, the information determining module 301 determines the compensation item corresponding to the transaction from all the compensation items corresponding to the first user; and taking the determined refund item as a refund item for determining the refund information.
If the seller sets a compensation item, the information determination module 301 uses the compensation item as a compensation item for determining the compensation information.
If the seller sets multiple pledgets, the seller may set a binding relationship between the content of the transaction and the pledgets. After the seller performs short-loading adjustment, the information determining module 301 determines a coverage item corresponding to the content of the transaction according to the binding relationship.
Taking the store operated by the seller as an example of the clothing store, the binding relationship between the content of the transaction and the compensation item can be set as shown in table 1.
Because different compensation items have different preferential contents, when the short package adjustment amount is converted into the compensation item, corresponding conversion proportions exist for the different compensation items.
Optionally, when determining the offset information according to the offset item and the determined short package adjustment amount, the information determining module 301 determines the offset information of the offset item corresponding to the short package adjustment amount according to a set conversion ratio between the offset item and the amount.
In practice, this conversion ratio may be set by the vendor.
For example, if the short package adjustment amount is 1000 yuan, the order coupon may correspond to 6 folds, the shop coupon may correspond to 7 folds, the payment red package may correspond to 1000 folds, and the bonus point may correspond to 5000 folds.
For a refund item, the seller can set the binding relationship between the short-package adjustment amount range and the refund information corresponding to the refund item. When the information determining module 301 needs to determine the refund information, it determines the short package adjustment amount range to which the short package adjustment amount belongs, and determines the corresponding refund information according to the binding relationship between the short package adjustment amount range and the refund information.
Taking the order coupon as an example, the binding relationship between the short package adjustment amount range and the refund information corresponding to the order coupon can be seen in table 2.
Specifically, after the amount determining module 300 determines the short-package adjusted amount, the information determining module 301 determines the proportion of the number of the commodities subjected to the short-package overflow adjustment to the total number of the commodities;
judging whether the proportion of the number of the commodities subjected to the short-overflow package adjustment to the total number of the commodities is not greater than the agreed short-overflow proportion or not;
if yes, determining the refund information according to the determined short package adjustment amount and the refund item; otherwise, stopping adopting the deduction short-package adjustment amount of the deduction information.
For example, the agreed spill short ratio is 5%. The number of the commodities adjusted by the short-circuit overfilling is 300, the total number of the commodities is 10000, the proportion of the number of the commodities adjusted by the short-circuit overfilling to the total number of the commodities is 3% and is less than the agreed short-circuit overfilling proportion by 5%, so that the short-circuit overfilling adjustment amount can be deducted by adopting the refund information, namely the refund information is determined according to the determined short-circuit overfilling adjustment amount and the refund item, and the determined refund information is sent to an account bound with a second user by the processing module 302.
Optionally, if the ratio of the number of the products adjusted by the overflow short-circuit protection to the total number of the products is not greater than the agreed overflow short-circuit ratio, the information determining module 301 may preset some processing modes.
Optionally, if the determined knock-out information is sent to an account bound to the second user, the processing module 302 may also notify the buyer according to a notification manner preset by the buyer and/or notify the seller according to a notification manner preset by the seller.
From the above, it can be seen that: in the embodiment of the application, in the first user and the second user related to the transaction, if any user performs short package adjustment, the short package adjustment amount is determined; determining the refund information according to the refund item and the determined short package adjustment amount; and sending the determined recharge information to an account bound with a second user.
