the first telecontrol starting module 401 is configured to complete first telecontrol starting within a preset first telecontrol starting time, where the first telecontrol starting specifically includes manual intervention starting, hardware and operating system starting, application basic software initialization, and application communication software initialization;
and a communication library establishing response module 402, configured to sequentially perform communication library establishment with all the measurement and control devices according to a preset sequence, compare the measurement and control devices that have completed communication library establishment with the measurement and control devices recorded in the forwarding table of the scheduling master station in real time, and respond to the scheduling master station corresponding to the forwarding table if all the measurement and control devices recorded in the forwarding table complete communication library establishment, where the requirements of the scheduling master station on the telemetry data and the telemetry data in at least one measurement and control device are recorded in the forwarding table.
The communication library building response module 402 includes:
the first communication library building sub-module 4021 is used for sequentially receiving the data messages sent by each measurement and control device according to a preset sequence and initializing the telemetering data and the telecommand data of each measurement and control device according to the data messages;
the first communication library establishment completion determining sub-module 4022 is configured to determine that the communication library establishment of the current measurement and control device is completed if all the telemetry data and the telemetry data in the current measurement and control device are initialized.
The communication library building response module includes 402:
the second communication library building sub-module 4023 is used for sequentially receiving the data messages sent by each measurement and control device according to a preset sequence, initializing the telemetering data and the telecommand data of each measurement and control device according to the data messages, and meanwhile counting the communication time with each measurement and control device;
the second communication library establishment completion judging sub-module 4024 is configured to judge that the current measurement and control device is completed in communication if the communication time with the current measurement and control device exceeds a preset first time, and set the quality of the uninitialized telemetry data and remote signaling data in the current measurement and control device to be invalid.
The communication library building response module 402 includes:
the third communication library building sub-module 4025 is configured to receive the data messages sent by each measurement and control device in sequence according to a preset sequence, initialize the telemetry data and the remote signaling data of each measurement and control device according to the data messages, and count the number of communication link failures with each measurement and control device;
a third communication library establishment completion judging sub-module 4026, configured to judge that the communication library establishment of the current measurement and control device is completed if the number of communication link failures with the current measurement and control device is greater than the preset number, and set the quality of the uninitialized telemetry data and telemetry data in the current measurement and control device to be invalid.
The system for scheduling the master station by delaying the response of the telecontrol device also comprises:
the bottom-holding time determining response module 403 is further configured to count and determine whether the time for establishing the communication library exceeds a preset bottom-holding time corresponding to the forwarding table, and if so, respond to the scheduling master station corresponding to the forwarding table.
It should be noted that, by using the method for responding to the scheduling master station by delaying the telecontrol device and the telecontrol device provided in the embodiment of the present invention, through testing, under the level of 70 measurement and control quantities, the time delay of the telecontrol device responding to the master station is about 80s, which is greatly shortened compared with the past fixed setting of 180 seconds, and the initialization efficiency of the telecontrol device is greatly improved, but the method is limited by the scale of the test under the level of 70 measurement and control quantities, the influence of different forwarding data quantities and different measurement and control device quantities on the initialization delay is small, and the forwarding data quantity is increased along with the gradual expansion of the access interval of the transformer substation, so the value of the method for responding to the scheduling master station by delaying the telecontrol device based on the forwarding table provided in the embodiment of the present invention will be more obvious.

Claims (10)

1. A method for a telecontrol device to delay response and dispatch a main station is characterized by comprising the following steps:
finishing first telecontrol starting within preset first telecontrol starting time, wherein the first telecontrol starting specifically comprises manual intervention starting, hardware and operating system starting, application basic software initialization and application communication software initialization;
sequentially communicating and establishing a base with all the measurement and control devices according to a preset sequence, comparing the measurement and control devices which are communicated and established in the base with the measurement and control devices recorded in a forwarding table of a scheduling master station in real time, and responding to the scheduling master station corresponding to the forwarding table if all the measurement and control devices recorded in the forwarding table are communicated and established in the base, wherein the requirements of the scheduling master station on remote communication data and remote measurement data in at least one measurement and control device are recorded in the forwarding table.
2. The method for scheduling the master station by delaying the response of the telemechanical device according to claim 1, wherein sequentially communicating with all the measurement and control devices according to a preset sequence to build a library specifically comprises:
sequentially receiving data messages sent by each measurement and control device according to a preset sequence, and initializing the telemetering data and the remote signaling data of each measurement and control device according to the data messages;
and if all the telemetering data and the telecommand data in the current measurement and control device are initialized, judging that the communication and database building of the current measurement and control device is finished.
