本发明公开了一种双轴式深旋旋耕机,属于农业机械技术领域,包括悬挂架、动力输入轴、齿轮箱总成、机架和支撑杆,动力输入轴与齿轮箱总成相连接,齿轮箱总成安装于机架上,机架的尾部还设有拖板,拖板的后部连接有限深辊,机架上还设有右齿轮箱体和左齿轮箱体,左齿轮箱体与后刀轴相连接,右齿轮箱体与前刀轴相连接,前刀轴和后刀轴上分别设有一组旋耕刀,机架上设有左侧板和右侧板,后刀轴的上部设有上机罩和下机罩,上机罩和下机罩之间形成送土通道。主要应用于农业耕作方面。

一种双轴式深旋旋耕机
技术领域
本发明涉及农业机械技术领域,具体为一种双轴式深旋旋耕机。
背景技术
通常所说的旋耕机通常指旋耕刀轴为水平轴布置的旋耕机,也称为卧式旋耕机,也是我国应用最广的耕整地机械。这类机具作业时依靠安装在刀轴上的旋耕刀的旋转和机组前进的复合运动,完成土壤的碎土、地表的平整等田间耕整作业。其作业深度是重要的性能指标,通常作业深度一般在8-15cm。作业深度受旋耕刀的最大回转半径、传动箱体和支撑板等刀轴支撑处的最低点的位置等限制,以及配套动力大小的影响,无法完成更深的作业,长期使用旋耕机耕整作业,土壤耕层会变浅,土壤硬化层即犁底层上升,影响了作物的生长。提高旋耕机作业深度,充分发挥旋耕机作业高效的优势,减少作业功耗是旋耕机研究的重点。一般增加旋耕机作业深度,最常用的方法是增加旋耕刀的回转半径,但由于增加了旋耕刀切削作用半径,刀轴的扭矩会急速增加,整机功耗增大,影响机具的使用效率。采用反转旋耕方式,旋耕刀轴可以低于地表采用潜土逆旋技术作业,能增加耕作深度,但作业深度增加,作业时需要向后输土量增大,机具作业功耗增加较大。如何避免传动箱体和支撑板底部刮土,增加刀具向后的输土能力,减少反转重复切削土壤,成为影响反转深旋作业的关键因素。目前,一般的双轴式旋耕机通常采用前刀轴浅旋,后刀轴正常旋耕,常用于玉米根茬粉碎,土壤耕整作业,前刀轴转速高,一般为400-600转/min,后刀轴为正常旋耕转速,一般为200-300r/min左右,前后刀轴的旋向均为正转。旋耕深度也不深,不大于15cm,也不能满足18-20cm 深旋作业要求。通常单纯深耕也容易把底部生土与耕层上部的熟土混合,易影响作物生长。
发明内容
为了解决上术技术问题,本发明提供一种双轴式深旋耕旋耕机,采用的技术方案如下:
一种双轴式深旋旋耕机,包括悬挂架、动力输入轴、齿轮箱总成、机架和支撑杆,动力输入轴与齿轮箱总成相连接,齿轮箱总成安装于机架上,机架的尾部还设有拖板,拖板的后部连接有限深辊,机架上还设有右齿轮箱体和左齿轮箱体,左万向节传动轴一端与齿轮箱总成相连接,另一端与左齿轮箱体相连接,右万向节传动轴的一端与齿轮箱总成相连接,另一端与右齿轮箱体相连接,左齿轮箱体与后刀轴相连接,右齿轮箱体与前刀轴相连接,前刀轴和后刀轴上分别设有一组旋耕刀,机架上设有左侧板和右侧板,后刀轴的上部设有上机罩和下机罩,上机罩和下机罩之间形成送土通道。前刀轴反转旋耕作业,作业深度一般为10-14cm。后刀轴采用正转作业,刀轴中心低于前刀轴,采用回转半径较小的旋耕刀,在前刀轴作业后的沟底进一步旋耕作业,深度可达5-8cm,整机的作业深度可达15-22cm。为了减少前部作业向后的土壤对后刀轴切削的影响,本发明设计后刀轴部分为双机罩,使前刀轴切削的土壤大部分由上下机罩的中间向后输送,避免了后刀轴过度切削土壤,降低了整机功耗;传动箱体采用错位设计或组合式结构,本发明机具与拖拉机通过与悬挂架连接,机具动力由拖拉机动力输入轴提供,驱动机具动力输入轴,动力经齿轮箱体变速并变向,分成左右两路,经万向节传动轴把动力输出到左、右齿轮箱体,驱动前刀轴反向旋转,旋转的刀轴,把机具前部的土壤带起,大部分经后刀轴上部的上、下机罩中间,送到机具后部,到拖板落下;后刀轴正向旋转,由上向下切削前刀轴切削后的沟底,将底层土壤带到机具后部,最后地表经镇压辊压实。保证了上部耕层土壤和下部生土不混合,影响作物生长。
优选地:为了更好地降低整机功耗,前刀轴旋耕刀为采用人字排列,后刀轴旋耕刀为采用螺旋排列,箱体处旋耕刀采用外弯大幅宽结构,左右侧板处旋耕刀同样采用外弯较大幅宽布置,避免其底部刮土。保证整机作业深度,减少了箱体和左右侧板底部摩擦刮土,从而能降低了整机功耗。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:整机功耗较低,能保证了上部耕层土壤和下部生土不混合,更有利于作物生长,比传统的旋耕机深旋作业降低功耗20%以上,当全面采用此设计时,将会为大大降低农机作业成本,节约能源,符合现代农业的需要,适于全面推广和应用。

