耐用易制的螺式自动铅笔,涉及一种写、画用的文具,其铅芯夹的装铅芯孔的直径两头大,大于所装铅芯的直径,中间最小,小于所装铅芯的直径,这样便于铅芯插入、夹芯牢固、孔口不易损坏;装芯孔近底段设纵凸纹能防铅芯在其内滑转;笔管内壁设数对纵凸纹以形成调芯轨道,其塑制模具的制造工艺简单,笔管结实又好用。

Description

耐用易制的螺式自动铅笔
耐用易制的螺式自动铅笔,涉及一种写字、画图用的文具,特别是一种螺旋式调节铅芯的自动铅笔。
目前已知的螺式自动铅笔中最接近最相关的是美国1986年的4610557号专利的自动铅笔,该笔的铅芯夹是一种其主体是近圆柱形的、主体两侧各具一个凸块(简称双耳)的、主体的朝笔尖的一端的端面设有向内的纵向的装铅芯孔的铅芯夹,这种铅芯夹的装铅芯孔很容易从其孔口开裂而损坏造成全笔的报废,所装衔的铅芯不易插入其孔内,插入的铅芯也较容易被驳断;孔内没有防止装入其内的铅芯在转修其尖时相对铅芯夹滑转的设置;该笔的笔管是一种内壁是圆管形的、内壁的调芯轨道采用纵向凹槽的笔管,“纵向凹槽”是该专利的发明重点之一,也是占权利要求最多的一个项目,下面分析一下该专利的附图4所显示的凹槽的突出特征:1、各凹槽都有棱有角,这是最突出的凹槽特征也是最佳的凹槽设计,因为如果设计无棱无角(圆棱角)的凹槽,其塑制成型的模具的制造就更加困难;2、各凹槽的宽度基本相同,而各余凸部分的宽度相差则很大,设计主次已很分明;3、凹槽的余凸部分的纵截面的端顶都是向顶内凹陷的。目前已知的类似该专利的自动铅笔的产品有:A、上海中国铅笔二厂约在80年代中期生产过的一种自动铅笔,其笔管的内壁是制造了3对(6条)纵向凹槽,重要的是其余凸部分比凹槽还宽不少。B、北京富山公司约在95年前后曾生产过的一种自动铅笔,其笔管的内壁是制造了1对凹槽。在笔管内壁设制纵向凹槽,其笔管的塑制成型的模具的制造是非常难的,因为其模具是在细长的圆柱上须制造出或制造上具一定宽度的纵向凸条,才能在笔管内壁翻塑出纵向凹槽来,所以其模具的制造设备和工艺都是非常复杂的,而且这样的模具在塑制笔管时,笔管的成型和出模都较难,同时制出的笔管既费料又降低其强度,尤其也不利于铅芯夹的装入和随螺旋的自动退入。
本发明的目的是提供一种其孔口永不劈裂的、便于铅芯插入的、又不驳扭铅芯的、夹衔铅芯更牢的铅芯夹;还提供一种其装铅芯孔能防止装于其内的带配套头的铅芯在转修其尖时相对其滑转的铅芯夹;还提供一种塑制成型的模具很容易制造的、省料结实好用的笔管。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明是由笔尖套、笔管、调芯螺旋、铅芯夹及铅芯等组成,其铅芯夹是一种其主体是近圆柱形的、其主体的两侧各具一个凸块(简称双耳)的、其主体的朝笔尖的一端的端面设有一个向内的纵向的装衔铅芯用的装铅芯孔的铅芯夹;其笔管是一种圆管形内壁的、其内壁设纵向的调芯轨道的笔管,笔尖套装在笔管的下端,铅芯夹装衔着铅芯的一端,铅芯的另一端即铅尖能随铅芯夹的纵移而伸出或退入笔尖套的尖孔,铅芯夹装置在笔管内的调芯螺旋内,其双耳的两个端部通过调芯螺旋的丝间空隙分别进入笔管内壁的调芯轨道内,从而不能相对笔管转动,这样,使用时转动调芯螺旋,其内的铅芯夹只能沿其丝间隙顺笔管内调芯轨道变为纵向移动,从而实现铅芯夹所装衔的铅芯的铅尖在笔尖套尖孔的伸出或退入。
本发明的铅芯夹的装铅芯孔如下改进:装铅芯孔的孔口的直径较大,大于所要装入的铅芯的直径,从孔口向里逐渐缩小,约至装铅芯孔的总深度的中间段的直径最小,小于所要装入的铅芯的直径,从约中间至孔底(孔底或是指所装入的铅芯头的在装铅芯孔内设制的顶住处,因为孔底有时可设更小直径的通孔)的一段的直径又较大;从装铅芯孔的约中间至孔底的一段的孔壁设制至少2对(“对”字是指孔的内壁的直径的近两端的相对应的两点或两条)纵向(顺孔)凸纹。
本发明的笔管的调芯轨道如下改进:在笔管的内壁设制至少3对(“对”字是指笔管内壁的直径的近两端的相对应的两点或两条)其间距与所配套的铅芯夹的双耳的宽度相匹配的纵向(顺管)凸纹,这些凸纹之间即相对应形成至少3对纵向的近似凹槽的“凹槽”,这些“凹槽”一样都能做为控制铅芯夹不能在笔管内相对笔管转动而只容其纵向移动的调芯轨道。
由于采取上述方案,本发明的铅芯夹的装铅芯孔的直径是两头大中间小,既便于铅芯插入,又不损伤孔口,所以无限延长了其使用寿命,铅芯装入后能被衔锁牢靠又不被驳扭,能大大提高铅芯的利用率;装铅芯孔近孔底段的纵向凸纹与配套的铅芯头相协作,能防止装于其内的铅芯在转修其尖时与铅芯夹相对滑转,从而使圆铅芯在此类笔内的转修其尖成为可能;在笔管的圆管形的内壁制造纵向凸纹,其笔管的塑制成型的模具的制造就变的非常简单,因为其模具是在细长圆柱上只须划出很窄的、截面形状较随便的圆棱角的纵向沟槽,即能在笔管内壁翻塑出纵向凸纹来,所以其模具的制造设备和工艺都很简单,同时这样的模具在塑制笔管时笔管的成型和出模都较容易,制出的笔管省料而增强度,这样的“凹槽”之界占地少又圆滑很便于铅芯夹的双耳的装入或随螺旋的自动退入。所以,本发明适于大规模的工业化生产。

