In this way, the reinforcing rib structure at the bottom of the inner barrel 200 corresponding to the annular through groove is eliminated, so as to ensure the circulation of the balance medium in the annular through groove 330 and achieve a good balance effect.
Or, the bottom of the barrel body of this embodiment is provided with a reinforcing rib structure, and the reinforcing rib structure on the bottom of the barrel body corresponding to the annular through groove 330 is provided with a notch so as to communicate the closed region between the reinforcing rib structures. As shown in fig. 5, compared with the reinforcing rib at the bottom of the inner tub of the washing machine in the embodiment in fig. 6, the reinforcing rib at the bottom of the inner tub of the washing machine in the prior art has the same structural arrangement, and the difference is that the reinforcing rib at the bottom of the inner tub of the washing machine in the embodiment is provided with the notch.
The reinforcing rib structure of the embodiment comprises an annular reinforcing rib 313 and a radial reinforcing rib 312, wherein the annular reinforcing rib 313 and the bottom of the barrel body 200 are concentrically arranged, the radial reinforcing rib 312 is radially arranged along the bottom of the barrel body 200, and the annular reinforcing rib 313 and the radial reinforcing rib 312 are mutually crossed; the outermost annular reinforcing rib is hermetically connected with the barrel bottom cover 320, and a notch 319 is formed in the radial reinforcing rib 312 between the outermost annular reinforcing rib and the outer edge of the bottom of the barrel body 200 to form an annular through groove 330. The bottom of the barrel body 200 of the present embodiment is provided with a waterway mounting portion 318 corresponding to the waterway mounting, the waterway mounting portion 318 is located in the annular through groove, and the outer side surface of the waterway mounting portion 318 is a smooth surface. Because the waterway mounting portion 318 protrudes outward, the space between the waterway mounting portion 318 and the inner tub cover 320 is too small, and this embodiment is directed to this feature, and the reinforcing rib on the waterway mounting portion 318 is eliminated, and the outer side surface of the waterway mounting portion 318 is directly smooth, which is more favorable for the through of the annular through groove 330. Compared with the bottom of the washing machine inner barrel in the embodiment in fig. 6, the bottom of the washing machine inner barrel in the prior art in fig. 5 has the reinforced ribs on the water channel mounting part 318 eliminated.
In addition, the annular through groove 330 of the present embodiment may be a through groove of one circle, may also be composed of through grooves of two and a half circles, and even four through grooves of 1/4 circles, and specifically, may be designed according to the bottom structure of the tub 200.
For example, in the present embodiment, the reinforcing rib is disposed on the water channel mounting portion 318, the reinforcing rib is attached to the inner tub cover 320 to divide the entire circumference into two balance chambers, and if the reinforcing rib is not disposed on the water channel mounting portion 318, the entire circumference chambers are communicated to form one balance chamber.
The barrel bottom cover 320 of the embodiment is provided with a liquid filling port 326 for filling the balance medium, and the liquid filling port 326 is closed by a valve plug after the balance medium is filled. The balancing medium of the present embodiment is a balancing liquid, and specifically, a calcium chloride solution may be selected. The liquid filling volume of the equilibrium liquid of this embodiment is preferably 20% to 70%, preferably 40% to 60%, of the volume of the entire annular channel 330.
Specifically, a flange structure is mounted at the bottom of the barrel body 200 of the embodiment, and the flange structure is arranged at the outer side of the bottom wall of the barrel bottom cover 320; the bottom of the barrel body 200 is provided with screw posts 317, the bottom wall of the barrel bottom cover 320 is provided with screw holes 325 corresponding to the screw posts, and the flange structure is connected and fixed on the bottom of the inner barrel 200 by adopting screws and the screw posts 317.
In this embodiment, a protruding structure is disposed on the periphery of the screw hole 325 on the inner side of the bottom wall of the tub bottom cover 320, the end of the protruding structure is a sixth connecting surface 327, a ring of annular reinforcing ribs is disposed on the periphery of the screw column 317 on the bottom of the tub body 200, the end of the annular reinforcing ribs is a fifth connecting surface 316, and the sixth connecting surface 327 and the fifth connecting surface 316 are hermetically connected; an annular through groove 330 is formed between the annular reinforcing rib and the outer edge of the bottom of the barrel body 200.
The inner barrel of the washing machine of the embodiment is particularly suitable for the washing machine with cleaning particles between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, the barrel bottom 300 comprises a barrel bottom body 310 and a barrel bottom cover 320, the barrel bottom cover 320 is covered on the reinforcing rib structure of the barrel bottom body 310, and the outer surface of the barrel bottom cover 320 is a smooth flat surface, so that the cleaning effect of the cleaning particles on the barrel bottom 300 of the inner barrel is more facilitated; the bottom cover 320 is hermetically connected with the bottom of the bottom body 310, so that the reinforcing rib structure is in a closed space, washing water is prevented from entering the reinforcing rib structure, and the problem that bacteria are bred or dirt is accumulated at the reinforcing rib structure of the bottom is fundamentally eradicated.