如图1-图4所示:下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种双轴式深旋旋耕机,包括悬挂架1、动力输入轴2、齿轮箱总成3、机架4和支撑杆11,动力输入轴2与齿轮箱总成3相连接,齿轮箱总成3安装于机架4上,机架4的尾部还设有拖板7,拖板7的后部连接有限深辊8,机架4上还设有右齿轮箱体16和左齿轮箱体 13,左万向节传动轴14一端与齿轮箱总成3相连接,另一端与左齿轮箱体13相连接,右万向节传动轴15的一端与齿轮箱总成3相连接,另一端与右齿轮箱体16相连接,左齿轮箱体13与后刀轴18相连接,右齿轮箱体16与前刀轴17相连接,前刀轴17和后刀轴18上分别设有一组旋耕刀,机架4上设有左侧板9和右侧板19,后刀轴18的上部设有上机罩5和下机罩6,上机罩5和下机罩6之间形成送土通道,前刀轴切削的土壤大部分由上下机罩的中间向后输送,避免了后刀轴过度切削土壤,降低了整机功耗;前刀轴17反转旋耕作业,作业深度一般为10-14cm,后刀轴18采用正转作业,刀轴中心低于前刀轴,采用回转半径较小的旋耕刀,在前刀轴作业后的沟底进一步旋耕作业,深度可达5-8cm,整机的作业深度可达15-22cm。传动箱体采用错位设计或组合式结构,本发明机具与拖拉机通过与悬挂架1连接,机具动力由拖拉机动力输入轴提供,驱动机具动力输入轴,动力经齿轮箱体变速并变向,分成左右两路,经万向节传动轴把动力输出到左、右齿轮箱体,从而驱动前刀轴反向旋转,旋转的刀轴,把机具前部的土壤带起,大部分经后刀轴上部的上、下机罩中间,送到机具后部,到拖板落下;后刀轴正向旋转,由上向下切削前刀轴切削后的沟底,将底层土壤带到机具后部,最后地表经镇压辊压实。保证了上部耕层土壤和下部生土不混合,影响作物生长。

1.一种双轴式深旋旋耕机,包括悬挂架(1)、动力输入轴(2)、齿轮箱总成(3)、机架(4)和支撑杆(11),动力输入轴(2)与齿轮箱总成(3)相连接,齿轮箱总成(3)安装于机架(4)上,机架(4)的尾部还设有拖板(7),拖板(7)的后部连接有限深辊(8),其特征在于:机架(4)上还设有右齿轮箱体(16)和左齿轮箱体(13),左万向节传动轴(14)一端与齿轮箱总成(3)相连接,另一端与左齿轮箱体(13)相连接,右万向节传动轴(15)的一端与齿轮箱总成(3)相连接,另一端与右齿轮箱体(16)相连接,左齿轮箱体(13)与后刀轴(18)相连接,右齿轮箱体(16)与前刀轴(17)相连接,前刀轴(17)和后刀轴(18)上分别设有一组旋耕刀,机架(4)上设有左侧板(9)和右侧板(19),后刀轴(18)的上部设有上机罩(5)和下机罩(6),上机罩(5)和下机罩(6)之间形成送土通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双轴深旋耕机,其特征在于:前刀轴旋耕刀为采用人字排列,后刀轴旋耕刀为采用螺旋排列,箱体处旋耕刀采用外弯大幅宽结构,左右侧板处旋耕刀同样采用外弯较大幅宽布置,避免其底部刮土。
