FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method of retail management of luxury jewelry according to an embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a block diagram of a retail management system that provides luxury jewelry according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for retail management of luxury jewelry, as shown in fig. 1, by the steps of:
step 101: when an intelligent counter storing luxury jewelry needs to be opened, reading an RFID tag of a current salesclerk through an intelligent counter lock on the intelligent counter to obtain a salesclerk tag, comparing the obtained salesclerk tag with a stored legal salesclerk tag list, if the salesclerk tag exists in the legal salesclerk tag list, confirming that the current salesclerk is a legal salesclerk and opening the intelligent counter lock, and simultaneously sending the self tag and the salesclerk tag to a server by the intelligent counter lock;
specifically, the server updates a legal clerk tag list stored in the intelligent cabinet lock, or deletes or adds the legal clerk tag list stored in the intelligent cabinet lock by deleting and adding cards;
the server distributes a unique salesman tag to each salesman, establishes a salesman tag database, and directly integrates the salesman tag corresponding to a legal salesman in the salesman tag database into a new legal salesman tag list when a legal salesman is added or deleted to a certain intelligent cabinet lock, sends the new legal salesman tag list to the intelligent cabinet lock and replaces the old legal salesman tag list.
The intelligent cabinet lock is connected with the cabinet lock body through a serial port, and the intelligent cabinet lock body is connected with the cabinet lock body through a serial port.
When it is necessary to open the counter for holding the jewelry of luxury, the RFID tag of the current clerk is read by the smart counter lock to obtain the clerk tag.
And according to the comparison between the obtained salesclerk tag and a stored legal salesclerk tag list, if the salesclerk tag exists in the legal salesclerk tag list, confirming that the current salesclerk is a legal salesclerk and opening the intelligent cabinet lock, and simultaneously sending the self tag and the salesclerk tag to a server by the intelligent cabinet lock.
When the clerk tag swipes a card, the intelligent cabinet lock confirms that the current clerk is a legal clerk, opens the intelligent cabinet lock, and pushes the self ID and the clerk tag to the server, wherein the data format is as follows:
time of receiving data Intelligent cabinet lock ID Clerk ID
And if the staff label does not exist in the legal staff label list, confirming that the current staff is an illegal staff and keeping the intelligent cabinet lock closed, and simultaneously sending the self label and the illegal staff label to the server by the intelligent cabinet lock.
Step 102: after opening the smart cabinet lock, placing at least one piece of luxury jewelry with an RFID tag into a smart tray, the smart tray sending information of all luxury jewelry currently placed and information of store personnel to a server, the server receiving and storing the information; when the amount of luxury jewelry changes in the intelligent tray, the intelligent tray sends information of all luxury jewelry currently placed and information of store personnel to a server;
specifically, a clerk wears a ring with an RFID tag to place at least one piece of luxury jewelry with an RFID tag onto an intelligent tray.
When at least one piece of luxury jewelry with an RFID tag is placed on the smart tray, the smart tray sends information of all luxury jewelry currently placed and information of store personnel to a server, which receives and stores the information;
the intelligent tray sends information to the server of all luxury jewelry currently placed and the store clerk, along with information of the intelligent tray itself.
The information of luxury jewelry refers to product IDs, and each product corresponds to one product ID;
the information of the intelligent trays refers to intelligent tray IDs, and each intelligent tray corresponds to one intelligent tray ID;
the information of the clerks refers to the ID of the clerks, and each clerk corresponds to one ID of the clerk;
the IDs are not duplicated but are all unique.
The server receives and saves the information according to the time of reception as a table.
Time of day Tray ID Clerk ID
For example, when a clerk puts products to be tried by a client into the intelligent tray step by step, the intelligent tray recognizes the RFID tag of the first product, pushes the self ID, the clerk ID, and the product ID to the server, and so on, and can put more than 4 products at most; the data format is as follows:
time of day Tray ID Clerk ID Product 1ID
Time of day Tray ID Clerk ID Product 1ID Product 2ID
Time of day Tray ID Clerk ID Product 1ID Product 2ID Product 3ID
Time of day Tray ID Clerk ID Product 1ID Product 2ID Product 3ID Product 4ID
When the amount of luxury jewelry changes in the intelligent tray, the intelligent tray sends information of all luxury jewelry currently placed and information of store personnel to a server;
when a piece of luxury jewelry with an RFID tag is placed on an intelligent pallet, the intelligent pallet sends information of the luxury jewelry, information of store personnel and information of the intelligent pallet itself to a server, which receives and stores the information; when the luxury jewelry within the smart tray is diminished, the smart tray sends information of the remaining luxury jewelry, information of the store clerk, and information of the smart tray itself to a server.
Step 103: the server determines retail data based on information sent from the smart counter, smart cabinet lock, smart tray, and finally adjusts the style and placement of luxury jewelry based on the retail data.
