Background
Conventionally, as a hanging structure for expressing a concave belt shape on a seat surface of a seat used for a vehicle or the like, there is a technique described in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2002-191877 (patent document 1). The seat described in patent document 1 is structured such that a hanging groove for hanging a part of the skin material covering the cushion material is formed in a part of the cushion material, and in order to facilitate the hanging operation of the skin material, hook and loop fasteners are provided in the skin material and the hanging groove, respectively, and the hook and loop fasteners (japanese patent No. ファスナ) of the skin material are engaged with the hook and loop fasteners formed in the hanging groove of the cushion material, thereby hanging a part of the skin material in the hanging groove of the cushion material.

Problems to be solved by the invention
In the hanging structure described in patent document 1, a part of the skin material can be easily hung in the hanging groove of the cushion material by engaging the hook and loop fastener of the skin material with the hook and loop fastener formed in the hanging groove of the cushion material, but accordingly, it is difficult to align the hook and loop fastener of the skin material with the hook and loop fastener of the hanging groove in the vertical and horizontal positions, and the work efficiency is poor.
Further, there is a structure in which 1 hanging member is used to hang the tip of the skin material, but the hanging member causes the tip of the skin material to hang obliquely, and the surface of the skin material is deformed, which causes a problem of appearance quality.
The invention provides a hanging structure capable of easily forming a groove shape with a certain width on a hanging part of a surface material and improving the appearance quality of a seat.
Means for solving the problems

The hanging member 5 is made of a mesh-like material, and has reinforcing pieces 541 provided at the first and second end portions 51 and 52 and is fixed by sewing at sewing portions 56 and 57 to the respective ends 31a and 32a of the first and second skin materials 31 and 32. The hanging member 5 is fixed to the respective ends 31a, 32a of the first and second skin materials 31, 32 by sewing the first end portion 51 to the end 31a of the first skin material 31 and sewing the second end portion 52 to the end 32a of the second skin material 32. The base end 53 of the hanging member 5 is fixed to the core 21 of the cushion material 2 by a hook ring 22.
In this hanging structure, the hanging member 5 has the first tip end portion 51 sewn and fixed to the tip end 31a of the first skin material 31, the second tip end portion 52 sewn and fixed to the tip end 32a of the second skin material 32, and the base end portion 53 fixed to the core member 21 of the cushion material 2 by the hook and loop 22, and thus the respective tip ends 31a and 32a of the first skin material 31 and the second skin material 32 can be hung without variation, and therefore, the hanging portion a1 can be formed by a hook shape having a groove shape with a constant width on the surface of the skin material 3, and the appearance quality of the skin material 3 can be improved.
By fastening the base end portion 53 to the cushion material 2 by hanging, the respective ends 31a, 32a of the first skin material 31 and the second skin material 32 of the skin material 3 are hung, and therefore, the hanging work is facilitated.
The hanging member 5 has been described above in the case of the Y-shaped longitudinal cross section, but by changing the length from the intersection 55 to the first tip end 51 and the length from the intersection 55 to the second tip end 52, the hanging positions of the tips 31a and 32a of the first skin material 31 and the second skin material 32 of the skin material 3 can be changed, and in this case, hanging can be performed with wide applicability.

Fig. 6 shows embodiment 2, but the configuration is substantially the same as that of embodiment 1, and therefore the same reference numerals are used for the same configuration as in the above embodiment, and a different configuration will be described.
In the present embodiment, the round edge 9 is provided between the tips 31a and 32a of the first skin material 31 and the second skin material 32 of the skin material 3. By providing the decorative skin material 7 in this way, the decorative skin material 7 is exposed to the surface from between the ends 31a, 32a of the first skin material 51 and the second skin material 52 of the skin material 3, and the appearance quality of the skin material is further improved. For example, if a colored material is used as the decorative skin material 7, the color can be displayed along the hanging portion a1, and the appearance can be made beautiful by projecting points.
Although the hanging part a1 was described above, it goes without saying that the other hanging parts a2 to a6 have the same configuration as a 1.

Claims (7)

1. 4. The seat according to claim 3, wherein the portions of the divided skin members sewn together are sewn to the hanging members inside the groove portions.
5. The seat according to claim 3, wherein the hanging member is connected to a core material provided in the cushion material by a hook and loop.
6. A seat according to claim 3, wherein the divided skin members are sewn to each other with round edges interposed therebetween.
7. The seat according to claim 3, wherein the hanging member is sewn and connected to the divided skin member at portions sewn to each other with the decorative skin material interposed therebetween.
