Description

Method, device and server for displaying commodities in online shopping
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of online shopping, in particular to display of commodities in online shopping.
Background
In online shopping, a user may select a desired product after browsing a large number of products. The filtered commodities described herein may be, for example, commodities that the user is interested in, commodities that the user adds to a shopping cart, or commodities that the user collects. For example, the commodities are collected, and ordering and purchasing are facilitated at the appropriate time in the future. Typically, the user may enter the personal center and then select a favorites button or other button (e.g., shopping cart) to view the screened items.
FIG. 1 illustrates an example of an existing web shopping page.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, when a user needs to view the screened or collected goods, the user needs to first enter the personal center through the button "personal" 110 and then click the button "collection" 120 under the page of the personal center to view the screened or collected goods. Therefore, in the existing E-commerce products, a two-level mode is needed for commodities collected by a user.
In the existing method, after a user collects commodities, the user needs to enter a personal center and then click a collection entrance to check the collected commodities. Requiring more steps and deeper pages. The user often forgets about the collected commodities and misses a good purchasing opportunity.
In addition, the existing method can make relevant recommendation according to the commodities collected by the user, but the recommended commodities are still different from the commodities collected by the user, and the real requirements of the user cannot be met. Nor is the recommendation itself a natural behavior of the user. The long time can cause the user to feel the discomfort.
Further, in order to highlight the characteristics of the commodity, the selling point of the commodity is generally described, and in the present invention, the selling point of the commodity can be understood as the advantage or the feature of the commodity. For example, some yoghurts prepared by old technology are sold in the taste different from the existing yoghurts caused by the preparation technology, thereby arousing the childhood memory of people.
In the existing method, the commodity selling point is represented only by one or more of the following three ways: the case description and characters in the title of the commodity are directly made on the picture, and the details of the commodity are expressed through the pictures and the texts. The title description may appear cumbersome and unobvious; when the picture is made, the aesthetic feeling of the picture is destroyed and the commodity theme is weakened; the presentation in the teletext details is not straightforward and quick enough and the picture is modified when changes are required.

Detailed Description
The principles and spirit of the present invention will be described with reference to a number of exemplary embodiments. It is understood that these embodiments are given solely for the purpose of enabling those skilled in the art to better understand and to practice the invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention in any way. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be embodied as a system, apparatus, device, method, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of: entirely hardware, entirely software (including firmware, resident software, micro-code, etc.), or a combination of hardware and software.
In this document, any number of elements in the drawings is by way of example and not by way of limitation, and any nomenclature is used solely for differentiation and not by way of limitation.
The principles and spirit of the present invention are explained in detail below with reference to several representative embodiments of the invention.
FIG. 2 shows a flow chart of a method for displaying merchandise in online shopping, according to one aspect of the invention, including: receiving a trigger request of a private page of a user in operation S210; and, in operation S220, displaying the private page, and directly displaying information of the screened goods of the user in the private page.
The "private page" mentioned above refers to a page associated with a user account in an application program or app, and the page is used for displaying user-related information, which may include at least one of the following: user account number, user head portrait, user nickname, user grade, to-be-paid, to-be-shipped, to-be-evaluated, coupon, gift card, collection, personal setting trigger control, contact way, common address, common invoice information, purchased commodity, to-be-purchased commodity, favorite commodity and the like. After the user logs in the own account, the user can enter the personal page by clicking the corresponding button.
FIG. 3 illustrates an interface diagram of a personal page in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 3, similar to FIG. 1, the user interface provided in FIG. 3 may also include a button "personal" 310, and a button "favorites" 320; however, unlike fig. 1, the user interface of the present invention further includes an area 330, in which the goods screened by the user are directly displayed in the private page, and the user can visually see the screened goods without clicking on the favorite.
The display of the merchandise may be in a variety of ways, such as by displaying a list of the merchandise, displaying a large map of the merchandise, displaying a name of the merchandise, displaying a brand of the merchandise, and so forth. According to one embodiment of the invention, the screened commodity can be directly displayed in a preview mode. This will be advantageous in that the user can know the commodity information at a "glance", improving the user experience.
The collected commodities are directly displayed in the personal center in a preview mode, so that commodities which are required by the user but are not purchased at the first time can be given more display opportunities, and the user can be promoted to purchase the commodities.
The display of the commodities can be all the commodities or part of the commodities, the former is favorable for displaying all the screened commodities to the user without omission, but if more screened commodities exist, unnecessary burden is caused; and displaying a portion of the items requires selecting the most appropriate item to be displayed (e.g., in fig. 3, for example, 6 items are collected, and only 4 items are displayed). Therefore, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the screened goods are directly displayed when the screened goods satisfy a specific condition.