Specifically, the retail data includes the average counter-holding time for the intelligent counter, the number of times the intelligent counter lock is opened, and the frequency of try-ins on each piece of luxury jewelry placed in the intelligent tray and/or the frequency of try-ins by store personnel.
The server determines the time length of a person leaning on a cabinet according to the difference between the contact time and the leaving time of an intelligent counter in a fixed period, determines the times of the intelligent counter approaching according to the times of pushing data to the server by the intelligent counter, and then determines the average time length of the person leaning on the cabinet according to the time length of the person leaning on the cabinet and the times of the intelligent counter approaching.
The format that the intelligent counter pushes to the server is the ID of the intelligent counter, the server records time according to the time of receiving data, and the format is as follows:
Figure BDA0001268070290000061
Figure BDA0001268070290000071
the method further comprises the steps that the server determines the time length of the person leaning against the cabinet according to the difference between the contact time and the leaving time of one intelligent counter in a fixed period, determines the number of times that the intelligent counter is approached according to the number of times that the intelligent counter pushes data to the server, and then determines the average time length of leaning against the cabinet according to the time length of the person leaning against the cabinet and the number of times that the intelligent counter is approached.
The server marks and counts the times of opening the intelligent cabinet lock, and also marks and counts the times of opening the intelligent cabinet lock by store personnel.
According to the frequency of the store clerks to switch the locks, the higher the frequency is, the higher the diligence of the store clerks is, and the frequency of opening a certain intelligent cabinet lock can also be calculated, and the higher the frequency is, the more popular the products in the cabinet to which the intelligent cabinet lock belongs are.
After the intelligent cabinet lock is opened, when the intelligent cabinet lock is closed, the intelligent cabinet lock only sends the label to the server again, and the server determines that the intelligent cabinet lock is safely opened and closed once according to the time points of receiving the label of the intelligent cabinet lock when the intelligent cabinet lock is opened and the label of the intelligent cabinet lock when the intelligent cabinet lock is closed.
The server receives the information and compares it with the last saved information to determine, based on the comparison, the clerk that tried the piece of luxury jewelry and/or operated the try.
The server determines that a piece of luxury jewelry is being tried on if it determines that information for a particular piece of luxury jewelry is missing based on information currently received for the piece of luxury jewelry remaining in the intelligent tray compared to information previously stored.
For example, when a clerk takes a product to try on the product for a customer, the smart tray detects that the tag is reduced, and at the time of pushing data, assuming that the customer requires product 3 to try on, the data is pushed in the following format:
time of day Tray ID Clerk ID Product 1ID Product 2ID Product 4ID
When the customer requests to change the try-on product, the clerk will request the customer to return to the product 3, for example, take out the product 2 again to try on the customer, and the data format pushed is as follows:
time of day Tray ID Clerk ID Product 1ID Product 2ID Product 3ID Product 4ID
Time of day Tray ID Clerk ID Product 1ID Product 2ID Product 3ID
The server calculates the trial wearing time of the client according to the time difference between the time when the product 3 leaves and the time when the product reenters the intelligent tray, and the like to calculate the trial wearing time of other products, and if the product leaves and reenters the tray for multiple times, the trial wearing times of the product can be calculated.
When all products return to the intelligent tray, the product try-on of the current round is finished, and the store clerk will gradually put the products back to the counter, then the pushed data are as follows:
time of day Tray ID Clerk ID Product 1ID Product 2ID Product 3ID Product 4ID
Time of day Tray ID Clerk ID Product 1ID Product 2ID Product 3ID
Time of day Tray ID Clerk ID Product 1ID Product 2ID
Time of day Tray ID Clerk ID Product 1ID
Time of day Tray ID Clerk ID
Time of day Tray ID
The server marks and counts the number of times each piece of luxury jewelry was tried on and/or the number of times a clerk operated on for use in determining the frequency of try-on of each piece of luxury jewelry and/or the frequency of clerk operated on try-on.
When it is determined that a piece of luxury jewelry is tried on once, the count of the luxury jewelry is increased by 1, and similarly, when a clerk provides a try-on service for a customer, the service count of the clerk is increased by 1, so that the luxury jewelry with a high popularity and the clerk with a high frequency of service can be viewed at a certain period or at any time.
In addition, the intelligent counter detects the distance to nearby people in real time.
And when the fact that the distance between the person and the intelligent counter is smaller than a distance threshold value and the stay time is larger than a time threshold value is detected, the contact time of the person and the intelligent counter is determined, and the intelligent counter pushes the self ID and the contact time to a server.
When the distance between the person and the intelligent counter is detected to be smaller than the distance threshold value and the stay time is larger than the time threshold value, then when the distance between the person and the intelligent counter is detected to be larger than the distance threshold value, the person leaving time is determined, and the leaving time is pushed to the server by the intelligent counter.
