The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
An air conditioning system and a control method thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the air conditioning system includes the steps of:
s1: an operational mode input by a user is received.
The operation mode input by the user can comprise three modes of air supply, refrigeration and heating.
It should be understood that, before the user inputs the operation mode, the user inputs a power-on command through the remote controller or the line controller to control the air conditioner to be powered on, after the air conditioner is powered on, the user may input a mode command, such as an air supply mode command, a cooling mode command or a heating mode command, through the remote controller or the line controller of the air conditioner, and the receiving module of the air conditioning system may receive the mode command input by the user.
When receiving a refrigerating mode instruction, controlling the air conditioning system to operate in a refrigerating mode, wherein the refrigerating principle of the air conditioning system is as follows: when the air conditioning system is in a refrigeration mode, high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerants discharged by the compressor flow through the four-way valve, enter the outdoor heat exchanger (the condenser at the moment) for heat dissipation, are throttled by the electronic expansion valve to form low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerants, then enter the indoor heat exchanger (the evaporator at the moment) for heat absorption and evaporation, then flow into the gas-liquid separator for gas-liquid separation, then the gas refrigerants return to the compressor for circulation, and the liquid refrigerants are stored in the gas-liquid separator.
As shown in fig. 4, the heating principle of the air conditioning system is as follows: when the air conditioning system is in a heating mode, heating is carried out by switching the direction of the four-way valve, high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerants discharged by the compressor flow through the four-way valve, enter an indoor heat exchanger (serving as a condenser at this time) for heat dissipation, are throttled by the electronic expansion valve to form low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerants, enter an outdoor heat exchanger (serving as an evaporator at this time) for heat absorption and evaporation, flow into a gas-liquid separator for gas-liquid separation, then return gaseous refrigerants to the compressor for circulation, and store liquid refrigerants in the gas-liquid separator.
S2: and acquiring a four-way valve control mode corresponding to the operation mode according to the operation mode input by the user, and controlling the four-way valve of the air conditioning system to work according to the corresponding four-way valve control mode.
Specifically, if the operation mode received by the receiving module of the air conditioning system by the user input is the air supply mode, the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the air supply mode cannot be acquired according to the air supply mode input by the user. That is, in the air blowing mode, the four-way valve control method cannot be obtained, and thus the four-way valve of the air conditioning system cannot be controlled to operate according to the four-way valve control method.
If the operation mode received by the receiving module of the air conditioning system and input by the user is the refrigeration mode, the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the refrigeration mode is obtained according to the refrigeration mode input by the user, for example, the four-way valve of the air conditioning system is controlled to work in the first state according to the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the refrigeration mode.
If the operation mode received by the receiving module of the air conditioning system by the user is the heating mode, acquiring a four-way valve control mode corresponding to the heating mode according to the heating mode input by the user, for example, controlling the four-way valve of the air conditioning system to work in the second state according to the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the heating mode.
Wherein, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first state may be a power-off state and the second state may be a power-on state.
That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, if the user inputs an air supply mode, the four-way valve is not controlled, and the operation mode for receiving the user input is continuously detected; if the user inputs a refrigeration mode, controlling the four-way valve to work in a first state, namely a power-off state according to a control mode of refrigeration and power-off of the four-way valve; if the user inputs the heating mode, the four-way valve is controlled to work in the second state, namely the power-on state, according to the control mode of heating and power-on of the four-way valve, so that the four-way valve of the air conditioning system can be controlled to work in the corresponding state according to the operation mode input by the user and the control mode of the preset four-way valve.
S3: and detecting the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger.
The temperature detection module can be arranged on a pipeline connecting the outlet of the indoor heat exchanger and the four-way valve, and is a pipeline temperature sensing bulb so as to detect the temperature of the outlet of the indoor heat exchanger, namely a refrigerating outlet or a heating inlet.
