本发明属于功能蜂窝制造技术,涉及一种隔热蜂窝芯材、其制备方法和植入工装。在本发明每个蜂窝单元(1)的腔体内有1层至5层平行的隔热隔膜(2);植入隔热隔膜(2)的步骤如下:选择蜂窝基体;制造电隔热隔膜毛坯;植入隔热隔膜毛坯。本发明的植入工装由上部的手柄(5)和下部的植入棒(4)连接组成。本发明提出了一种隔热蜂窝芯材、其制备方法及植入工装,在保持蜂窝良好隔热性能的前提下,避免了传统制备方法造成的蜂窝整体密度大幅度增加的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于功能蜂窝制造技术,涉及一种隔热保温蜂窝芯材、其制备方法和植入工装。
背景技术
蜂窝具有力学性能高、相对密度较低的优点,已被越来越广泛的应用在航空航天、轨道交通以及工业建筑等领域。尤其是像芳纶纸蜂窝、铝蜂窝或玻璃布蜂窝等高性能蜂窝,由于可以承受较高的耐温等级,已被越来越广泛的应用于某些高温环境,例如发动机、空天飞机等。而这些高温使用环境往往同时要求蜂窝具有较好的隔热性能。
相比泡沫结构的保温材料,同样的力学性能下,虽然蜂窝具有较低的密度,但由于蜂窝单元的腔体较大,空气流动充分,使得蜂窝的隔热保温性能远不如泡沫材料。为了兼顾蜂窝良好的力学性能隔热保温性能,传统的做法有以下两种:一是减小蜂窝的孔格大小,但会提高蜂窝的密度;二是将泡沫填充到蜂窝孔格中,这种方法同样会显著增加材料的整体密度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提出一种隔热保温蜂窝芯材、其制备方法和植入工装,在使蜂窝具有良好隔热保温性能的基础上,避免传统方法造成的密度升高的问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种隔热保温蜂窝芯材,包括蜂窝基体,其特征在于:在每个蜂窝单元1的腔体内有1层至5层平行的隔热保温隔膜2,隔热保温隔膜2与蜂窝的上端面平行。
一种隔热保温蜂窝芯材的制备方法,在每个蜂窝单元1的腔体内植入1层至5层隔热隔膜2,其特征在于,向蜂窝单元1的腔体内植入隔热隔膜2的步骤如下:
1、选择蜂窝基体:蜂窝基体为芳纶纸蜂窝、玻璃布蜂窝、铝蜂窝或者植物纤维蜂窝,蜂窝的深度h=10mm~500mm,蜂窝单元1的边长L1=2mm~8mm;
2、制造隔热保温隔膜毛坯:
2.1、制造隔热保温涂料:将隔热保温填料与硅酸盐无机溶液混合制成具有隔热功能的涂料,隔热保温填料的重量占涂料重量的15%~70%,所配制的隔热保温涂料的粘度要求为500mPa.s~5000mPa.s;隔热保温填料的主要成分为中空玻璃微珠,含量>80%,其他成分为硅酸铝纤维、银粉或镍粉中的一种或多种;
2.2、在坯布上印制隔热保温涂料图形:
通过转移印刷的方式在坯布上印制出隔热保温涂料图形,隔热保温涂料图形的形状是与蜂窝单元1的截面相同的正六边形,相邻两个隔热保温涂料图形之间的间距d=3L1~6L1,间距d是相邻两个隔热保温涂料图形中心点之间的距离;隔热保温涂料图形的厚度为0.05mm~0.5mm;所述的坯布是玻璃纤维布、聚酯纤维布或芳纶纤维布;
2.3、在坯布上印制胶层:通过转移印刷的方式在坯布上、隔热保温涂料图形之间的位置附着一层胶层,胶层是液体胶层或者胶膜,液体胶层的粘度为1000mPa.s~5000mPa.s,胶膜的厚度t2=0.02mm~0.1mm;液体胶为环氧胶、聚氨酯胶或丙烯酸树脂胶;胶膜为环氧胶膜;
