本发明涉及一种工业设备，尤其涉及一种电泳涂料的搅拌装置，包括支架及设在所述支架上的桶体，在所述桶体内设有过滤网和电加热棒，在所述桶体外侧设有液位观察窗及温度显示器，在所述过滤网上部设有搅拌电机，所述搅拌电机的转动轴通过所述过滤网并与搅拌叶轮相连。本发明一种电泳涂料的搅拌装置，采用不锈钢材质的搅拌桶和相匹配的搅拌叶轮实现对电泳漆的均匀搅拌，搅拌后的电泳漆通过气动双隔膜泵抽到电泳槽内。上述电泳涂料的搅拌装置，结构新颖，使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业设备，尤其涉及一种电泳涂料的搅拌装置。
背景技术
电泳漆，也叫电泳涂料。随着常规喷涂的缺陷不断浮现，电泳开始变得越来越普及。电泳漆也开始不断更新换代，从阳极电泳漆到阴极电泳漆，从单组分电泳漆到双组分电泳漆，电泳漆的发展也促进了电泳涂装的发展，使更加多的产品不再使用喷涂技术而是使用电泳，电泳漆在使用前需要通过电泳漆搅拌装置进行搅拌操作。现有技术的电泳漆搅拌装置设计的均较简单，直接放到电泳漆槽内进行搅拌，由于电泳漆槽面积较大，搅拌效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供的一种具有能对电泳漆充分搅拌的电泳涂料的搅拌装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采取如下技术方案：
一种电泳涂料的搅拌装置，包括支架及设在所述支架上的桶体，在所述桶体内设有过滤网和电加热棒，在所述桶体外侧设有液位观察窗及温度显示器，在所述过滤网上部设有搅拌电机，所述搅拌电机的转动轴通过所述过滤网并与搅拌叶轮相连。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：
本发明一种电泳涂料的搅拌装置，采用不锈钢材质的搅拌桶和相匹配的搅拌叶轮实现对电泳漆的均匀搅拌，搅拌后的电泳漆通过气动双隔膜泵抽到电泳槽内。
上述电泳系统的搅拌装置，结构新颖，使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步详细的说明：
参见附图1-3所示，一种电泳涂料的搅拌装置，包括支架1及设在所述支架1上的桶体2，在所述桶体2内设有过滤网3和电加热棒，在所述桶体2外侧设有液位观察窗4及温度显示器5，在所述过滤网3上部设有搅拌电机6，所述搅拌电机6的转动轴7通过所述过滤网6并与搅拌叶轮相连。
本发明一种电泳涂料的搅拌装置，采用不锈钢材质的搅拌桶和相匹配的搅拌叶轮实现对电泳漆的均匀搅拌，搅拌后的电泳漆通过气动双隔膜泵抽到电泳槽内。
上述电泳系统的搅拌装置，结构新颖，使用方便。