It should be noted that the pipeline connecting the outlet of the indoor heat exchanger and the four-way valve may be a T-inner pipe of the air conditioning system.
S4: and judging whether the control mode of the four-way valve is matched with the operation mode input by a user or not according to the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger.
According to one embodiment of the invention, if the four-way valve control mode is matched with the operation mode input by the user, the corresponding four-way valve control mode is maintained; and if the four-way valve control mode is not matched with the operation mode input by the user, switching the corresponding four-way valve control mode.
That is, maintaining the corresponding four-way valve control manner may mean that if the current user input is that the operation mode is the cooling mode, the four-way valve control manner of the air conditioning system is maintained in a power-off state, or if the current user input is that the operation mode is the heating mode, the four-way valve control manner of the air conditioning system is in a power-on state.
In addition, switching the corresponding four-way valve control mode may refer to switching the four-way valve control mode of the air conditioning system from a power-on state to a power-off state if the operation mode input by the current user is the cooling mode, or switching the four-way valve control mode of the air conditioning system from the power-off state to the power-on state if the operation mode input by the current user is the heating mode.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, when the operation mode input by the user is the cooling mode, the four-way valve is controlled to operate in the first state, wherein if the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is less than or equal to the preset temperature, it is determined that the control mode of the four-way valve matches the operation mode input by the user, and the control mode of the four-way valve corresponding to the cooling mode is maintained in the first state; and if the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is higher than the preset temperature, judging that the four-way valve control mode is not matched with the operation mode input by the user, and switching the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the refrigeration mode into a second state.
The preset temperature can be preset in the air conditioning system in advance, the value of the preset temperature can be calibrated according to the actual running mode of the air conditioning system, the values can be the same or different in different running modes of the air conditioner, and only the compressor can be guaranteed to run reliably and no misjudgment occurs.
Specifically, when the operation mode input by a user is a refrigeration mode, the four-way valve is controlled to work in a first state, namely a power-off state according to a refrigeration power-off control mode, wherein if the detected outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is less than or equal to a preset temperature, the air conditioning system is in the refrigeration mode at the moment, the control mode of the four-way valve is matched with the operation mode input by the user, namely, the control mode of the four-way valve is matched with the outdoor unit, the indoor unit does not need to change the power-on condition of the four-way valve, and only the four-way valve corresponding to the refrigeration mode needs to be kept to work in; if the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is higher than the preset temperature, the air conditioning system is in a heating mode at the moment and conflicts with a refrigeration mode input by a user, the control mode of the four-way valve is not matched with the operation mode input by the user, namely, the control mode of the four-way valve is not matched with the outdoor unit, the power-on condition of the four-way valve of the indoor unit needs to be changed, namely, the refrigeration power-off switching heating power-on condition of the four-way valve corresponding to the refrigeration mode is changed, so that the four-way valve works in a second.
According to one embodiment of the invention, when the operation mode input by a user is a heating mode, the four-way valve is controlled to work in a second state, wherein if the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is greater than the preset temperature, the control mode of the four-way valve is judged to be matched with the operation mode input by the user, and the control mode of the four-way valve corresponding to the heating mode is kept in the second state; and if the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is less than or equal to the preset temperature, judging that the control mode of the four-way valve is not matched with the operation mode input by the user, and switching the control mode of the four-way valve corresponding to the heating mode into the first state.
That is, when the operation mode input by the user is the heating mode, the four-way valve is controlled to work in the second state according to the control mode of heating to obtain the electric state, wherein if the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is greater than the preset temperature, the air conditioning system is in the heating mode at the moment, the control mode of the four-way valve is matched with the operation mode input by the user, namely, the control mode of the four-way valve is matched with the outdoor unit, the indoor unit does not need to change the power-on condition of the four-way valve, namely, the four-way valve corresponding to the heating mode is kept to work in the second state to obtain the; if the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is less than or equal to the preset temperature, the air conditioning system is in a refrigeration mode at the moment and conflicts with a mode input by a user, the control mode of the four-way valve is not matched with the operation mode input by the user, namely, the control mode of the four-way valve is not matched with the outdoor unit, the indoor unit needs to change the power-on condition of the four-way valve, namely, the control mode of the four-way valve corresponding to the heating mode is switched from heating power-on to refrigeration power-off, so that the four-way valve works in a first state.
