本发明一种红外光波辐射加热地砖,其特征在于:它包含墙砖本体、碳素纤维发热片和发热管、聚氨酯泡沫层;所述的碳素纤维发热片安装在所述的发热管内,所述的发热管为若干个串联的U形管;所述的墙砖本体设置聚氨酯泡沫材料,聚氨酯泡沫的内部设置有碳素纤维发热片。本发明中碳纤维加热管产生热能不仅通过介质传导,而且还通过红外光波辐射产生出热能,使发热转换率更高;使用寿命长,因材料特性造就了纤维性,任意折弯都不会产生局部发热变化与变形;热转换率高;同时本发明中聚氨酯泡沫层的导热系数低,能够有效阻止室内热量的散失。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保节能建筑材料,具体涉及一种碳素纤维发热墙砖。
背景技术
随着我国经济的快速发展,能源的消耗越来越大,节能环保的理念越来越深入人
心。瓷砖是一般室内装修必备的装饰材料,它的美观性、表面光滑和耐磨的特性深受欢迎。
传统技术使用发热膜材料,即由碳素材料封装成一片发热电阻组成的平面型发热元件,其缺点有如下:1) 容易产生发热不均匀现象;2) 破损漏电相对大;3) 发热膜使用时间稍长,内部会产生开裂;4) 内部阻值会产生变化,导致发热功率升高或降低。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
一种红外光波辐射加热地砖,其特征在于:它包含墙砖本体、碳素纤维发热片和发热管、聚氨酯泡沫层 ;所述的碳素纤维发热片安装在所述的发热管内,所述的发热管为若干个串联的U形管;所述的墙砖本体设置聚氨酯泡沫材料,聚氨酯泡沫的内部设置有碳素纤维发热片。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中碳纤维加热管产生热能不仅通过介质传导,而且还通过红外光波辐射产生出热能,使发热转换率更高;使用寿命长,因材料特性造就了纤维性,任意折弯都不会产生局部发热变化与变形;热转换率高;同时本发明中聚氨酯泡沫层的导热系数低,能够有效阻止室内热量的散失。

本发明专利一种红外光波辐射加热地砖,它包含墙砖本体1、碳素纤维发热片2和发热管2、聚氨酯泡沫层4;所述的碳素纤维发热片2安装在所述的发热管3内,所述的发热管为若干个串联的U形管;所述的墙砖本体设置聚氨酯泡沫材料,聚氨酯泡沫的内部设置有碳素纤维发热管3。
加热片2上设有加热管3,加热片2的表面积小于墙砖本体1的上表面的表面积,其中,加热片的表面积为墙砖本体1的上表面的表面积的80%较佳,墙砖本体1的上表面上未覆盖加热片1的区域以及加热片1的上表面设有聚氨酯泡沫层4。