The barrel bottom body 310 of the embodiment is an annular basin body structure with a hollow bottom, and includes a barrel bottom body side wall 311 in a closed circular ring shape and a barrel body bottom wall connected with the barrel bottom body, and the outer contour of the barrel bottom cover 320 is matched with the outer contour of the barrel bottom body 310, so that the barrel bottom cover 320 is covered on the barrel bottom body 310 to cover the reinforcing rib structure.
Because the sidewall 311 of the bottom body and the bottom wall of the barrel body of the conventional bottom body 310 are both provided with the reinforcing rib structure, the bottom cover 320 is hermetically connected with the bottom of the bottom body 310, and the reinforcing rib structure is located in a closed space.
In the present embodiment, the outer side of the bottom wall of the barrel bottom body 310 is provided with the first connecting surface 314, the inner side of the bottom wall of the barrel bottom cover 320 is provided with the second connecting surface 328, and the first connecting surface 314 and the second connecting surface 328 are connected in a sealing manner; the side wall of the bucket bottom body 310 is provided with a third connecting surface 315, the end of the side wall of the bucket bottom protecting cover 320 is a fourth connecting surface 321, and the third connecting surface 315 is connected with the fourth connecting surface 321 in a sealing manner. In this way, the sealing connection is achieved at the two edge joints of the bottom body 310 and the bottom cover 320, so that the reinforcing rib structure between the two edge joints is in a closed space.
The first connecting surface 314 and the second connecting surface 328 of the present embodiment are hermetically connected to form a sealing surface, the third connecting surface 315 and the fourth connecting surface 321 are hermetically connected to form a sealing surface, and the reinforcing rib structures on the tub bottom body 310 are all located in the enclosed space between the two sealing surfaces and completely isolated from the outside, so that the washing water is prevented from contacting with the washing water, and the problem of bacteria breeding or dirt accumulation at the reinforcing rib structures at the tub bottom is fundamentally prevented.
Specifically, the bottom wall of the tub bottom body 310 of the present embodiment is provided with a first opening, the first opening extends to the outside of the inner tub to form a first connection surface 314, the bottom wall of the tub bottom cover 320 is provided with a second opening corresponding to the first opening, and the second opening extends to the inside of the inner tub to form a second connection surface 328.
The first opening of the tub bottom body 310 is for installing a pulsator of a washing machine, and thus, the first opening is an innermost edge of the tub bottom body 310. The second opening is formed in the tub bottom cover 320 to match the tub bottom body 310, and does not affect the installation of the pulsator, and the second opening is the innermost edge of the tub bottom cover 320. Accordingly, the present invention places the first connection face 314 on the first opening and the second connection face 328 on the second opening such that the innermost edge of the tub bottom body 310 is sealingly connected with the innermost edge of the tub bottom cover 320.
The lower part and the bottom wall of the side wall of the barrel bottom body 310 are provided with reinforcing rib structures, the connecting part of the side wall of the barrel bottom body 310 and the reinforcing rib structures is provided with a third connecting surface 315, and the end part of the side wall of the barrel bottom cover 320 is provided with a fourth connecting surface 321. The third connection surface 315 and the fourth connection surface 321 of the present invention are disposed at outermost edges where the tub bottom body 310 and the tub bottom cover 320 are connected, so that the outermost edges of the tub bottom body 310 and the outermost edges of the tub bottom cover 320 are hermetically connected.
The inner tub bottom 300 of the washing machine is further connected with a transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is driven by a motor to realize the rotation of the inner tub, and as the inner tub bottom 300 is generally made by injection molding, in order to ensure the connection strength of the inner tub bottom 300 and the transmission shaft, a flange structure is generally arranged on the inner tub bottom 300 and is generally made of metal materials. Specifically, the tub bottom 300 of the present invention has a flange structure disposed at an outer side of a bottom wall of the tub bottom cover 320. According to the invention, the flange structure is arranged on the outer side of the bottom wall of the barrel bottom cover 320, so that the installation of the flange structure does not influence the sealing surface between the barrel bottom body 310 and the barrel bottom cover 320, and the sealing connection effect is ensured.
In order to realize the sealing connection between the barrel bottom body 310 and the barrel bottom cover 320, the barrel bottom cover 320 of the present invention is integrally connected with the barrel bottom body 310 in a melting manner, and the first connecting surface 314, the second connecting surface 328, the third connecting surface 315, the fourth connecting surface 321, the fifth connecting surface 316 and the sixth connecting surface 327 are melting surfaces, respectively. The melting and coating mode is adopted, so that the connection surfaces can be melted and connected into a whole, the connection tightness is ensured, and a good sealing effect is achieved.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a washing machine having the above-mentioned inner tub, wherein the inner tub is rotatably disposed in the outer tub, and cleaning particles for cleaning the outer wall of the inner tub and the inner wall of the outer tub are disposed between the inner tub and the outer tub. Therefore, after the washing machine inner barrel is adopted, the whole outer surface of the bottom of the inner barrel is of a smooth and flat structure, and the cleaning particles can better clean the bottom of the inner barrel. Meanwhile, the washing machine of the embodiment forms a barrel bottom balance ring at the bottom of the inner barrel 200, so that unbalanced load at the bottom of the inner barrel can be better balanced, and the washing machine can work more stably and efficiently.