According to a specific embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the control method of the air conditioning system includes the steps of:
s101: and controlling the air conditioning system to start.
S102: and detecting an air conditioner operation mode input by a user.
S103: if the air blowing mode is input by the user, the process returns to step S102.
S104: if the user inputs the cooling mode, step S106 is performed.
S105: if the user inputs a heating mode, step S110 is performed.
S106: and controlling the four-way valve to work in a power-off state.
S107: and judging whether the temperature of the T inner tube is greater than a preset temperature or not.
If yes, go to step S108; if not, step S109 is performed.
S108: the power-on mode of the four-way valve is not matched with that of the outdoor unit, and the working state of the four-way valve needs to be changed by an internal unit program, namely the working state of the four-way valve is switched into the power-on state.
S109: the power-on mode of the four-way valve is matched with that of the outdoor unit, and the power-on condition of the four-way valve is not required to be changed by the program of the indoor unit, namely, the working state power-off state of the four-way valve is kept.
S110: and controlling the four-way valve to work in an electrified state.
S111: and judging whether the temperature of the T inner tube is greater than a preset temperature or not.
If yes, go to step S112; if not, step S113 is performed.
S112: the power-on mode of the four-way valve is matched with that of the outdoor unit, and the working state of the four-way valve is kept to be the power-on state without changing the working state of the indoor unit program.
S113: the power-on mode of the four-way valve is not matched with that of the outdoor unit, and the working state of the four-way valve needs to be changed by an internal unit program, namely the working state power-off state of the four-way valve is switched.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, whether the power-off mode is matched with the operation mode input by the user is judged by judging the control mode of the four-way valve of the air-conditioning system, and the control mode of the four-way valve is switched when the two modes are not matched, namely the control method of heating to obtain power and refrigerating to lose power is switched to the control mode of refrigerating to obtain power and heating to lose power, so that the universal distribution with the external machines of different manufacturers is realized, and the stock is solved and the sales volume is increased for the sellers and the manufacturers in a separate selling mode.
In summary, according to the control method of the air conditioning system provided by the embodiment of the present invention, firstly, an operation mode input by a user is received, then, a four-way valve control manner corresponding to the operation mode is obtained according to the operation mode input by the user, the four-way valve of the air conditioning system is controlled to operate according to the corresponding four-way valve control manner, and the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is detected, and then, whether the four-way valve control manner matches the operation mode input by the user is determined according to the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger, so that whether the indoor unit matches the outdoor unit or not can be automatically identified, so that the same indoor unit can be matched with different outdoor units, refrigeration when the user needs refrigeration, heating when the user needs heating.
Fig. 3 is a block schematic diagram of an air conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the air conditioning system 100 includes: a receiving module 10, a temperature detection module 20 and a control module 30.
The receiving module 10 is configured to receive an operation mode input by a user; the temperature detection module 20 is used for detecting the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger; the control module 30 is respectively connected to the receiving module 10 and the temperature detecting module 20, and the control module 30 is configured to obtain a four-way valve control mode corresponding to an operation mode according to the operation mode input by a user, control the four-way valve 2 of the air conditioning system to operate according to the corresponding four-way valve control mode, and determine whether the four-way valve control mode matches the operation mode input by the user according to an outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger.
The operation modes of the user input received by the receiving module 10 may include three modes, namely, an air supply mode, a cooling mode and a heating mode. As shown in fig. 4, a pipeline temperature sensing bulb 6, i.e., a temperature detection module 20, may be installed on a pipeline connecting an outlet of the indoor heat exchanger 5 and the four-way valve 2 to detect a temperature of an outlet of the indoor heat exchanger 5, i.e., a cooling outlet or a heating inlet.
