Description

Conductive piece and sounding device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electroacoustic, in particular to a conductive piece and a sound generating device.
Background
Electronic products such as existing sound generating devices generally comprise a conductive member injection molded in a housing thereof, and electronic components in the electronic products are electrically connected with an external circuit through the conductive member.
In particular, in sound emitting devices, the vibrating assembly thereof typically includes a voice coil. A conductive member injection molded into the housing thereof electrically connects the voice coil with an external circuit for inputting an acoustic electrical signal.
A bonding pad for bonding with a voice coil lead and a bending portion for elastically contacting with a contact on an external contact pad are provided on the conductive member. Thus, the existing conductive members are generally made of stainless steel materials to ensure the hardness and bending reliability of the conductive members.
However, the conductive member is entirely made of stainless steel material, which results in a large overall resistance value of the conductive member and a poor signal transmission. In practice, the impedance value of a conductive member made entirely of stainless steel material is generally greater than 0.08Ω.
In particular, the vibrating components of the sound emitting device are typically electrically connected to an external circuit through conductive members. The large impedance value of the conductive element can influence the transmission of signals, so that the sensitivity is low, and the acoustic performance is further influenced.
In addition, stainless steel has high magnetic permeability, and can influence the overall antenna performance of electronic products such as sound generating devices.
Accordingly, there is a need for improvements over existing conductive elements.

The sound generating device includes: a housing; the magnetic circuit assembly and the vibration assembly are contained in the shell, and the vibration assembly comprises a vibrating diaphragm and a voice coil fixed on the vibrating diaphragm; and the lead wire of the voice coil is connected with the first electric connecting part of the conductive piece, and the second electric connecting part of the conductive piece is electrically connected with the external electric connecting piece.
Optionally, the conductive element is injection molded with the housing as an insert;
alternatively, the conductive member is snap-fitted with the housing.
The inventors of the present invention have found that the vibrating assembly of existing sound emitting devices is typically electrically connected to an external circuit via conductive elements. The existing conductive member is completely made of stainless steel, and has large overall impedance value and strong magnetic conductivity. The impedance value of the conductive member greatly influences the transmission of signals, so that the sensitivity is low, and the acoustic performance is further influenced. The high magnetic permeability of the conductive member can affect the overall antenna performance of the sound emitting device.
In the conductive piece and the sounding device provided by the invention, the first electric connection part and the second electric connection part of the conductive piece are made of stainless steel materials, so that the hardness of the conductive piece can be ensured, and the reliability of electric connection between the conductive piece and other parts can be ensured.
The impedance value of the middle part material of the conductive part is smaller than that of the stainless steel material, the overall impedance value of the conductive part is small, and signal transmission is smooth. The magnetic permeability of the middle part material is weaker than that of the stainless steel material, so that the influence on the antenna performance can be effectively reduced.
The vibration component of the sound generating device is electrically connected with an external electric connecting piece through a conductive piece, so that signal transmission is smooth, sensitivity is high, and sound quality is good; the magnetic permeability is weak, and the influence on the antenna performance is small.
The technical task to be achieved or the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is therefore a new technical solution, which has never been conceived or not yet been contemplated by the person skilled in the art.

The invention provides a conductive member which can be applied to an electronic product and can electrically connect an electronic element in the electronic product with an external electric connecting member so as to input or output an electric signal. Referring to fig. 1, the conductive member 10 includes a first electrical connection portion 100, an intermediate portion 101, and a second electrical connection portion 102. The first electrical connection part 100 and the second electrical connection part 102 are respectively located at two ends of the conductive member 10. The intermediate portion 101 is located between the first electrical connection portion 100 and the second electrical connection portion 102. The first electrical connection 100 is connected to the second electrical connection 102 via the intermediate portion 101.
The first and second electrical connection parts 100 and 102 are made of stainless steel. For example, the first electric connection part 100 may be made of SUS301H high-hardness stainless steel. The stainless steel has high mechanical strength, and can ensure the hardness of the first electric connection part 100 and the second electric connection part 102, thereby ensuring the reliability of electric connection between the conductive member 10 and other components.
