in step S101, a sender scans an identification code 50 on an express package by using a terminal device to enter a mail application program, wherein one express package is provided with a unique identification code 50 and corresponds to a unique waybill number;
in step S102, the sender executes a posting application program through the terminal device to select a logistics company and confirm posting information, and proposes a posting request;
in step S103, the logistics company receives the request for sending the package, takes the package on the door and sends the package for express delivery to the receiving party;
in step S104, after the express package is delivered, the corresponding shipping list number is released for the next shipping use, so that the express package and its unique shipping list number can be recycled.
In this embodiment, the express package may be an express bag provided by the embodiment of the present invention. Further, the express box with the corresponding characteristics of the express bag can be provided.
Further, when the recyclable information board 60 is arranged on the express package, the information board 60 is stored in the logistics company for recycling after the receiving party receives the information board. The process of the express delivery is uniformly allocated and controlled by a control platform, and the embodiment of the invention also provides an express delivery management system, as shown in fig. 6, which comprises a mail information processing module 01 for receiving a mail request sent by a terminal device 02 and sending mail items to a logistics company selected from the mail request; the sender request at least comprises sender information, recipient information and a bill number; the system also comprises a feedback information processing module 03, a receiving module and a receiving module, wherein the feedback information processing module is used for receiving and recording the sending feedback information and receiving feedback information sent by the logistics company, the sending feedback information comprises confirmation receipt information, courier information and sending time information of the logistics company, and the receiving feedback information comprises quick delivery arrival time information and signing information; the system also comprises a data updating module 04 which is respectively connected with the mail information processing module 01 and the feedback information processing module 03 and is used for locking the bill number corresponding to the express bag when receiving a mail request and releasing the bill number after receiving the mail feedback information. The system also comprises a data query module 05 which is connected with the mail information processing module 01, the feedback information processing module 03 and the data updating module 04 and is used for querying historical express mail information.
Other detailed information can be included in the mail sending request, the mail sending feedback information and the mail receiving feedback information, for example, when the two-dimensional code or the bar code 80 is set on the lock catch 30, the mail sending feedback information can also include the two-dimensional code or the bar code 80 information, and the mail receiving feedback information can also include the information of receiving the mail by the addressee or the express delivery cabinet, picking up the mail and the like. This information can be stored in the data query module 05.
Further, in order to improve the security of the user information, the information of the receiving party can be queried through the bill number and the corresponding client information (such as telephone number, name, etc.) when the user queries, so as to prevent the information leakage of different receiving parties using the same bill number.
The express delivery management system responds to the mail sending request of the user side, updates the waybill resource, communicates with the logistics company, records the mail sending information, enables express delivery circulation to be orderly carried out, further improves logistics efficiency, saves social resources, and accords with the development trend of intelligent logistics.

Claims (12)
1. The express delivery bag is characterized by comprising a reusable bag body, a zipper arranged on the bag body and used for sealing the bag body, a lock catch used for locking the zipper and an identification code arranged on the outer surface of the bag body, wherein the bag body corresponds to a unique identification code and a unique waybill number, and the identification code can be scanned and identified by terminal equipment to provide a mail sending request;
the lock catch comprises a fixing part arranged on the bag body and a locking part matched with the fixing part to fix the slider of the zipper, wherein the locking part is formed by extending an information board, a first slot for installing the information board is formed in the bag body, a mail information area is formed in the bag body, and the mail information area is a blank area capable of repeatedly pasting and tearing information sheets, or a information sheet storage bag is arranged in the mail information area.
2. The express bag of claim 1, wherein the information card is a disposable information card, and a two-dimensional code or a bar code randomly generated when sending a mail is further arranged on the information card; the information cards are recyclable hard cards.
3. The express bag of claim 1, wherein a second slot for storing recovered information cards and/or a third slot for storing unused information cards are further provided beside the first slot.
4. The express bag of claim 1, wherein the lock is a disposable lock, and the locking member is further provided with a two-dimensional code or a bar code randomly generated during mail.
5. The express delivery bag of claim 1, wherein at least one of the identification codes is disposed at a corner of the bag body.
6. The express bag of claim 1, wherein the zipper is a zipper with teeth or a nylon zipper, and the slider of the zipper is a fully enclosed zipper with teeth.
7. The express bag of claim 1, wherein the end of the slider of the zipper is provided with an aperture having an axial length between an edge proximate the slider root and an outer edge of the slider root of within 20 mm.
8. The express bag of claim 1, wherein the inner side of the bag body is further provided with a shockproof layer.
9. The express bag of claim 1, wherein the bag body is made of waterproof, fireproof and wear-resistant materials.
10. The express delivery bag according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the bag body is a rectangular flat bag body, and the zipper is arranged on one of the bag bodies and parallel to the longer side of the bag body;
or, the bag body is a hexahedral rectangular box-shaped bag body, the zipper is arranged on one of the wider faces of the bag body and parallel to the longer side of the wider face, or the zipper is arranged on one of the narrower faces of the bag body and parallel to the longer side of the narrower face.
11. An express delivery management system, comprising:
the mail information processing module is used for receiving a mail request sent by the terminal equipment and sending mail items to a logistics company selected in the mail request; the sender request at least comprises sender information, recipient information and a bill number; the sender adopts terminal equipment to scan the identification code on the express package to enter the mail application program, and one express package is provided with a unique identification code and corresponds to a unique bill number; the express packaging piece is an express bag and comprises a reusable bag body, a zipper arranged on the bag body and used for sealing the bag body, a lock catch used for locking the zipper and an identification code arranged on the outer surface of the bag body; the sender executes the mail application program through the terminal equipment to select a logistics company and confirm mail information, and sends out a mail request;
the feedback information processing module is used for receiving and recording the mail sending feedback information and the mail receiving feedback information sent by the logistics company, wherein the mail sending feedback information comprises the confirmation receipt information, the courier information and the mail sending time information of the logistics company, and the mail receiving feedback information comprises the quick delivery arrival time information and the signing information;
the data updating module is respectively connected with the mail sending information processing module and the feedback information processing module, and is used for locking the waybill number when receiving the mail sending request and releasing the waybill number after receiving the mail receiving feedback information;
the lock catch comprises a fixing piece arranged on the bag body and a locking piece which is matched with the fixing piece to fix the slider of the zipper, wherein the locking piece is formed by extending an information board, and a first slot for installing the information board is formed in the bag body.
12. The express delivery management system of claim 11 further comprising a data query module, coupled to the mail information processing module, the feedback information processing module, and the data update module, for querying historical express delivery mail information.
