本发明公开了一种合成机油,包括抗氧化剂、高相对分子质量酚、复合抗泡剂、烷基萘、硫化脂、苯三唑衍生物和聚ɑ烯烃,且按其重量百分比分别为0.1‑1%、0.2‑0.4%、0.01‑0.02%、15‑25%、0.01‑0.08%、0.1‑0.6%,其余为聚ɑ烯烃。本发明不仅可降低机器的摩擦和磨损,同时还可起到密封、冷却和降低运转噪声的作用,良好的润滑条件是压缩机长期可靠工作的重要保证。本发明具有高闪点、高燃点、低挥发性、低沉积倾向、良好的边界润滑性、极小的积炭倾向性等特点,使压缩机在运行过程中更加安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及压缩机油技术领域,尤指一种合成机油。
背景技术
随着压缩机应用领域的不断扩大,极大地促进了压缩机技术的进一步提高。新型压缩机正在朝着高速、重负荷、高热强度方向发展,因此对压缩机润滑油的要求也越来越苛刻。由于原来的压缩机油某些性能存在问题,压缩机着火爆炸事故经常发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种冷却性更好、稳定性更好的合成机油。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种合成机油,其特征在于:包括抗氧化剂、高相对分子质量酚、复合抗泡剂、烷基萘、硫化脂、苯三唑衍生物和聚ɑ烯烃,且按其重量百分比分别为0.1-1%、0.2-0.4%、0.01-0.02%、15-25%、0.01-0.08%、0.1-0.6%,其余为聚ɑ烯烃。
进一步的,包括抗氧化剂、高相对分子质量酚、复合抗泡剂、烷基萘、硫化脂、苯三唑衍生物和聚ɑ烯烃,且按其重量百分比分别为0.3-0.7%、0.2-0.3%、0.01-0.02%、18-22%、0.01-0.06%、0.1-0.4%,其余为聚ɑ烯烃。
进一步的,包括抗氧化剂、高相对分子质量酚、复合抗泡剂、烷基萘、硫化脂、苯三唑衍生物和聚ɑ烯烃,且按其重量百分比分别为0.6%、0.25%、0.015%、18-22%、0.03%、0.25%,其余为聚ɑ烯烃。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明不仅可降低机器的摩擦和磨损,同时还可起到密封、冷却和降低运转噪声的作用,良好的润滑条件是压缩机长期可靠工作的重要保证。本发明具有高闪点、高燃点、低挥发性、低沉积倾向、良好的边界润滑性、极小的积炭倾向性等特点,使压缩机在运行过程中更加安全。

一种合成机油,包括抗氧化剂、高相对分子质量酚、复合抗泡剂、烷基萘、硫化脂、苯三唑衍生物和聚ɑ烯烃,且按其重量百分比分别为0.1%、0.2%、0.01%、15%、0.01%、0.1%,其余为聚ɑ烯烃。
实施例2
一种合成机油,包括抗氧化剂、高相对分子质量酚、复合抗泡剂、烷基萘、硫化脂、苯三唑衍生物和聚ɑ烯烃,且按其重量百分比分别为1%、0.4%、0.02%、25%、0.08%、0.6%,其余为聚ɑ烯烃。
实施例3
一种合成机油,包括抗氧化剂、高相对分子质量酚、复合抗泡剂、烷基萘、硫化脂、苯三唑衍生物和聚ɑ烯烃,且按其重量百分比分别为0.6%、0.25%、0.015%、18-22%、0.03%、0.25%,其余为聚ɑ烯烃。

1.一种合成机油,其特征在于:包括抗氧化剂、高相对分子质量酚、复合抗泡剂、烷基萘、硫化脂、苯三唑衍生物和聚ɑ烯烃,且按其重量百分比分别为0.1-1%、0.2-0.4%、0.01-0.02%、15-25%、0.01-0.08%、0.1-0.6%,其余为聚ɑ烯烃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种合成机油,其特征在于:包括抗氧化剂、高相对分子质量酚、复合抗泡剂、烷基萘、硫化脂、苯三唑衍生物和聚ɑ烯烃,且按其重量百分比分别为0.3-0.7%、0.2-0.3%、0.01-0.02%、18-22%、0.01-0.06%、0.1-0.4%,其余为聚ɑ烯烃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种合成机油,其特征在于:包括抗氧化剂、高相对分子质量酚、复合抗泡剂、烷基萘、硫化脂、苯三唑衍生物和聚ɑ烯烃,且按其重量百分比分别为0.6%、0.25%、0.015%、18-22%、0.03%、0.25%,其余为聚ɑ烯烃。