The middle part 101 is made of a material having a resistance value smaller than that of stainless steel and a magnetic permeability weaker than that of stainless steel. In this way, the impedance value of the material of the middle portion 101 is low, the overall impedance value of the conductive member 10 can be reduced, the transmission of the electric signal is smoother, and the sensitivity of the electronic component is high. The magnetic permeability of the material of the middle part 10 is weaker than that of the stainless steel material, so that the influence on the antenna performance of the product can be effectively reduced.
In one example, the overall impedance value of the conductive member 10 formed by the first electrical connection portion 100, the second electrical connection portion 102, and the intermediate portion 101 may be less than 0.04 Ω. In specific practice, the overall resistance of the conductive member 10 made entirely of stainless steel is generally greater than 0.08Ω, signal transmission is not smooth, and the sensitivity of the electronic component is low. When the middle portion 101 is made of a material with a low impedance value, the overall impedance value of the conductive member 10 is less than 0.04 Ω, signal transmission is smooth, and sensitivity of the electronic component is high.
The middle portion 101 may be made of various materials.
In one example, the middle portion 101 may be made of copper. The copper material has good conductivity and can reduce the overall impedance of the conductive member 10. Moreover, the copper material has no magnetic permeability, and the influence on the antenna performance can be effectively reduced.
In one example, the middle portion 101 may be made of a copper alloy material with a low resistance value. For example, the copper alloy may be brass, phosphor bronze, or the like.
In one example, the intermediate portion 101 may be made of a material with gold plating on the surface.
In one example, the middle portion 101 may be made of a plurality of materials with low resistance. The materials can be connected together by laser welding, riveting and the like.
The conductive member 10 is electrically connected to other components. The specific structure and combination of the first and second electrical connection portions 100 and 102 may be varied.
In one example, the first electrical connection portion 100 is a planar pad portion. The second electrical connection 102 is also a planar pad. And the bonding pads are arranged on the bonding pad parts. The first and second electrical connection parts 100 and 102 are soldered with other components through the pads, respectively, to be electrically connected together. The bonding pad part is made of stainless steel, has high mechanical strength, can ensure the hardness of the bonding pad and is not easy to deform.
In another example, referring to fig. 1, the first electrical connection portion 100 is a planar pad portion. The pad part is provided with a pad. The first electrical connection part 100 is welded to other components through the bonding pad, has high mechanical strength, can ensure the hardness of the bonding pad, and is not easy to deform. The second electrical connection portion 102 is a bending portion capable of being elastically deformed. Further, the bending portion is provided with a contact 1022. The second electrical connection 102 is electrically connected to an external electrical connection via the contacts. The second electrical connection part 102 is made of stainless steel, has high mechanical strength, and can ensure high bending reliability.
The second electrical connection 102 is bent at least once so that the contact 1022 can make elastic contact with an external component. For example, the external electrical connection may be a contact pad, with the contact 1022 in resilient contact with the external contact pad to electrically connect together.
In this embodiment, the second electrical connection portion 102 may be a sheet-like structure with a relatively small thickness. The second electrical connection 102 includes a first bending location 1020. At the first bending position 1020, the conductive member 10 is bent in the thickness direction to form the bending portion. The second electrical connection 102 is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the first bending location 1020. The contact 1022 is located in the first portion. The intermediate portion 101 is connected to the first portion by the second portion.
The second electrical connection portion 102 can be elastically deformed after being bent, and the contact 1022 on the second electrical connection portion 102 can be elastically contacted with an external electrical connection member. For example, the first bending location 1020 may have an arc-shaped structure after bending. For example, the angle between the first and second portions may be less than 90 degrees.
The electronic components in the electronic product are electrically connected to external electrical connectors through the conductive member 10. The electronic component is electrically connected to the first electrical connection part 100, and the second electrical connection part 102 is electrically connected to an external electrical connection part. For example, the intermediate portion 101 may have a sheet-like structure having a certain length to connect the first electrical connection portion 100 and the second electrical connection portion 102 together.
The contacts 1022 may be formed in a variety of ways.
In one example, bumps may be directly provided on the second electrical connection 102.
In another example, referring to fig. 1, the second electrical connection 102 may include a second bending location 1021 for shaping the contact 1022. At the second bending position 1021, the conductive member is bent in the thickness direction of the conductive member to form the contact 1022. For example, after being bent along the second bending position 1021, the second electrical connection portion 102 may have an arc shape, a folded shape, or other shapes.
