本发明的目的就是针对上述之不足，而提供一种治疗前列腺肥大并发尿储留的中药。
本发明包括黄芪、威灵仙、天花粉、生甘草、大黄、桃仁、红花、鹿衔草、马鞭草、鱼腥草、虎杖、浙贝母、苦参、路路通、柴胡、当归、地龙、水蛭、车前草和苏木，其重量配比为：
黄 芪300-400g 威灵仙80-100g 天花粉100-150g
生甘草80-110g 大 黄60-80g 桃 仁80-100g
红 花80-100g 鹿衔草150-200g 马鞭草100-150g
鱼腥草150-200g 虎 杖80-110g 浙贝母80-100g
苦 参80-100g 路路通80-100g 柴 胡80-110g
当 归80-110g 地 龙80-100g 水 蛭20-40g
车前草80-110g 苏 木80-100g。

具体实施方法
本发明包括黄芪、威灵仙、天花粉、生甘草、大黄、桃仁、红花、鹿衔草、马鞭草、鱼腥草、虎杖、浙贝母、苦参、路路通、柴胡、当归、地龙、水蛭、车前草和苏木，其重量配比为：
黄 芪350g 威灵仙90g 天花粉120g
生甘草100g 大 黄90g 桃 仁90g
红 花90g 鹿衔草170g 马鞭草120g
鱼腥草170g 虎 杖100g 浙贝母90g
苦 参90g 路路通90g 柴 胡90g
当 归90g 地 龙90g 水 蛭30g
车前草90g 苏 木90g。
加工及使用方法：将上述材料泛水成丸，每次服用6-8克，口服，2次/日。
病例1：周某，男，74岁，2016.09.18初诊，患者诉一周前无明显诱因突然出现尿频、尿痛、排尿困难，点滴不出，3天前经泌尿外科急诊行膀胱穿刺持续引流术，并口服西药（盐酸坦索罗辛）治疗，患者仍无法正常排尿，特来就诊，症见：尿频、尿痛、排尿困难、小腹胀满不适，双下肢轻度水肿，口干欲饮，食欲可，睡眠欠佳，大便干，舌淡边有瘀斑，苔薄白而干，脉沉。既往有前列腺增生病史10余年，长期服用西药治疗（具体不详），5年前因前列腺重度增生行前列腺电切术，余无特殊病史可载。西医诊断：前列腺肥大并发尿储留，中医诊断：癃闭，证属瘀水互结，给予本中药每次8克，每日2次口服；09.23二诊，患者诉尿频、尿急、小腹胀满不适感较前明显缓解，排尿较前顺畅，双下肢水肿基本消退，嘱其继服本中药1周；09.30三诊，患者诉尿频、尿急明显减轻，双下肢水肿完全消退，小腹坠胀感消失，排尿顺畅，嘱其继服本中药1周，后电话随访无复发。
病例2：张某，男，81岁，2016.10.23初诊，患者诉夜尿频多5年余，小便7-8次/晚，长期服用西药（非那雄胺）治疗，效果不佳，特来就诊，症见：尿频、尿等待，小腹坠胀不适，大便正常，舌质淡，边有瘀斑，苔薄白，脉沉紧。既往有高血压病史30余年，目前口服硝苯地平缓释片治疗，血压控制较好；前列腺增生病史20余年，长期服药治疗（具体不详），余无特殊病史可载。给予本中药每次8克，每日2次口服；10.31二诊，患者诉夜尿次数较前明显减少，约4-5次/晚，小腹坠胀感明显缓解，嘱其继服本中药10天；11.10三诊，患者诉夜尿次数较前几日减少，约2-3次/晚，小腹坠胀感基本消失，排尿顺畅，嘱其继服本中药1月，后电话随访无复发。
药理：方中桃仁、红花、水蛭、地龙、大黄、虎杖以消癥散结，柴胡、生甘草、鹿衔草、路路通、马鞭草、鱼腥草、苦参、威灵仙、苏木、浙贝母以解痉利水，疏肝通络，黄芪、当归、天花粉以益气补虚。诸药合用，共奏解痉利水、消癥散结，疏肝通络之功，使瘀血去，水道通，肝络和，而达小便自利之效。
