制造卡环的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造卡环的方法,其中在平面状的板材的上表面和下表面上在环形轮廓的区域内形成突出的销柱以及在冲裁环形轮廓之后通过去飞边去除在冲裁时产生的飞边。
背景技术
基于这类用于制造带有在相对置的两侧上突出的销柱的卡环的方法是已知的,对此虽然没有文字的证明。通常在这类具有销柱的卡环上在冲裁边的区域中尽管做了去飞边处理仍然在卡环上存在有锋利棱的地方。
由EP1156896B1已知一种由卷制的具有两端部的金属带件制成的夹环,其中一端设有凹槽以及另一端设有可插入该凹槽的凸起。
在DE2608870C2中公开了一种用于无切削地制造卡环的压模。
CH437926A公开了一种用于制造卡环的方法。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题通过一种用于制造卡环的方法得以解决。在此规定,在通过完全裁下边缘轮廓的最终冲裁之前(该最终冲裁从面状的板材的一侧实施),从另一侧在这侧突出的销柱附近部分地自由冲裁所述环形轮廓。
如同在本发明的研究中表明的那样,在环形轮廓的突出的销柱区域余留锋利棱边的飞边。通常在冲裁时、例如在冲压时在沿冲裁方向的、冲压工具从板材伸出的那一侧沿冲压轮廓产生飞边。在具有在两个相对置侧(亦即上表面和下表面上)突出的销柱的卡环中,突出的销柱周围的棱边区域对于去飞边处理而言是相当不好接近的,因此在那里特别频繁的去飞边还是不够的。例如在借助于特卢瓦尔石(Trowalsteinen)去飞边时飞边只能够不好接近地去除,因为在该区域内突出的销柱妨碍特卢瓦尔石在对棱边倒圆时的效率。但是利用所描述的措施将两个销柱附近的两个棱边区域内的冲裁刀刃(Schneidkante)分别移位到卡环的背对突出销柱的那侧,使得能够在销柱不妨碍去飞边工序(例如在特卢瓦尔抛光(Trowalisieren))的情况下非常有效地去除冲裁飞边。
在实施所述方法中的一项有利的扩展设计在于,制造具有间隙的卡环,其中在所述卡环的两个间隙侧的端部段上在卡环的两个相对置侧分别突出地造型有销柱。
优选的制造步骤在于,卡环用面状板材制成,其中所述销柱通过压制形成。
另外,为了制造有利地采取下述措施,即,所述部分自由冲裁和最终冲裁从相对置的两侧通过冲压实现。
此外所述方法的有利扩展设计在于,将所述卡环在最终冲裁之后进行淬火。
此外,一种有利的处理方式在于,所述去飞边在淬火之后进行。
另外,为了制造卡环而有利地采取下述措施,即,所述去飞边借助于特卢瓦尔石进行。以此方式可以以高的加工质量有效地对众多卡环进行去飞边。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一个带有在两个相互面对的端部段之间的间隙14的卡环1,从而所述卡环1的两个存在的腿部以相应的力克服其弹性弹力向内或向外偏转了某一圆周量,以便产生期望的应力。在间隙区域内的两个相互面对的端部段处在所述卡环1的两个相对置侧,亦即一侧在上表面10上以及另一侧在下表面11上突出地设计一个上侧销柱12和下侧销柱13,例如通过压制成形(或者例如通过在一个孔内插装一个单独的销柱来制成)。通过在所述卡环1的相对置侧布设两个销柱,能够将那些安置在所述卡环1的相对置侧上的部件,例如分齿轮沿旋转方向相对夹紧,以便将齿隙减小到最小程度。
卡环1例如用面状板材或由适合的金属(如钢)制成薄板裁制而成,尤其通过冲压。在这种情况下,在沿冲裁方向或冲压方向位于前面的一侧,在该侧冲压工具从板材伸出沿冲压轮廓或边缘轮廓产生相对锋利棱边的飞边15,如同在图1中上部所示出的横截面视图中所看到的那样。在与飞边15同侧的,在所示出的实施例中、亦即在上表面10上的突出的销柱12的区域内,飞边15用去飞边装置(例如用特卢瓦尔石2在去飞边时通过特卢瓦尔抛光)在棱边周围不是自由整齐可接触的,因此在该区域内的去飞边通常是不充分的。
因此在图2中所示的按照本发明的方法中在例如通过冲压完全冲压或最终冲裁之前,首先从金属制的面状板材3、也即金属板的另一侧在相关销柱12附近的轮廓区域内实施另一个冲裁步骤,亦即自由冲裁4。由此也在销柱12附近或其近旁区域内产生在相对置侧上的冲裁飞边,因此在随后去飞边时也要必须将在那里由于冲裁产生的飞边15去除掉。
在自由冲裁的步骤之后,卡环1从板材或金属板从相对置侧完全冲裁而成,亦即最终裁制,如图2中所示的工序a)和b)所表示的那样。自由冲裁4和最终冲裁的前后相继的步骤可以利用冲裁模具从金属板的两个相对置侧进行或者从金属板的同一侧实施,其在自由冲裁4之后使用以及引入用于最终冲裁的冲裁模具。如同在图2的横截面视图中所示的那样,飞边15位于销柱区域内在卡环1的背对所述销柱的那侧,该卡环例如由面状的板材冲制出来的。
在一种优选的制造方式中,将由金属板材冲裁制成的卡环1淬火以及然后去飞边,为此,将卡环例如借助于特卢瓦尔石2进行特卢瓦尔抛光工序。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于制造卡环(1)的方法,其中在面状板材(3)的上表面和下表面上在环形轮廓的区域内形成突出的销柱(12,13)以及在冲裁环形轮廓之后通过去飞边去除在冲裁时产生的飞边(15),其特征在于,通过完全裁下环形轮廓的最终冲裁从面状板材(3)的一侧实施,在最终冲裁之前,从另一侧在这侧突出的销柱(12或13)附近部分地自由冲裁所述环形轮廓。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的方法,其特征在于,制造具有间隙的卡环(1),其中在所述卡环(1)的两个间隙侧的端部段上在卡环的两个相对置侧分别突出地造型有销柱(12,13)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,卡环(1)用面状板材(3)制成,其中所述销柱(12,13)通过压制形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述部分地自由冲裁和最终冲裁通过冲压实现。
