Abstract

本发明提供了一种四曲面全贴合保护膜,其方便模具一次成型,且能够全面覆盖曲面屏幕,保证屏幕可以更安全适用。其包括自上而下顺次叠覆的上保护膜、H/C、第一PET、OCA、第二PET、硅胶层、离型膜,所复合形成的保护膜的四边均为曲面结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及手机保护膜的技术领域,具体为一种四曲面全贴合保护膜。
背景技术
手机屏幕造型发展日新月异,现在市场上已经大量出现了曲面屏,最前端技术中更是出现了单面四曲面或八曲面屏幕,然而虽然市场上手机单面出现了四曲面或八曲面屏幕,但是手机保护膜的制造暂时无法更上屏幕的需求,现有的贴膜大部分仅能保护屏幕的中心平面区域或两侧曲面部分,由于现有的手机保护膜的复合结构,其使得制造时无法加工出四曲面保护膜,为此,需要研发一种能够适用于四曲面制造的膜结构。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种四曲面全贴合保护膜,其方便模具一次成型,且能够全面覆盖曲面屏幕,保证屏幕可以更安全适用。
一种四曲面全贴合保护膜,其特征在于:其包括自上而下顺次叠覆的上保护膜、H/C、第一PET、OCA、第二PET、硅胶层、离型膜,所复合形成的保护膜的四边均为曲面结构。
其进一步特征在于:相邻的曲面结构的过渡为曲面过渡,使得曲面边缘全包裹,保留屏幕弧形美感;
所述上保护膜的厚度为50μm;
所述H/C具体为硬化层/保护层,其厚度为2μm~3μm;
所述第一PET、第二PET为相同厚度的PET,其厚度具体为50μm;
所述OCA是具有光学透明的一层特殊无基材的双面胶,其厚度为8μm~10μm;
所述硅胶层的厚度具体为20μm~25μm;
所述离型膜的厚度具体为50μm。
采用本发明的结构后,将七层结构复合形成整体膜后,利用同步冲压定位孔和热压弧度的五金模具加工制作四曲面膜,并使用仿形切料模具冲切外形,从而进行四曲面保护膜的量产,其对屏幕进行全面覆盖,在手机受到瞬间撞击力时,能迅速传散力到整个平面,有效增强了手机跌落测试性能。在手机出厂前跌落测试和消费者使用过程中,更能确保手机屏幕的防爆型。

具体实施方式
一种四曲面全贴合保护膜,见图1、图2:其包括自上而下顺次叠覆的上保护膜、H/C、第一PET、OCA、第二PET、硅胶层、离型膜,所复合形成的保护膜的四边均为曲面结构1。
相邻的曲面结构的过渡为曲面过渡2,使得屏幕曲面边缘全包裹,保留屏幕弧形美感;
上保护膜的厚度为50μm;
H/C具体为硬化层/保护层,其厚度为2μm~3μm;
第一PET、第二PET为相同厚度的PET,其厚度具体为50μm;
OCA是具有光学透明的一层特殊无基材的双面胶,其厚度为8μm~10μm;
硅胶层的厚度具体为20μm~25μm;
离型膜的厚度具体为50μm。
将七层结构复合形成整体膜后,利用同步冲压定位孔和热压弧度的五金模具加工制作四曲面膜,并使用仿形切料模具冲切外形,从而进行四曲面保护膜的量产,其对屏幕进行全面覆盖,在手机受到瞬间撞击力时,能迅速传散力到整个平面,有效增强了手机跌落测试性能。在手机出厂前跌落测试和消费者使用过程中,更能确保手机屏幕的防爆型。

1.一种四曲面全贴合保护膜,其特征在于:其包括自上而下顺次叠覆的上保护膜、H/C、第一PET、OCA、第二PET、硅胶层、离型膜,所复合形成的保护膜的四边均为曲面结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种四曲面全贴合保护膜,其特征在于:相邻的曲面结构的过渡为曲面过渡。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种四曲面全贴合保护膜,其特征在于:所述上保护膜的厚度为50μm。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种四曲面全贴合保护膜,其特征在于:所述H/C具体为硬化层/保护层,其厚度为2μm~3μm。
