Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The fund clearing method and apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
The embodiment of the invention mainly aims at the problems that in the existing fund clearing mode, each payment platform needs to be connected with a plurality of banks in an access mode, the banks need to be connected with each other, and the transaction data of the previous transaction day is summarized and cleared at the tangential point of a fixed day every day, so that the connection mode is complex, the processing burden of a payment system and a bank system is large, and the fund clearing efficiency is low. The method is applied to the fund clearing platform which is respectively connected with each payment platform and each bank system, so that the transaction of each payment platform can be cleared, and the final clearing result is sent to the corresponding bank system, so that the connection relationship between the payment platform and each bank is simplified, the system maintenance and the fund clearing burden of the payment platform and the bank are simplified, and the fund clearing efficiency is improved.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a fund clearing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The fund clearing method is applied to a fund clearing platform which is respectively connected with each payment platform, such as a Paibao platform, a WeChat payment platform and the like, and each bank system. Compared with the existing fund clearing mode, the method does not need direct connection between banks, and the payment platform only needs to be connected with the fund clearing platform, so that the connection complexity is reduced, and the system maintenance and fund clearing burden of the payment platform and a bank system are reduced.
In specific implementation, the fund clearing platform may include a corresponding relation table between the bank system and the payment platform. When a new payment platform is accessed, the corresponding relation between the bank system and the payment platform can be updated.
Specifically, when the payment platform accesses the fund clearing platform, an access request can be sent to the fund clearing platform, so that the fund clearing platform can receive the access request sent by the first payment platform. The access request comprises attribute information of the first payment platform and a first bank system corresponding to the first payment platform. The first bank system is a bank system with a reserve fund account opened on the first payment platform.
The fund clearing platform can judge whether the first payment platform meets the preset conditions for accessing the fund clearing platform, such as whether the payment license plate, the organization code certificate and the like are complete or not, according to the attribute information of the first payment platform, such as the payment license plate and the like. And if the access condition is met, updating the corresponding relation between the first bank system and the payment platform. For example, if a bank corresponding to a certain payment platform that has been accessed to a fund clearing platform is an industrial and commercial bank, and a bank corresponding to another newly accessed payment platform is also an industrial and commercial bank, the industrial and commercial banks correspond to the two payment platforms in the updated corresponding relationship between the bank system and the payment platform.
As shown in fig. 1, the fund clearing method includes the steps of:
s101, acquiring a clearing instruction.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a clearing instruction may be triggered to be generated at a preset clearing time, that is, at a preset clearing time, so as to perform clearing processing on data to be cleared according to the clearing instruction.
The preset clearing time point can be set according to the real-time transaction amount. For example, a plurality of clearing points may be set for a period of time when the transaction amount is large, and a clearing time may be set for a period of time when the transaction amount is relatively small, for example, 23 pm to 6 am. The clearing time point is flexibly set, the fund clearing efficiency can be improved, and the settlement turnover rate of the fund is improved.
Optionally, to enhance the personalized services of the funds clearing platform, the funds clearing platform may also receive clearing requests sent by the banking system. The generation of a clearing instruction may also be triggered when the funds clearing platform receives a clearing request sent by the banking system.
Optionally, in order to reduce the processing burden of the fund clearing platform, a first preset value of the data amount to be cleared may be preset, and when the data amount to be cleared in the current fund clearing platform is greater than the first preset value, the generation of the clearing instruction is triggered.
And S102, acquiring data to be cleared according to the clearing instruction.
And after the clearing instruction is acquired, acquiring the data to be cleared according to the clearing instruction. The data to be cleared includes the actions of debiting and crediting among the banks, and the corresponding amounts.
S103, clearing the data to be cleared, and determining clearing data corresponding to each bank.
And clearing the data to be cleared according to the acquired clearing data, and rolling and summarizing the debit amount, the credit amount and the like among the banks to determine the debit amount, the credit amount and the like corresponding to the banks.