On the other hand, according to an embodiment of the present invention, at least a portion of the screened commodity may be displayed when the number of the screened commodities reaches the first threshold. The first threshold value may be set by the user or may be a default of the system. For example, the first threshold may be set to 4 items or other quantities.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the screened merchandise may be highlighted and/or preferentially displayed in some cases. It should be understood that the highlighting may be, for example, adding a specific cue symbol to the displayed picture of the merchandise or enlarging the picture of the merchandise, and the preferential displaying may be arranging the merchandise to be displayed as far forward as possible. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the first item in the area 330 may be highlighted by adding a symbol such as "buy time limited" and may be placed in the first of the area 330 to more conveniently draw the attention of the user. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that this manner of highlighting is merely an example and not a limitation of the invention.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when the screened commodity is a special price commodity, the screened commodity may be highlighted and/or preferentially displayed. The special price goods are goods which are relatively concerned by the user, and for the merchant, the special price goods are more expected to be concerned and purchased by the user, so that the special price goods are highlighted or preferentially displayed to be beneficial to the sales of the goods.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when the screened goods have been viewed by the user for a plurality of times, the screened goods may be highlighted and/or preferentially displayed. The commodity is browsed by the user for multiple times, which means that the user has strong interest in the commodity, but is hesitant to make a purchase order for the commodity, and in such a case, highlighting and/or prioritizing the commodity is beneficial to improving the decision of the user for purchasing the commodity.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when the screened goods, particularly some daily consumer goods, are once purchased by the user, the screened goods may be highlighted and/or preferentially displayed. If a user purchases a certain commodity and screens out the commodity, it means that the commodity may have certain attraction to the user in terms of brand, quality, price, etc., and the possibility of purchase by the user is higher.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when the screened commodity has been purchased and the purchased commodity has expired, the screened commodity may be highlighted and/or preferentially displayed. For example, for a food product, the shelf life may be recorded in the background, and if the background server detects that the shelf life of the product has been reached after the user purchased the product, the user may be prompted to purchase further.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when the screened goods have been purchased and the purchased goods have reached a predetermined usage period, the screened goods may be highlighted and/or preferentially displayed. Unlike traditional passive waiting for a user to purchase, with this embodiment, the time for the user to purchase the item next time can be estimated. For example, for a family, a bag of flour has a consumption period of about 1 month, and therefore, the commodity can be displayed for 1 month or several days in advance, so that the possibility of purchasing the commodity by the user is higher.
The above highlighting and/or preferential display of the screened merchandise may be performed according to one or more of the above-described conditions (criteria). According to an embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the above cases may be subjected to a weighting calculation to obtain a weighting result, so as to highlight and/or prioritize the screened commodity according to the weighting result.
For example, a larger discount would mean a greater appeal to most users, and thus, products with larger discounts may be given a higher weight, thereby ranking the products with larger discounts farther forward, or making the prominence more pronounced. Any existing algorithm may be used for the weighting process, and the present invention will not be further described.
The scheme has the advantages that the recommendation can be recommended to the user again when the user needs the product, and the user is helped to need the product or the consumable product. In addition, the form of showing the collected commodities by the personal center is further expanded based on the behavior of the user. The method is more acceptable than simple and rough sales promotion.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, further comprising: displaying a big picture of the screened commodity when the screened commodity displayed to the user is clicked; and displaying the selling point information of the screened commodities beside the large graph.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of an interface showing selling point information according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, when a picture of an item, for example, a preview picture, is clicked, a large picture is generated so that the user can view the item more clearly. In order to recommend the item to the user in more detail, so that the user has a more complete understanding of the item, the point of sale information of the item may be displayed beside the large diagram, preferably in the lower part of the large diagram (e.g., at area 410 shown in fig. 4). For example, for a waterproof storage bag, the selling point information may be "light, thin, breathable, waterproof, anti-mite", "bacteria-blocking, safe, environment-friendly", "retro fashion, seamless combination", and the like
It will be appreciated that although the description of the point of sale display has been made above with reference to "screening items", it will be appreciated that for any item of merchandise, the point of sale information may be displayed alongside the item of merchandise and not necessarily the screened item. That is, according to one embodiment of the present invention, when any item displayed to a user is clicked, a large map of the item is displayed, and the selling point information of the item is displayed next to the large map
According to one embodiment of the invention, the point of sale information may include a picture and/or a textual description. The picture is preferably a partial picture of a large picture. For example, for the product shown in fig. 4, 3 selling points, which include 1 picture and 2 text fields, may be set on the server side, for a total of 9 fields. After at least some of the 9 fields are filled, the selling point information may be displayed under the large graph.
The selling point information is updatable, namely the selling point content can be adjusted at any time in the commodity management background of the server, and the user side refreshes the page to obtain the latest content.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic diagram of an interface showing selling point information according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, if there are comments for the screened good, the number of the comments and a view button are displayed next to the big map (e.g., area 520 shown in fig. 5), and after clicking the view button, the comments can be viewed and/or new comments can be added. This will help the user to judge the information of commodity according to the comment, for example quality, material, express delivery's selection etc. to have more comprehensive understanding to the product.
The selling point display can enable the user to quickly know the characteristics of the commodity after entering the commodity detail page, and the user does not need to repeatedly check the details from top to bottom to know the characteristics, so that the purchasing time of the user is shortened, and the transaction period is shortened.
According to another aspect of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, there is also provided a method for displaying point information of goods in online shopping, the method comprising: in operation S610, selling point information of the goods is displayed beside the big picture of the goods.
The above method of presenting point of sale information may be independent of the method shown in fig. 2, i.e. may be implemented for any pair of goods involved in online shopping, rather than having to be implemented in a personal centre.
Similarly, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the selling point information may include partial picture information of the large figure and text description information.
Similarly, according to one embodiment of the invention, the point of sale information is updatable.
Similarly, according to one embodiment of the present invention, if there are comments for the good, the number of the comments and a view button are displayed next to the large map, which, when clicked, enables viewing of the comments and/or addition of new comments.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, there is also provided an apparatus for displaying merchandise in online shopping, comprising: means M710 for receiving a triggering request of a private page of a user; and a device M720 for displaying the personal page and directly displaying the information of the screened commodity of the user in the personal page.