3. The method for scheduling the master station by delaying the response of the telemechanical device according to claim 1, wherein sequentially communicating with all the measurement and control devices according to a preset sequence to build a library specifically comprises:
sequentially receiving data messages sent by each measurement and control device according to a preset sequence, initializing the telemetering data and the remote signaling data of each measurement and control device according to the data messages, and counting the communication time with each measurement and control device;
if the communication time with the current measurement and control device exceeds a preset first time, judging that the communication of the current measurement and control device is completed by establishing a database, and setting the quality of the remote measurement data and the remote signaling data which are not initialized in the current measurement and control device as invalid.
4. The method for scheduling the master station by delaying the response of the telemechanical device according to claim 1, wherein sequentially communicating with all the measurement and control devices according to a preset sequence to build a library specifically comprises:
sequentially receiving data messages sent by each measurement and control device according to a preset sequence, carrying out communication library building on the measurement and control devices according to the data messages, and meanwhile, counting the number of communication link failure times of each measurement and control device;
if the communication link failure times with the current measurement and control device are larger than the preset times, judging that the communication library building of the current measurement and control device is finished, and setting the quality of the telemetering data and the telemetering data which are not initialized in the current measurement and control device as invalid.
5. The method for scheduling a master station by delaying response of a telemechanical device according to claim 1, wherein the method, while sequentially performing communication with all measurement and control devices according to a preset sequence, further comprises:
and counting and judging whether the time of communication library establishment exceeds the preset bottom-of-pocket time corresponding to the forwarding table, and responding to the scheduling master station corresponding to the forwarding table if the time exceeds the preset bottom-of-pocket time.
6. A system for a telemechanical device to schedule a primary station with delayed response, comprising:
the first telecontrol starting module is used for finishing first telecontrol starting within preset first telecontrol starting time, wherein the first telecontrol starting specifically comprises manual intervention starting, hardware and operating system starting, application basic software initialization and application communication software initialization;
the communication base building response module is used for sequentially carrying out communication base building with all the measurement and control devices according to a preset sequence, comparing the measurement and control devices which are completed with the communication base building in real time with the measurement and control devices recorded in a forwarding table of the scheduling master station, responding to the scheduling master station corresponding to the forwarding table if all the measurement and control devices recorded in the forwarding table are completed with the communication base building, and recording the requirements of the scheduling master station on remote communication data and remote measurement data in at least one measurement and control device.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein said communication banking response module comprises:
the first communication database building submodule is used for sequentially receiving data messages sent by each measurement and control device according to a preset sequence and initializing the telemetering data and the telemetering data of each measurement and control device according to the data messages;
and the first communication library establishment completion judgment submodule is used for judging that the communication library establishment of the current measurement and control device is completed if all the telemetering data and the telecommand data in the current measurement and control device are initialized.
8. The system of claim 6, wherein said communication banking response module comprises:
the second communication library building sub-module is used for sequentially receiving data messages sent by each measuring and controlling device according to a preset sequence, initializing the telemetering data and the telecommand data of each measuring and controlling device according to the data messages, and meanwhile counting the communication time with each measuring and controlling device;
and the second communication library establishment completion judgment submodule is used for judging that the current communication library establishment of the measurement and control device is completed if the communication time with the current measurement and control device exceeds the preset first time, and setting the quality of the remote measurement data and the remote communication data which are not initialized in the current measurement and control device to be invalid.
9. The system of claim 6, wherein said communication banking response module comprises:
the third communication library building sub-module is used for sequentially receiving data messages sent by each measurement and control device according to a preset sequence, initializing the telemetering data and the telecommand data of each measurement and control device according to the data messages, and meanwhile counting the failure times of communication link with each measurement and control device;
and the third communication library establishment completion judgment sub-module is used for judging that the current communication library establishment of the measurement and control device is completed and setting the quality of the remote measurement data and the remote signaling data which are not initialized in the current measurement and control device to be invalid if the communication link failure frequency with the current measurement and control device is greater than the preset frequency.
10. The system of claim 8, further comprising:
and the bottom holding time judging response module is also used for counting and judging whether the time for establishing the communication library exceeds the preset bottom holding time corresponding to the forwarding table, and if so, responding to the scheduling master station corresponding to the forwarding table.