And S104, respectively sending the clearing data corresponding to each bank system.
And respectively sending the clearing data corresponding to each bank after clearing treatment to each bank system so that each bank system completes payment or collection and the like according to the clearing data.
It should be noted that the fund clearing platform may be further connected to a large amount payment system of a chinese people bank, so that after the clearing data corresponding to each bank is determined, the clearing data corresponding to each bank is sent to the large amount payment system, and the large amount payment system controls each bank to complete payment or collection and other services according to the clearing data.
The fund clearing method provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the fund clearing platform is used for uniformly clearing the fund, the processing burden of each payment platform and each bank is reduced, and the fund clearing efficiency is improved.
The fund clearing method comprises the steps of obtaining data to be cleared according to clearing instructions on the basis that a fund clearing platform is connected with each payment platform and each bank system respectively, clearing the obtained data to be cleared to determine the clearing data corresponding to each bank, and sending the clearing data corresponding to each bank system. Therefore, through the fund clearing platform connected with each payment platform and the bank system, clearing processing is carried out according to the clearing instruction, processing burden of the payment platform and the bank system is reduced, fund clearing efficiency is improved, and fund settlement turnover rate is improved.
Through the analysis, the capital clearing platform can carry out clearing processing on the data to be cleared in real time according to the clearing instruction. Since the fund clearing platform needs to clear the transaction data of a plurality of payment platforms, in order to accelerate the clearing speed of the fund clearing platform, in the embodiment of the application, the transaction data can be intermittently cleared within the interval of two clearing operations of the fund clearing platform to obtain the clearing result, and then each clearing result can be directly cleared when clearing is performed, which is described in detail below with reference to fig. 2.
FIG. 2 sets forth another method of funds clearing for illustrating embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the fund clearing method includes:
s201, receiving a batch switching instruction, wherein the batch switching instruction comprises a second batch number.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the generation of the batch switching instruction may be triggered at a preset time, such as a batch switching time.
It should be noted that the fund clearing platform may set a fixed batch switching time according to the real-time transaction amount. For example, when the transaction amount is large, the transaction data within one hour may be regarded as one batch. When the transaction amount is small, transactions within two hours can be treated as one batch. The fund clearing platform can reduce the processing burden of single clearing of the fund clearing platform by configuring the transaction batches arbitrarily.
Optionally, in order to enable the fund clearing platform to flexibly adjust the batch switching time according to the real-time transaction amount, for example, when the transaction data amount in the current fund clearing platform is greater than a second preset value, the generation of the batch switching instruction is triggered.
S202, acquiring all transaction data corresponding to the first batch number according to the batch switching instruction.
Wherein, the first batch number is a previous batch number of the second batch number. The first batch number and the second batch number may be arbitrarily set according to needs, for example, they are marked by numbers, the second batch number is 2, the first batch number is 1, and the like, and this embodiment does not limit this.
During specific implementation, the fund clearing platform can configure the batch numbers for the obtained transaction data, so that when a batch switching instruction is obtained, the transaction data corresponding to the previous batch numbers can be cleared and classified.
Namely, in the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
the fund clearing platform acquires transaction data sent by the payment platform, wherein the transaction data comprises second payment platform identification, transaction behaviors such as debit and credit and the like and corresponding numerical values;
and storing the transaction data by taking the batch number corresponding to the current moment as an index.
For example, if the batch number currently recorded by the fund clearing platform is 6, after receiving the transaction data a newly sent by the payment platform, the data a may be stored in the database corresponding to the batch number 6.
As shown in fig. 3, after receiving the batch switching command, the batch is switched from the batch numbered 06 to the batch numbered 07, that is, the batch number corresponding to the current time is 07. After switching to the lot number 07, the transaction data corresponding to the lot number 06 can be acquired.