2.4、裁片:将坯布裁切成正方形,每个正方形中心有一个隔热保温涂料图形,形成隔热隔膜毛坯;
3、植入隔热保温隔膜毛坯:采用植入工装将隔热保温隔膜植入每个蜂窝单元的腔体内,植入的深度为蜂窝深度的5%~95%,停留1s~3s后将植入工装拔出,相邻两层隔热保温隔膜的间距d不小于5mm;植入层数为1层~5层。
用于植入隔热保温隔膜毛坯的植入工装,其特征在于:它由上部的手柄5和下部的植入棒4连接组成,植入棒4是正六棱柱,正六棱柱的边长比蜂窝单元1的边长0.5mm~1mm,植入棒4的长度等于隔热隔膜2毛坯的植入深度;手柄5为圆柱体或正六棱柱,手柄5的外径或者外接圆直径大于蜂窝单元1的外接圆直径。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步详细说明。参见图1、2,一种隔热保温蜂窝芯材,包括蜂窝基体,其特征在于:在每个蜂窝单元1的腔体内有1层至5层平行的隔热保温隔膜2,隔热保温隔膜2与蜂窝的上端面平行。
一种隔热保温蜂窝芯材的制备方法,在每个蜂窝单元1的腔体内植入1层至5层隔热隔膜2,其特征在于,向蜂窝单元1的腔体内植入隔热隔膜2的步骤如下:
1、选择蜂窝基体:蜂窝基体为芳纶纸蜂窝、玻璃布蜂窝、铝蜂窝或者植物纤维蜂窝,蜂窝的深度h=10mm~500mm,蜂窝单元1的边长L1=2mm~8mm;
2、制造隔热保温隔膜毛坯:
2.1、制造隔热保温涂料:将隔热保温填料与硅酸盐无机溶液混合制成具有隔热功能的涂料,隔热保温填料的重量占涂料重量的15%~70%,所配制的隔热保温涂料的粘度要求为500mPa.s~5000mPa.s;隔热保温填料的主要成分为中空玻璃微珠,含量>80%,其他成分为硅酸铝纤维、银粉或镍粉中的一种或多种;

本发明的工作原理是:本发明基于蜂窝的特殊中空结构,利用离位复合的思想,在蜂窝单元内植入一层或多层隔热隔膜,植入的隔热隔膜相当于使用了多层遮热板,可以成倍地阻碍辐射换热的进行;另外隔层的植入减少了蜂窝单元内空气的对流换热。使得在基本不增加密度的情况下实现蜂窝芯材隔热性能的大幅度提升。
实施例1
1、选择中航复材生产的牌号为NH-1-5.5-48的蜂窝,加工30mm厚、孔格为5.5mm的芳纶纸蜂窝一张,备用;
2、确定最上层隔热隔膜的位置:准备植入单层隔热隔膜,位置为15mm,在蜂窝基体的外表面15mm位置处做出标记;
3、选择北京航空材料研究院生产的SY-24C环氧树脂,按照100g胶膜兑500ml丙酮的比例制备环氧树脂溶液,将蜂窝基体浸入胶黏剂溶液中浸泡5min后捞出,将蜂窝放置在通风处晾置20min,待溶剂挥发后备用;
4、制造隔热隔膜毛坯:
4.1、制造隔热涂料:将中空玻璃微珠、银粉、E-54环氧树脂、三乙烯四胺(环氧固化剂)以22:3:70:5的比例混合,制备出隔热涂料;
4.2、在坯布上印制隔热涂料图形:
通过转移印刷的方式在SW110玻璃纤维布上印制出正六边形的隔热涂料图形,相邻两个隔热涂料图形之间的间距为18mm,印刷后经过50℃/2h固化;
4.3、在坯布上印制胶层:通过转移印刷的方式在坯布上、隔热涂料图形之间的位置附着一层胶层,胶层采用SY-37环氧胶,胶膜的厚度t2=0.05mm~0.1mm;
