The positioning convex body 5b is turned to one side of the detection head 9, and the detection head 9 detects whether the positioning convex body 5b is provided with tax stamps. If the detection head 9 detects that the positioning convex body 5b has tax stamps, the detection head 9 sends information to the processor, and the processor controls the spray gun 6b to spray glue to the positioning convex body 5b which is turned to the spray gun 6 b; if the detection head 9 does not detect that the positioning convex body 5b has tax stamps, the spray gun 6b does not spray glue on the positioning convex body 5b which is turned to the spray gun 6 b.
When the positioning convex body 5b drives the tax bill to rotate to be close to the cutter holder 8a, the cutter holder 8a rotates to enable the pressing cutter 8b to rotate into the abdication groove 5b1, and upward bending of the tax bill is achieved. The cutter 8c can cut the tax banderoles on the positioning convex body 5b into inclined saw tooth lines.
When the rotary table 5a rotates to drive tax tickets to one side of the glue spraying mechanism 6, if the detection head 9 detects that the positioning convex body 5b is provided with tax tickets, the spray gun 6b of the glue spraying mechanism 6 sprays glue on the tax tickets on the positioning convex body 5b, and then the rotary table 5a continues to rotate to enable the positioning convex body 5b to rotate to the lower side and adhere the tax tickets to a cigarette packet of the automatic feeding mechanism, and the defects such as missing and skew of the tax tickets are automatically detected through the camera 11, so that the automatic feeding mechanism has the advantages of being high in working efficiency and reliable in working. When the tax bill adsorbed on the positioning convex body 5b cannot be attached to the cigarette packet, the positioning convex body 5b drives the tax bill to be transferred to the waste collection bin 10, and the waste collection bin 10 collects the tax bill, so that the work can be smoothly performed.
When the spray gun 6b needs to be cleaned or maintained, the first cylinder 6c pushes the mounting seat 6a to extend, so that the spray gun 6b is convenient to clean or maintain. A sliding block and a guide rail are arranged between the mounting seat 6a and the bracket 2, so that the translation of the mounting seat 6a has a good guiding effect.
The screw rod 25a is rotated through the handle 25b, the support 2 is driven to horizontally and longitudinally move relative to the base 1, and the front and back positions of tax stamps relative to the cigarette packets are adjusted, so that the cigarette packet adjusting device has the advantage of being convenient to adjust.
The support 2 is provided with a rotating shaft IV 21, the inner end of the rotating shaft IV 21 is fixedly connected with a synchronous pulley which is in transmission connection with a synchronous belt of the synchronous belt assembly, the outer end of the support 2 is provided with an axially moving hand wheel 22, the hand wheel 22 is fixedly connected with a first gear 23, the outer end of the rotating shaft IV 21 is fixedly connected with a second gear 24, and the axial movement of the hand wheel 22 enables the first gear 23 to be meshed with or separated from the second gear 24. When the tax bill machine works normally, the first gear 23 is separated from the second gear 24, and the fourth rotating shaft 21 is in an idle state; when manual operation is performed, the servo motor 12 stops driving, the first gear 23 is meshed with the second gear 24 by pushing the hand wheel 22, the hand wheel 22 is rotated to drive the fourth rotating shaft 21 to rotate, and the first rotating shaft 13 and the third rotating shaft 17 are driven to rotate by the synchronous belt assembly, so that the tax bill machine is realized, and the tax bill machine has the advantage of convenience in use.