In order to ensure that the data corresponding to the same batch number can be cleared at the same time, the fund clearing platform can be provided with a plurality of processing centers, and each processing center is responsible for transaction data processing of different areas or different payment platforms. As shown in fig. 3, the fund clearing platform is provided with two processing centers a and B, so when acquiring the transaction data corresponding to the batch number 06, the transaction data corresponding to the same batch number 06 of the processing centers a and B, that is, all the transaction data corresponding to the batch number 06, needs to be acquired.
S203, performing clearing processing on all transaction data corresponding to the first batch number, and determining clearing data corresponding to the first batch number.
And after the transaction data corresponding to the batch number 06 is obtained, the transaction data is subjected to sorting processing. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, processing center a first tallies the transaction data for each form to generate the debit and credit activity and amount for each bank. After the table is cleared, clearing is carried out by using the database, and then clearing data of the processing center A is summarized. Similarly, the processing center B also performs the same operation. And finally, the processing center A and the processing center B upload the liquidation data to a control center of the fund liquidation platform. After the control center receives the clearing data uploaded by the processing center A and the processing center B, the control center summarizes all clearing data corresponding to the batch number 06 to obtain the clearing data corresponding to the batch number 06.
It should be noted that, in order to satisfy the supervision of each banking system on transaction data, each processing center may send the obtained transaction data to the banking system after performing the clearing processing on the corresponding transaction data each time, thereby reducing the processing burden of the banking system.
In the specific implementation, the transaction data includes the identifier of the payment platform, and the payment platform and the bank system have a certain corresponding relationship. Thus, when the transaction data includes: a second payment platform identification, transaction behavior and value;
step 203 specifically includes:
or determining a corresponding second bank system according to a second payment platform identifier in the transaction data;
and updating clearing data corresponding to the second bank system according to the transaction behavior and the numerical value included in the transaction data.
For example, if the payment platform identifier included in certain transaction data is "XX", the fund clearing system determines that the bank system corresponding to the payment platform is a "tenderer bank" by querying the correspondence table between the payment platform and the bank system, and the transaction data includes the following transaction behaviors: and transferring 1000 yuan to a 'worker bank', after the transaction data is subjected to clearing processing, if the clearing data corresponding to the transaction data of the batch determined by the 'recruiter bank' at the moment is 'debit amount of 100', updating the clearing data of the 'recruiter bank' according to the clearing result, and then changing the clearing data of the 'recruiter bank' into 'credit amount of 900'.
And S204, acquiring a clearing instruction.
The method for generating the clearing instruction is the same as the above embodiment, and is not described herein again.
S205, error transaction data and data to be cleared are obtained.
The erroneous transaction data refers to transaction data generated by the fact that debiting or crediting is not actually successful due to some reason during the transaction. The data may be provided by the payment platform.
After the fund clearing platform obtains the clearing instruction, the error transaction data corresponding to the clearing and the to-be-cleared data corresponding to one or more batch numbers can be obtained, namely the error transaction data obtained by the fund clearing platform after the last clearing and the to-be-cleared data obtained by the clearing and sorting processing in the time period.
As shown in fig. 3, if the non-cleared data includes the clearing data corresponding to the batch numbers 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, and 06 before the clearing instruction, the clearing data corresponding to the batch numbers 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, and 06 and the non-cleared error transaction data can be obtained.
It should be noted that, in order to improve the efficiency of the fund clearance, the number of batches processed each time can be adjusted according to the real-time traffic of the transaction.
S206, processing the error transaction data and the data to be cleared, and determining clearing data corresponding to each bank.
After the error transaction data and the data to be cleared are obtained, the rolling difference is calculated to determine the clearing data corresponding to each bank, such as debit, credit and corresponding amount, and the corresponding data is sent to each bank respectively.
According to the fund clearing method provided by the embodiment, the transaction data is firstly subjected to clearing processing according to different batches, then the clearing processing results of different batches are subjected to clearing processing according to different occasions, and the time division of clearing and clearing can be adjusted in real time according to actual conditions, so that the burden of single data processing of the fund clearing system is reduced, and the risk of the fund clearing system is reduced.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a fund clearing device.