4.4、裁片:将坯布裁切成边长为18mm的正方形,每个正方形中心有一个隔热涂料图形,形成隔热隔膜;
5、植入隔热隔膜:
采用植入工装将隔热隔膜植入每个蜂窝单元的腔体内15mm高度处,停留2s后将植入工装拔出。
实施例2
1、选择中航复材生产的牌号为NH-1-5.5-48的蜂窝,加工30mm厚、孔格为5.5mm的芳纶纸蜂窝一张,备用;

3、选择黑龙江石化研究院生产的J-95环氧树脂,按照100g胶膜兑500ml丙酮的比例制备环氧树脂溶液,将蜂窝基体浸入胶黏剂溶液中浸泡5min后捞出,将蜂窝放置在通风处晾置20min,待溶剂挥发后备用;
4、制造隔热隔膜毛坯:
4.1、制造隔热涂料:将中空玻璃微珠、硅酸铝纤维、E-54环氧树脂、三乙烯四胺(环氧固化剂)以26:4:65:5的比例混合,制备出隔热涂料;
4.2、在坯布上印制隔热涂料图形:
通过转移印刷的方式在SW110玻璃纤维布上印制出正六边形的隔热涂料图形,相邻两个隔热涂料图形之间的间距为18mm,印刷后经过50℃/2h固化;
4.3、在坯布上印制胶层:通过转移印刷的方式在坯布上、隔热涂料图形之间的位置附着一层胶层,胶层采用SY-37环氧胶,胶膜的厚度t2=0.05mm~0.1mm;
4.4、裁片:将坯布裁切成边长为18mm的正方形,每个正方形中心有一个隔热涂料图形,形成隔热隔膜;
5、植入隔热隔膜:
采用植入工装将隔热隔膜植入每个蜂窝单元的腔体内10mm高度处,停留2s后将植入工装拔出。
实施例3
1、选择中航复材生产的孔格为4.5mm的苎麻植物纤维纸蜂窝,加工20mm厚一张备用;
2、确定最上层隔热隔膜2的位置:准备植入单层隔热隔膜,位置为15mm,在蜂窝基体的外表面15mm位置处做出标记;
3、选择日本住友生产的PR-43204酚醛树脂,将树脂固含量调整到50%,将蜂窝基体浸入胶黏剂溶液中浸泡5min后捞出,将蜂窝放置在通风处晾置20min,待溶剂挥发后备用;
4、制造隔热隔膜毛坯:
4.1、制造隔热涂料:将中空玻璃微珠、银粉、E-54环氧树脂、三乙烯四胺(环氧固化剂)以30:5:60:5的比例混合,制备出隔热涂料;
4.2、在坯布上印制隔热涂料图形:
通过转移印刷的方式在涤纶布上印制出正六边形的隔热涂料图形,相邻两个隔热涂料图形之间的间距为17mm,印刷后经过50℃/2h固化;
4.3、在坯布上印制胶层:通过转移印刷的方式在坯布上、隔热涂料图形之间的位置附着一层胶膜,胶膜采用航材院生产的SY-24环氧胶膜;
4.4、裁片:将坯布裁切成边长为17mm的正方形,每个正方形中心有一个隔热涂料图形,形成隔热隔膜;
5、植入隔热隔膜:
采用植入工装将隔热隔膜植入每个蜂窝单元的腔体内10mm高度处,停留2s后将植入工装拔出。
实施例4
1、选择中航复材生产的牌号为LF2Y-4-0.04-39的蜂窝,加工40mm厚、孔格为4mm的铝蜂窝一张,备用;
2、确定最上层隔热隔膜的位置:准备植入单层隔热隔膜,位置为20mm,在蜂窝基体的外表面20mm位置处做出标记;
3、选择日本住友生产的PR-43204酚醛树脂,将树脂固含量调整到50%,将蜂窝基体浸入胶黏剂溶液中浸泡5min后捞出,将蜂窝放置在通风处晾置20min,待溶剂挥发后备用;

4.3、在坯布上印制胶层:通过转移印刷的方式在坯布上、隔热涂料图形之间的位置附着一层胶膜,胶膜采用上海方行粘合剂有限公司生产的聚氨酯胶;