It should be noted that, the pipeline connecting the outlet of the indoor heat exchanger 5 and the four-way valve 2 may be a T-inner pipe of the air conditioning system.
It should be understood that, before the user inputs the operation mode, the user inputs a power-on command through the remote controller or the wire controller to control the air conditioner to be powered on, after the air conditioner is powered on, the user may input a mode command, such as an air supply mode command, a cooling mode command or a heating mode command, through the remote controller or the wire controller of the air conditioner, and the receiving module 10 of the air conditioning system may receive the three operation mode commands of air supply, cooling and heating input by the user.
When receiving a refrigerating mode instruction, controlling the air conditioning system to operate in a refrigerating mode, wherein the refrigerating principle of the air conditioning system is as follows: when the air conditioning system is in a refrigeration mode, high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant discharged by the compressor 1 flows through the four-way valve 2, enters the outdoor heat exchanger 3 (a condenser at this time) for heat dissipation, is throttled by the electronic expansion valve 4 to form low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant, enters the indoor heat exchanger 5 (an evaporator at this time) for heat absorption and evaporation, flows into the gas-liquid separator 7 for gas-liquid separation, then returns to the compressor 1 for circulation, and stores liquid refrigerant in the gas-liquid separator 7.
As shown in fig. 4, the heating principle of the air conditioning system is as follows: when the air conditioning system is in a heating mode, heating is performed by switching the direction of the four-way valve 2, high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant discharged by the compressor 1 flows through the four-way valve 2, enters the indoor heat exchanger 5 (a condenser at this time) for heat dissipation, and is throttled by the electronic expansion valve 4 to form low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant, the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant enters the outdoor heat exchanger 3 (an evaporator at this time) for heat absorption and evaporation, then flows into the gas-liquid separator 7 for gas-liquid separation, the gas refrigerant returns to the compressor 1 for circulation, and the liquid refrigerant is stored in the gas-liquid separator 7.
Specifically, the control module 30 is configured to obtain the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the operation mode according to the operation mode input by the user, where if the operation mode received by the receiving module 10 of the air conditioning system is the air blowing mode, the control module 30 cannot obtain the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the air blowing mode according to the air blowing mode input by the user. That is, in the air blowing mode, the control module 30 cannot acquire the four-way valve control method, and thus cannot control the four-way valve 2 of the air conditioning system to operate according to the four-way valve control method.
If the operation mode received by the receiving module 10 of the air conditioning system by the user is the cooling mode, the control module 30 obtains the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the cooling mode according to the cooling mode input by the user, for example, controls the four-way valve 2 of the air conditioning system to operate in the first state according to the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the cooling mode.
If the operation mode received by the receiving module 10 of the air conditioning system by the user is the heating mode, the control module 30 obtains the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the heating mode according to the heating mode input by the user, for example, controls the four-way valve 2 of the air conditioning system to operate in the second state according to the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the heating mode.
Wherein, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first state may be a power-off state and the second state may be a power-on state.
That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, if the user inputs an air blowing mode, the control module 30 does not control the four-way valve 2, and continues to detect the operation mode for receiving the user input; if the user inputs a refrigeration mode, the control module 30 controls the four-way valve 2 to work in a first state, namely a power-off state according to a control mode of refrigeration and power-off of the four-way valve; if the user inputs a heating mode, the control module 30 controls the four-way valve 2 to work in the second state, i.e., the power-on state, according to the control mode of the four-way valve for heating and power-on, so that the four-way valve 2 of the air conditioning system can be controlled to work in the corresponding state according to the operation mode input by the user and the control mode of the four-way valve which is preset.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 30 is further configured to maintain the corresponding four-way valve control mode when the four-way valve control mode matches the operation mode input by the user, and switch the corresponding four-way valve control mode when the four-way valve control mode does not match the operation mode input by the user.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 30 is further configured to control the four-way valve 2 to operate in the first state when the operation mode input by the user is the cooling mode, wherein if the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is less than or equal to the preset temperature, the control module 30 determines that the four-way valve control mode is matched with the operation mode input by the user, and maintains the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the cooling mode in the first state; if the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is higher than the preset temperature, the control module 30 determines that the four-way valve control mode is not matched with the operation mode input by the user, and switches the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the refrigeration mode to the second state.