The first electrical connection part 100, the second electrical connection part 102 and the middle part 101 are made of different materials. The middle portion 101 needs to be connected to the first electrical connection portion 100 and the second electrical connection portion 102 respectively. There are various ways of connection between them.
In one example, the intermediate portion 101 may be laser welded to the first and second electrical connection portions 100, 102, respectively. The laser welding can weld metals with different physical properties, and has the advantages of small deformation of workpieces, high weld strength, good surface state and the like.
In one example, the intermediate portion 101 may be riveted and fixed to the first and second electrical connection portions 100 and 102, respectively.
The invention also provides a sound generating device. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the sound generating apparatus includes a housing 14, an inventive conductive member 10, and a magnetic circuit assembly and a vibration assembly accommodated in the housing 14. The vibration assembly includes a diaphragm 12 and a voice coil 11 fixed to the diaphragm 12. The leads 110 of the voice coil 11 are electrically connected to external electrical connectors through the conductive member 10.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the voice coil 11 includes a pair of leads 110. The number of the conductive members 10 is two. A pair of the leads 110 are soldered to the first electrical connection portions 100 of the conductive members 10, respectively. The second electrical connector 102 of the conductive element 10 is electrically connected to an external electrical connector. Thus, a pair of the leads 110 are electrically connected to an external circuit through the two conductive members 10, respectively.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2, the conductive element 10 may be injection molded as an insert with the housing 14. For example, the conductive element 10 may be injection molded into the wall of the housing 14. For example, the surface of the conductive element 10 may be coated.
Optionally, the conductive element 10 is snap-fitted with the housing 14. For example, a slot may be provided in the wall of the housing 14, and the conductive member 10 is mounted in the slot.
The specific structure of the magnetic circuit assembly may adopt the prior art, and will not be described herein.
The specific structure of the housing 14 may vary. For example, the sound generating device may be a speaker unit or a speaker module, etc.
In one example, referring to fig. 4, the housing 14 may include an upper case 140, a lower case 142, and a middle case 141 between the upper case 140 and the lower case 142. The upper case 140, the middle case 141 and the lower case 142 enclose a receiving chamber in which the magnetic circuit assembly 13 and the vibration assembly are received. The conductive member 10 is injection-molded with the middle case 141 as an insert. The upper case 140 or the lower case 142 is provided with a relief groove or a relief space for penetrating out of the second electrical connection part 102.
The first and second electrical connection parts 100 and 100 may have various structures.
In one example, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first electrical connection portion 100 is a planar pad portion. The second electrical connection portion 102 is a bending portion capable of being elastically deformed. The bending part is provided with a contact 1022. The second electrical connection 102 passes out of the housing 14 to bring the contact 1022 into resilient contact with an external electrical connection. For example, the external electrical connection may be a contact pad.
In this embodiment, the second electrical connection 102 may extend out of the housing 14 in a variety of ways. Optionally, referring to fig. 2, a relief groove is provided on the housing 14. A portion of the second electrical connection 102 extends out of the relief groove. For example, the contact 1022 may be located higher than the outer surface of the housing 14 on the perimeter side of the relief groove.
In this embodiment, the contacts 1022 on the second electrical connection 102 are electrically connected to external electrical connectors. Optionally, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the second electrical connection portion 102 may further include a third bending position 1023. The third bending position 1023 is located between the middle portion 101 and the first bending position 1020. At the third bending position 1023, the intermediate portion 101 is bent in the width direction. In this way, the position between the contacts 1022 and the external electrical connection can be made to correspond.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the intermediate portion 101 may be provided to be bendable due to the structure of the housing 14, and the limitation of the position of the external electrical connector.
The material of the bending position of the middle portion 101 may be consistent with the material of other positions. For example, the intermediate portion 101 may be entirely made of copper.
The material of the bending position of the middle portion 101 may be different from that of other positions. For example, the material of the middle portion 101 at the bending position may be made of a high mechanical strength material such as stainless steel.
In this way, by the bending design of the middle portion 101, the first electrical connection portion 100 can correspond to the position of the sound generating device assembly, and the second electrical connection portion 102 can correspond to the position of the external electrical connection member.
While certain specific embodiments of the invention have been described in detail by way of example, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.
