Abstract

A seat for a vehicle or the like is provided with a cushion material constituting a seat cushion and a seat back, a skin material covering the surface of the cushion material, and a hanging member for hanging the skin material on the cushion material side, wherein a sewn portion of the skin material divided into a plurality of pieces and sewn together is hung on the cushion material by the hanging member inside a groove portion formed in the cushion material, thereby improving the appearance quality of the seat.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a seat having a structure in which a part of a skin material covering a cushion material is hung on the cushion material.

Background

Conventionally, as a hanging structure for expressing a concave belt shape on a seat surface of a seat used for a vehicle or the like, there is a technique described in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2002-191877 (patent document 1). The seat described in patent document 1 is structured such that a hanging groove for hanging a part of the skin material covering the cushion material is formed in a part of the cushion material, and in order to facilitate the hanging operation of the skin material, hook and loop fasteners are provided in the skin material and the hanging groove, respectively, and the hook and loop fasteners (japanese patent No. ファスナ) of the skin material are engaged with the hook and loop fasteners formed in the hanging groove of the cushion material, thereby hanging a part of the skin material in the hanging groove of the cushion material.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

In the hanging structure described in patent document 1, a part of the skin material can be easily hung in the hanging groove of the cushion material by engaging the hook and loop fastener of the skin material with the hook and loop fastener formed in the hanging groove of the cushion material, but accordingly, it is difficult to align the hook and loop fastener of the skin material with the hook and loop fastener of the hanging groove in the vertical and horizontal positions, and the work efficiency is poor.

Further, there is a structure in which 1 hanging member is used to hang the tip of the skin material, but the hanging member causes the tip of the skin material to hang obliquely, and the surface of the skin material is deformed, which causes a problem of appearance quality.

The invention provides a hanging structure capable of easily forming a groove shape with a certain width on a hanging part of a surface material and improving the appearance quality of a seat.

Means for solving the problems

The present invention is a hanging structure of a seat having a cushion material and a skin material covering the cushion material, wherein the skin material is composed of a first skin material and a second skin material, ends of the first skin material and the second skin material are sewn to each other, and the ends of the first skin material and the second skin material are hung from the cushion material by a hanging member, wherein the hanging member has a Y-shaped longitudinal section, a first tip end and a second tip end on a tip side are fixed to the ends of the first skin material and the second skin material of the skin member, respectively, and a root end is hung from the cushion material.

The decorative skin material may be provided between the ends of the first skin material and the second skin material of the skin material, the first tip portion of the hanging member may be fixed to the first skin material side of the decorative skin material, and the second tip portion of the hanging member may be fixed to the second skin material side of the decorative skin material, respectively, and the hanging portion of the skin material may be formed with a groove-shaped hanger having a certain width, thereby improving the appearance quality.

The decorative skin material is arranged between the ends of the first skin material and the second skin material of the skin material, so that the decorative skin material is exposed on the surface, and the appearance quality of the skin material is improved.

In addition, in the present invention, in a seat including a seat cushion and a seat back, the seat cushion and the seat back include a cushion material, a skin material covering a surface of the cushion material, and a hanging member hanging the skin material on a side of the cushion material, the skin material is formed by sewing skin members divided into a plurality of parts, the parts of the divided skin members sewn together are positioned on or in a groove formed in the cushion material, and the parts of the divided skin members sewn together are hung on a core material provided in the cushion material by the hanging member in the groove.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention, since the hanging portion of the cover material can be formed as a hanger having a groove with a constant width, and the cover material can be hung without variation in wrinkles or looseness, the appearance quality of the cover material of the seat can be improved.

Detailed Description

The invention is provided with a cushion material for forming a seat cushion and a seat back of a seat, a surface material for covering the surface of the cushion material, and a hanging member for hanging the surface material on the side of the cushion material, wherein the sewed part of the surface material formed by sewing the surface material divided into a plurality of parts is hung on a core material arranged on the cushion material through the hanging member in the groove part formed on the cushion material, thereby improving the appearance quality of the seat. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a hanging structure of a seat according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the present embodiment, the description will be given of the case of a seat for an automobile as a seat, but the seat is not limited to this, and may be a seat for an airplane, a passenger ship, an electric train, or the like.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle seat 1 includes a seat cushion SC: 11, and the relative position of the seat cushion SC: 11 tilting seat back SB: 12. a seat cushion SC: 11 and a chair back SB: as shown in fig. 2 (a sectional view of a portion II-II in the seat shown in fig. 1), the surface of the cushion material 2 made of a foam is covered with the skin material 3. The skin material 3 is composed of a wad material 34 and a skin 33 covering the wad material 34.

