As can be seen from Table 1, the resin putty prepared by the preparation method of the resin putty conforms to the national standard, has good performance in all aspects, strong adhesive force, good dispersibility, difficult shedding, good compression resistance, breaking strength and sanding property, and good water resistance and washing resistance.
In the manufacturing method of the glass fiber reinforced plastic dustbin with the chassis, when a plurality of layers of glass fiber cloth and chopped strand mats are pasted in the third step, firstly, a layer of chopped strand mats are pasted on the resin base material layer, then, 5-8 layers of glass fiber cloth are pasted on the chopped strand mats, and then, a layer of chopped strand mats are pasted on the glass fiber cloth.

Claims (7)

1. The utility model provides a glass steel dustbin with chassis which characterized in that: the putty powder box comprises a box body (100) and a chassis (200), wherein the chassis (200) is arranged at the bottom end of the box body (100), the chassis (200) and the bottom of the box body (100) are fixedly connected through a bonding layer (300), the bonding layer (300) is a resin putty layer, and the preparation method of the resin putty powder comprises the following steps:
step a, respectively crushing 100-150 parts by weight of modified phenolic resin and 50-80 parts by weight of epoxy resin, sieving with a 200-mesh sieve, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed resin powder for later use;
b, cleaning, drying and crushing 10-20 parts by weight of oyster shell, and sieving with a 200-mesh sieve to obtain oyster shell powder for later use;
step c, preparing an ethanol solution with the mass concentration of 80%, an ethylene glycol solution with the mass concentration of 70% and a propylene glycol solution with the mass concentration of 80% into a mixed solvent according to the proportion of 1;
and d, adding 5-10 parts by weight of eucalyptol 10-20 parts by weight of litsea cubeba oil into 50 parts by weight of the mixed solvent obtained in the step c, uniformly stirring, sequentially adding the mixed resin powder obtained in the step a, the oyster shell powder obtained in the step b, 10-20 parts by weight of kaolin powder which is crushed and sieved by a 200-mesh sieve, 10-20 parts by weight of organic bentonite which is crushed and sieved by the 200-mesh sieve and 10-15 parts by weight of silicone oil type defoaming agent, stirring for 3-4 hours under the condition of 500-800 r/min, standing for 8-12 hours, and fixing and molding.

The glass fiber reinforced plastic dustbin with the chassis as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chassis (200) is composed of at least two longitudinal beams (210) and a plurality of cross beams (220), wherein the at least two longitudinal beams (210) are horizontally arranged and are parallel to each other and are distributed at equal intervals, the plurality of cross beams (220) are horizontally fixed at the top ends of the at least two longitudinal beams (210) and are distributed at equal intervals, the plurality of cross beams (220) are respectively vertically arranged with each longitudinal beam (210), and the top end of each cross beam (220) is respectively bonded with the bottom end of the dustbin body (100) through the bonding layer (300).

The glass reinforced plastic dustbin with chassis according to claim 2, wherein after the box body (100) and the cross beams (220) are connected, the bottom end of the box body (100) and the bottom end and both side ends of each cross beam (220) are coated with glass reinforced plastic layers (400).

The glass reinforced plastic dustbin with chassis according to claim 1, wherein the box body (100) comprises an upper box body (110), a lower box body (120), a side cover (130) and a top cover (140), and the upper box body (110), the lower box body (120), the side cover (130) and the top cover (140) are connected together by different connecting members to form a closed cavity to form the box body (100).

The glass fiber reinforced plastic dustbin with chassis according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the rollers (150) are disposed at one side of the bottom end of the dustbin body (100), and the supporting frames (160) are disposed at two ends of a cross beam (220) at the other side of the bottom end of the dustbin body (100).
6. The glass reinforced plastic dustbin with the chassis as claimed in claim 1, wherein the manufacturing method of the glass reinforced plastic dustbin comprises the following steps:
firstly, splicing a plurality of cross beams (220) and at least two longitudinal beams (210) into a chassis (200);
secondly, polishing the bottom end of the box body (100) roughly, coating resin putty on the bottom end of the box body (100) corresponding to the position of each cross beam (220) in a scraping mode, and connecting the bottom end of the box body (100) with the chassis (200) obtained in the first step through the resin putty;
step three, after the chassis (200) is connected with the box body (100), a layer of resin base material is coated on the bottom end of the box body (100) and the cross beam (220), and then a plurality of layers of glass fiber cloth and chopped strand mats are pasted on the resin base material layer;
and step four, after the glass fiber cloth and the chopped strand mat pasted in the step three are solidified, polishing the surfaces of the glass fiber cloth and the chopped strand mat to be flat, and thus obtaining the glass fiber reinforced plastic dustbin.

The glass fiber reinforced plastic dustbin with chassis according to claim 6, wherein the pasting of the plurality of layers of glass fiber cloth and chopped strand mat in the third step is to paste a layer of chopped strand mat on the resin substrate layer, then paste 5-8 layers of glass fiber cloth on the chopped strand mat, and then paste a layer of chopped strand mat on the glass fiber cloth.