The preset temperature can be preset in the control module 30 in advance, the value of the preset temperature can be calibrated according to the actual operation mode of the air conditioning system, and the values can be the same or different in different operation modes of the air conditioner, and only the reliable operation of the compressor is ensured and no misjudgment occurs.
Specifically, when the operation mode input by the user is the refrigeration mode, the control module 30 controls the four-way valve 2 to operate in the first state, that is, the power-off state, according to the control mode of refrigeration power-off, wherein if the detected outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is less than or equal to the preset temperature, it indicates that the air-conditioning system 100 is in the refrigeration mode at this time, the control mode of the four-way valve is matched with the operation mode input by the user, that is, the control mode of the four-way valve is matched with the outdoor unit, and the indoor unit does not need to change the power-on condition of the four-way valve 2, and only needs to keep the four-way; if the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is higher than the preset temperature, it is indicated that the air conditioning system 100 is in the heating mode at this time and conflicts with the refrigeration mode input by the user, the four-way valve control mode is not matched with the operation mode input by the user, that is, the four-way valve control mode is not matched with the outdoor unit, the indoor unit needs to change the power-on condition of the four-way valve 2, that is, the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the refrigeration mode is switched from the refrigeration power-off mode to the heating power-on mode, so that the four-way valve 2 works.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 30 is further configured to control the four-way valve 2 to operate in the second state when the operation mode input by the user is the heating mode, wherein if the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is greater than the preset temperature, the control module 30 determines that the four-way valve control mode is matched with the operation mode input by the user, and maintains the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the heating mode in the second state; if the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is less than or equal to the preset temperature, the control module 30 determines that the four-way valve control mode is not matched with the operation mode input by the user, and switches the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the heating mode to the first state.
That is, when the operation mode input by the user is the heating mode, the four-way valve 2 is controlled to work in the second state according to the control mode of heating and power-on, that is, the electric state is obtained, wherein if the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is greater than the preset temperature, it indicates that the air-conditioning system 100 is in the heating mode at this time, the control mode of the four-way valve is matched with the operation mode input by the user, that is, the control mode of the four-way valve is matched with the outdoor unit, and the indoor unit keeps the four-way valve 2 corresponding to the heating mode to work in the second state, that is, the electric state is obtained without; if the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is less than or equal to the preset temperature, it is indicated that the air conditioning system 100 is in the cooling mode at this time and conflicts with the mode input by the user, the four-way valve control mode is not matched with the operation mode input by the user, that is, the four-way valve control mode is not matched with the outdoor unit, the indoor unit needs to change the power-on condition of the four-way valve 2, that is, the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the heating mode is switched from heating power-on to cooling power-off, so that the four-way valve 2 works in the first state.
In summary, according to the air conditioning system provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the control module obtains the four-way valve control mode corresponding to the operation mode according to the operation mode input by the user and received by the receiving module, controls the four-way valve of the air conditioning system to operate according to the corresponding four-way valve control mode, and determines whether the four-way valve control mode matches with the operation mode input by the user according to the outlet temperature of the indoor heat exchanger detected by the temperature detecting module, so as to automatically identify whether the indoor unit matches with the outdoor unit, so that the same indoor unit can be used for matching with different outdoor units, thereby ensuring that the user can refrigerate when the user needs refrigeration, and heat when the user needs heating.
