The invention discloses a double-side battery pulling mechanism applied to a forklift, which comprises a frame and side cover limiting pins, wherein the side cover limiting pins are arranged on the frame; a cavity is formed in the middle of the frame; the cavity is in an upper opening and two sides of the cavity are open; a storage battery is arranged in the cavity; a battery bracket assembly is arranged between the bottom of the storage battery and the frame; the battery bracket assembly consists of a bracket bottom plate and a plurality of battery box roller assemblies; side cover plates are symmetrically arranged at openings at two sides of the cavity; the upper end of the side cover plate is provided with a side cover fixing plate, and the lower end of the side cover plate is provided with two side cover lower baffle plates; the upper end of the upper cavity of the frame is provided with a side cover limiting guide sleeve corresponding to the side cover fixing plate, and the lower end of the upper cavity of the frame is provided with two clamping grooves corresponding to the side cover lower clamping plates; the lower clamping plate of the side cover can be inserted into the clamping groove; the side cover limiting pin sequentially penetrates through the side cover limiting guide sleeve, the limiting pin and the side cover fixing plate to fix the side cover plate on two sides of the cavity; the storage battery can be pulled out from both sides, so that the replacement efficiency is improved; the invention has simple structure and convenient use.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a double-side battery pulling mechanism applied to a forklift, which can pull a storage battery out of the forklift body for replacement or maintenance by pulling a side cover limiting pin upwards to take down a side cover plate no matter an operator stands on the left side or the right side of the forklift body.

Fig. 1-4 show a double-sided battery pulling mechanism applied to a forklift truck, which comprises a frame 1 and a side cover limiting pin 7; a cavity (not marked) is arranged in the middle of the frame 1; the cavity is in an upper opening and two sides of the cavity are open; a storage battery 3 is arranged in the cavity; a battery bracket assembly (not shown) is arranged between the bottom of the storage battery 3 and the frame 1; the battery bracket assembly consists of a bracket bottom plate 11 and a plurality of battery box roller assemblies 10; side cover plates 2 are symmetrically arranged at openings at two sides of the cavity; the upper end of the side cover plate 2 is provided with a side cover fixing plate 4, and the lower end of the side cover plate is provided with two side cover lower baffle plates 5; the upper end of the upper cavity of the frame 1 is provided with a side cover limiting guide sleeve 6 corresponding to the side cover fixing plate 4, and the lower end of the upper cavity is provided with two clamping grooves (not shown) corresponding to the side cover lower clamping plates 5; the side cover lower clamping plate 5 can be inserted into the clamping groove; the side cover limiting pin 7 sequentially penetrates through the side cover limiting guide sleeve 6, the limiting pin 9 and the side cover fixing plate 4 to fix the side cover plate 2 on two sides of the cavity.

The bracket bottom plate 11 is provided with a rectangular groove 12, and the rectangular groove 12 can be clamped on a corresponding T-shaped plate (not shown) on the frame 1, so that the movement of the battery bracket is limited.
The battery box roller assembly 10 is provided with a rotatable roller (not shown), and the storage battery 3 is placed on the roller.
The use state is as follows: when the storage battery 3 needs to be replaced or maintained, no matter an operator stands on the left side or the right side of the vehicle body, the side cover plate 2 can be removed by pulling the side cover limiting pin 7 upwards, and the storage battery 3 can be pulled out of the vehicle body for replacement or maintenance.