4.4、裁片:将坯布裁切成边长为16mm的正方形,每个正方形中心有一个隔热涂料图形,形成隔热隔膜;
5、植入隔热隔膜:
采用植入工装将隔热隔膜植入每个蜂窝单元的腔体内25mm高度处,停留2s后将植入工装拔出。
实施例5
1、选择中航复材生产的牌号为LF2Y-4-0.04-39的蜂窝,加工40mm厚、孔格为4mm的铝蜂窝一张,备用;
2、确定最上层隔热隔膜2的位置:准备植入单层隔热隔膜,位置为30mm,在蜂窝基体的外表面30mm位置处做出标记;
3、选择日本住友生产的PR-43204酚醛树脂,将树脂固含量调整到50%,将蜂窝基体浸入胶黏剂溶液中浸泡5min后捞出,将蜂窝放置在通风处晾置20min,待溶剂挥发后备用;

6、重复步骤4-5,在蜂窝单元的腔体内30mm高度处,植入第二层隔热隔膜。

Claims (1)

1.一种隔热保温蜂窝芯材的制备方法,所制备的隔热保温蜂窝芯材包括蜂窝基体,在每个蜂窝单元(1)的腔体内有1层至5层平行的隔热保温隔膜(2),隔热保温隔膜(2)与蜂窝的上端面平行;其特征在于,向蜂窝单元(1)的腔体内植入隔热保温隔膜(2)的步骤如下:
1.1、选择蜂窝基体:蜂窝基体为芳纶纸蜂窝、玻璃布蜂窝、铝蜂窝或者植物纤维蜂窝,蜂窝的深度h=10mm~500mm,蜂窝单元(1)的边长L1=2mm~8mm;
1.2、制造隔热保温隔膜毛坯:
1.2.1、制造隔热保温涂料:将隔热保温填料与硅酸盐无机溶液混合制成具有隔热保温功能的涂料,隔热保温填料的重量占涂料重量的15%~70%,所配制的隔热保温涂料的粘度要求为500mPa.s~5000mPa.s;隔热保温填料的主要成分为中空玻璃微珠,含量>80%,其他成分为硅酸铝纤维、银粉或镍粉中的一种或多种;
1.2.2、在坯布上印制隔热保温涂料图形:
通过转移印刷的方式在坯布上印制出隔热保温涂料图形,隔热保温涂料图形的形状是与蜂窝单元(1)的截面相同的正六边形,相邻两个隔热保温涂料图形之间的间距d=3L1~6L1,间距d是相邻两个隔热保温涂料图形中心点之间的距离;隔热保温涂料图形的厚度为0.05mm~0.5mm;所述的坯布是玻璃纤维布、聚酯纤维布或芳纶纤维布;
1.2.3、在坯布上印制胶层:通过转移印刷的方式在坯布上、隔热保温涂料图形之间的位置附着一层胶层,胶层是液体胶层或者胶膜,液体胶层的粘度为1000mPa.s~5000mPa.s,胶膜的厚度t2=0.02mm~0.1mm;液体胶为环氧胶、聚氨酯胶或丙烯酸树脂胶;胶膜为环氧胶膜;
1.2.4、裁片:将坯布裁切成正方形,每个正方形中心有一个隔热保温涂料图形,形成隔热保温隔膜毛坯;
1.3、植入隔热保温隔膜毛坯:采用植入工装将隔热保温隔膜植入每个蜂窝单元的腔体内,植入的深度为蜂窝深度的5%~95%,停留1s~3s后将植入工装拔出,相邻两层隔热保温隔膜的间距d不小于5mm;植入层数为1层~5层;
1.4、所述的用于植入隔热保温隔膜毛坯的植入工装,它由上部的手柄(5)和下部的植入棒(4)连接组成,植入棒(4)是正六棱柱,正六棱柱的边长比蜂窝单元(1)的边长0.5mm~1mm,植入棒(4)的长度等于隔热保温隔膜(2)毛坯的植入深度;手柄(5)为圆柱体或正六棱柱,手柄(5)的外径或者外接圆直径大于蜂窝单元(1)的外接圆直径。
