一种防误食药瓶结构
技术领域:
本发明涉及医疗器械,特别涉及一种防误食药瓶结构。
背景技术:
药瓶是人们居然生活中常常用到的盛放药品的器皿,随着人们生活水平的提高,对于药瓶的美感要求和功能上的要求也越来越多,因此,市面上应运而生了各种各样的药瓶,如针对儿童的玩具式药瓶,针对老人的定时提醒药瓶,针对需要精确计量药量的计量药瓶等等。但是,这些药瓶的构造都没有脱离传统药瓶的构造方式,其主要由瓶体和瓶盖组成,虽然瓶体设计为各式各样的各种形状,但是瓶体与瓶盖仍为螺纹连接,拧开瓶盖后,药瓶内的药品即可从瓶体内倒出。瓶体内的药品没有任何保护,这种拧开瓶盖后的药品直接暴漏在视野下,尤其在儿童拧开瓶盖后,舔食到药品外的糖衣,误将药品认为是糖豆而误食的现象时有发生,导致儿童发生中毒事件,严重者危及生命。
鉴于上述技术缺陷,迫切需要出现一种结构简单,使用方便,伪装性强,可以有效防止儿童误食事件发生的防误食药瓶结构。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺点,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,伪装性强,可以有效防止儿童误食事件发生的防误食药瓶结构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种防误食药瓶结构,包括药瓶外壳和伪瓶盖,其中,所述药瓶外壳内部进一步设置有药瓶内胆,所述药瓶外壳的上部设置有卡扣,所述卡扣与所述伪瓶盖之间扣合连接。
所述药瓶内胆的顶部设置有开口,所述药瓶内胆下部的外壁上设置有螺纹,所述药瓶内胆与所述药瓶外壳之间螺纹连接。
所述药瓶内胆的底部进一步设置有底座,所述底座与所述药瓶内胆在制造时一体成型。
所述卡扣与所述药瓶外壳在制造时一体成型。
所述伪瓶盖能够沿所述卡扣在水平方向任意旋转。
所述伪瓶盖、所述药瓶外壳,所述药瓶内胆与所述底座为PE制品。
所述药瓶内胆的开口上可以进一步设置有封盖,所述封盖与所述开口之间扣合连接。
所述药瓶内胆内盛放有药品。
内胆内具有锡箔纸密封层,其内包裹有干燥剂包。

本发明采用药瓶外壳与伪瓶盖扣合连接后,伪瓶盖能够沿着药瓶外壳上的卡扣在水平方向上任意旋转。这就使儿童无法接触到本发明内部的药品。本发明的药瓶内胆的下部的外壁上设置有螺纹,药瓶内胆与药瓶外壳插合连接后,在通过螺纹拧紧,药瓶内胆上的底座则有效的遮掩了螺纹,使儿童不易发现。所以,本发明结构简单,使用方便,伪装性强,可以有效防止儿童误食事件的发生。

如图1所示,图1为本发明的结构示意图。其中,包括药瓶外壳3和伪瓶盖1,药瓶外壳3内部进一步设置有药瓶内胆2,药瓶外壳3的上部设置有卡扣6,卡扣6与伪瓶盖1之间扣合连接。药瓶内胆2的顶部设置有开口,药瓶内胆2下部的外壁上设置有螺纹4,药瓶内胆2与药瓶外壳3之间螺纹连接。药瓶内胆2的底部进一步设置有底座5,底座5与药瓶内胆2在制造时一体成型。卡扣6与药瓶外壳3在制造时一体成型。伪瓶盖1能够沿卡扣6在水平方向任意旋转。伪瓶盖1、药瓶外壳3,药瓶内胆2与底座5为PE制品。药瓶内胆2的开口上可以进一步设置有封盖,封盖与开口之间扣合连接。药瓶内胆2内盛放有药品。内胆内具有锡箔纸密封层,其内包裹有干燥剂包。
