Abstract

本发明提供的一种一次性西林瓶溶配药器,属医疗器械领域,尤其涉及输液器械,该产品由两根弹性输液软管连接四根穿刺器,使用时将两个弹性输液软管分别固定在两个外接动力单元(如蠕动泵),在配药过程中提供双动力双向流体(如:液体、气体、液固混合体)输送,满足西林瓶内药物快速溶解和西林瓶内气压平衡,从而最大限度地方便药液配制,进而可实现真正的无污染、快速、安全溶解药物,快速自动配制药物的目的。

一种一次性西林瓶溶配药器
技术领域
本发明提供的一种一次性西林瓶溶配药器,属于医疗器械领域,尤其涉及输液配药器械。
背景技术
现有的输液配药方式主要为使用注射器及其他简易的形式手工配药,在配药的过程中,不能连续配制,效率低,速度慢,劳动强度大;西林瓶包装药品配制,由于多次穿刺西林瓶及输液容器的胶塞,容易造成漏液及微粒污染;在配制细胞毒性药物、化疗药物、易致敏药物、高活性等药物时,多次穿刺西林瓶及输液容器的胶塞,易产生药物溅出和挥发,对于配药人员造成长期伤害,可能带来不可逆的后果;多次穿刺西林瓶及输液容器的胶塞,由于针头暴露在非无菌环境,微生物会污染针头,污染的微生物可能会随着多次穿刺造成输液微生物二次污染。
发明内容
现有一次性输液器材和一次性溶药器,配药速度慢,不适应自动化配制,操作过程中多次穿刺,非全封闭配制,对于较难溶药物,需较长时间的震荡操作进行溶解。冻干粉针剂(西林瓶装)在生产过程中可产生微真空,普通溶配药过程中,因瓶内有微真空,操作人员很难直接抽出溶解的药液,操作人员需要将瓶内气压平衡,才能抽出药液,为了克服以上缺点,适应自动化配药机的操作,本发明的一种一次性西林瓶溶配药器可实现全封闭溶解,通过双通道连通西林瓶和输液容器,巧妙借助输液瓶(袋)内的气体,从而达到气压平衡,方便抽吸药液的功能;本发明适用将西林瓶液体分装产品、西林瓶粉针分装产品和西林瓶冻干产品内的药物溶解配制至不同包装形式的输液容器(包括玻璃材质、塑料瓶、塑料软袋)中。
本发明通过以下方案实现的:
本发明由穿刺器、弹性输液软管及底座组成,所述穿刺器中空,形成内通道,顶端开孔,并可制成尖锐状与内通道连通,底端也开孔与内通道连通,所述弹性输液软管两端分别与所述穿刺器底端相连通,此组成结构可定义为一个通道,该通道的弹性输液软管可固定在一个外接动力单元(如蠕动泵)上,由外接动力单元提供动力,驱动弹性输液软管内的流体(如:液体、气体、液固混合体)流动;本溶配药器由两个通道构成;每个通道两端各有一个穿刺器,每端两个穿刺器分别由一个底座固定成并联状态,一端并联穿刺器可插入输液容器内,此端并联穿刺器可定义为输液端并联穿刺器,另一端并联穿刺器可插入西林瓶内,此端并联穿刺器可定义为西林瓶端并联穿刺器;每个通道的弹性输液软管上分别可加过滤器。
两个弹性输液软管皆由医用塑料材质(如:医用PVC、TPE、TPU、医用硅胶、医用橡胶管等)制成。
并联西林瓶端穿刺器,穿刺器材质为医用不锈钢或医用PVC等医用塑料,可设计为短穿刺器和长穿刺器组成或同等长度的短穿刺器,短穿刺器露出底座部分的长度为8-10mm,以保证西林瓶内的药液能够尽可能吸出,长穿刺器的长度为露出底座部分不长于28mm,不长于2ml西林瓶的高度,以防止刺裂西林瓶,长短穿刺器的设计主要是在双通道动力下能够在西林瓶内产生更剧烈湍流,促进药物溶解。
并联输液端双穿刺器设计与并联西林瓶端双穿刺器相同,方便制造。
可方便安装在自动配药系统中,可进行快速溶解配制药物。
在使用时将并联西林端瓶双穿刺器同时穿刺入西林瓶中,并联输液端双穿刺器穿刺入输液容器(玻璃瓶、塑料瓶、塑料软袋)中,从而可形成封闭内循环系统,在溶解配制药物时,不需要反复穿刺。
将两个弹性输液软管分别固定在两个外接动力单元(如蠕动泵),在配药过程中外接动力单元驱动弹性输液软管,提供双动力双向流体(如:液体、气体、液固混合体)输送,满足西林瓶内药物快速溶解和西林瓶内气压平衡,从而最大限度地方便和快速配制药品。