In this seat 1, the seat cushion SC: 11 and a chair back SB: the hanger 12 is provided with linear hanging portions A1-A6. The hanging portions a1 to a6 form the appearance of the seat 1.

By fastening the base end portion 53 to the cushion material 2 by hanging, the

The hanging member 5 has been described above in the case of the Y-shaped longitudinal cross section, but by changing the length from the intersection 55 to the first tip end 51 and the length from the intersection 55 to the second tip end 52, the hanging positions of the

31a and 32a of the first skin material 31 and the second skin material 32 of the skin material 3 can be changed, and in this case, hanging can be performed with wide applicability.

Example 2

Fig. 6 shows embodiment 2, but the configuration is substantially the same as that of embodiment 1, and therefore the same reference numerals are used for the same configuration as in the above embodiment, and a different configuration will be described.

In the present embodiment, the round edge 9 is provided between the

That is, in this embodiment, instead of sewing the first skin material 31 and the second skin material 32 by the mating portion 4 as in embodiment 1, the decorative skin material 7 is interposed between the tip 31a of the first skin material 31 and the first end portion 51 of the hanging member 5 and is sewn by the sewn portion 58, and the decorative skin material 7 is interposed between the tip 32a of the second skin material 32 and the second end portion 52 of the hanging member 5 and is sewn and fixed by the sewn portion 59.

By providing the decorative skin material 7 in this way, the decorative skin material 7 is exposed to the surface from between the

31a, 32a of the first skin material 51 and the second skin material 52 of the skin material 3, and the appearance quality of the skin material is further improved. For example, if a colored material is used as the decorative skin material 7, the color can be displayed along the hanging portion a1, and the appearance can be made beautiful by projecting points.

Although the hanging part a1 was described above, it goes without saying that the other hanging parts a2 to a6 have the same configuration as a 1.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications may of course be made within the scope of the present invention.

Industrial applicability of the invention

The present invention can be applied to vehicles such as passenger cars, buses, and trucks, and seats for airplanes, passenger ships, and electric trains.

Claims

1. A seat having a cushion material and a skin material covering the cushion material, the skin material being composed of a first skin material and a second skin material, ends of the first skin material and the second skin material being sewn to each other, the ends of the first skin material and the second skin material being hung from the cushion material by hanging members, the seat being characterized in that:

the hanging member is made of a mesh-like material having a Y-shaped longitudinal section, first reinforcing pieces are provided at first and second distal ends on the distal ends, respectively, the first distal end having the mesh and the second distal end having the mesh are fixed to respective ends of the first and second skin materials of the skin materials by the first reinforcing pieces, a second reinforcing piece is provided at a base end of the hanging member, and the base end of the hanging member provided with the second reinforcing piece is hung on the cushion material side in a state where the base end is reinforced in a fixed state.

2. The seat according to claim 1, wherein a decorative skin material is provided between ends of the first skin material and the second skin material of the skin material, and the first tip portion of the hanging member is fixed to the first skin material side of the decorative skin material, and the second tip portion of the hanging member is fixed to the second skin material side of the decorative skin material.

3. A seat provided with a seat cushion and a seat back, characterized in that: the seat cushion and the seat back include a cushion material, a skin material covering a surface of the cushion material, and a hanging member formed of a mesh-like material and having a first reinforcing piece provided at a distal end portion thereof and a second reinforcing piece provided at a proximal end portion thereof, and hanging the skin material on the cushion material side, wherein the skin material is formed by sewing a plurality of divided skin members together, a portion where the divided skin members are sewn together is located on or in a groove portion formed in the cushion material, and the portion where the divided skin members are sewn together is hung on a core material provided in the cushion material in a state where the fixing state is reinforced by the second reinforcing piece provided at the proximal end portion of the hanging member in the groove portion.

4. The seat according to claim 3, wherein the portions of the divided skin members sewn together are sewn to the hanging members inside the groove portions.

5. The seat according to claim 3, wherein the hanging member is connected to a core material provided in the cushion material by a hook and loop.

6. A seat according to claim 3, wherein the divided skin members are sewn to each other with round edges interposed therebetween.

7. The seat according to claim 3, wherein the hanging member is sewn and connected to the divided skin member at portions sewn to each other with the decorative skin material interposed therebetween.