Claims (3)

1、一种转动调芯铅笔,包括:
一笔管,该笔管有一内壁,内壁上设有纵向凹槽轨道,所述笔管有一上端和一下端;
一调芯螺旋,位于笔管之中,其内附挂铅芯夹;
一铅芯夹,附挂在笔管内的调芯螺旋之内,该铅芯夹被调芯螺旋驱动时可沿笔管内壁的凹槽轨道纵向移动,该铅芯夹有装铅芯孔,该装铅芯孔有一孔口部、孔底部和一中间段,装铅芯孔的孔口向着笔管的下端;
一调芯钮,它可转动的卡装在笔管的上端,并且可以转动的与调芯螺旋的一端连接在一起,转动调芯钮可带动笔管内的调芯螺旋转动,从而调整附挂在调芯螺旋内的铅芯夹在笔管内的纵向位置;
一个笔尖套,它直接插塞在笔管的下端并易于取下;
一铅芯,它的一端经笔尖套插塞入铅芯夹的装铅芯孔,
其特征是调芯螺旋采用扁形的金属丝制造;笔管的内壁上设制数对顺管(纵向)凸纹,即相对应形成数对供铅芯夹纵向移动的凹槽轨道;铅芯夹的装铅芯孔的孔口的口径较铅芯的芯径大,向里逐渐缩小至中间段最小,比铅芯的芯径小,再向里至孔底这一段的孔径又大。
2、按照权利要求1所述的转动调芯铅笔,其特征是铅芯夹的装铅芯孔的中间至孔底段设数对顺孔(纵向)凸纹。
3、按照权利要求1所述的转动调芯铅笔,其特征是铅芯夹采用略具弹力的较柔韧的材料制造。