具体实施方式
粉针、冻干粉针西林瓶装药品溶配药方案:两根弹性输液软管分别固定在两个外接动力单元(如蠕动泵);将输液端并联穿刺器通过输液药物的胶塞插入输液容器中,输液插入端口向下,将西林瓶端双穿刺器通过西林瓶药物的胶塞插入西林瓶中,西林瓶插入端口朝下;通过智能程序控制,驱动两根弹性输液软管,将输液内的溶液快速泵入西林瓶中,泵入的溶液量由其他装置控制。泵入结束后,同时将其中与西林瓶段短穿刺器相连的弹性输液软管的外接动力单元反向驱动,在另一根通道将输液容器内液体泵入西林瓶内的同时将西林瓶内的已溶解的药液泵回输液容器中,从而在西林瓶和输液容器之间形成回流状态,此时在西林瓶内形成激烈的湍流,在此过程中,持续剧烈扰动西林瓶药液和未溶解的药物,且通过大量输液持续动态的泵入、泵出,西林瓶内有限容积溶液浓度被不断快速稀释,从而使药物快速溶解;通过智能程序控制持续回流时间,再将与长穿刺器相连的弹性输液软管的外接动力单元反向驱动,将西林瓶内已溶解的药液泵回输液容器内,此过程可反复至药物完全溶解,使西林瓶内药物全部转移至输液容器中。
西林瓶装液体药物配药方案:两根弹性输液软管可分别固定在两个外接动力单元(如蠕动泵);将输液端双穿刺器通过输液药物的胶塞插入输液容器中,输液插入端口向上,将西林瓶端双穿刺器通过西林瓶药物的胶塞插入西林瓶中,西林瓶插入端口朝下,通过智能程序控制,驱动西林瓶端短穿刺器相连通的弹性输液软管,将西林瓶内的药液直接泵入输液容器中,另一根通道在操作过程中可从输液瓶中泵入空气至西林瓶中,提供气压平衡,使药液很容易迅速抽出。

Claims (7)

1.一种一次性西林瓶溶配药器,其特征在于:由穿刺器、弹性输液软管及底座组成,所述穿刺器中空,形成内通道,顶端开孔,并可制成尖锐状与内通道连通,底端也开孔与内通道连通,所述弹性输液软管两端分别与所述穿刺器底端相连通,此组成结构可定义为一个通道,该通道的弹性输液软管可固定在一个外接动力单元(如蠕动泵)上,由外接动力单元提供动力,驱动弹性输液软管内的流体(如:液体、气体、液固混合体)流动;本溶配药器由两个通道构成,每个通道两端各有一个穿刺器,每端两个穿刺器分别由一个底座固定成并联状态,一端并联穿刺器可插入输液容器内,此端并联穿刺器可定义为输液端并联穿刺器,另一端并联穿刺器可插入西林瓶内,此端并联穿刺器可定义为西林瓶端并联穿刺器;每个通道的弹性输液软管上分别可加过滤器。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种一次性西林瓶溶配药器,其特征在于:两个弹性输液软管皆由医用塑料材质(如:医用PVC、TPE、TPU、医用硅胶、医用橡胶管等)制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种一次性西林瓶溶配药器,其特征在于:并联西林瓶端穿刺器,穿刺器材质为医用不锈钢或医用PVC等医用塑料,可设计为短穿刺器和长穿刺器组成或同等长度的短穿刺器,短穿刺器露出底座部分的长度为8-10mm,以保证西林瓶内的药液能够尽可能吸出,长穿刺器的长度为露出底座部分不长于28mm,不长于2ml西林瓶的高度,以防止刺裂西林瓶,长短穿刺器的设计主要是在双通道动力下能够在西林瓶内产生更剧烈湍流,促进药物溶解。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种一次性西林瓶溶配药器,其特征在于:并联输液端双穿刺器设计可与并联西林瓶端双穿刺器相同,方便制造。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种一次性西林瓶溶配药器,其特征在于:可方便安装在自动配药系统中,可进行快速溶解配制药物。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种一次性西林瓶溶配药器,其特征在于:在使用时将并联西林端瓶双穿刺器同时穿刺入西林瓶中,并联输液端双穿刺器穿刺入输液容器(玻璃瓶、塑料瓶、塑料软袋)中,从而可形成封闭内循环系统,在溶解配制药物时,不需要反复穿刺。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种一次性西林瓶溶配药器,其特征在于:将两个弹性输液软管分别固定在两个外接动力单元(如蠕动泵)上,在配药过程中外接动力单元驱动弹性输液软管,提供双动力双向流体(如:液体、气体、液固混合体)输送,满足西林瓶内药物快速溶解和西林瓶内气压平衡,从而最大限度地方便和快速配制药品。
