Referring to fig. 2 and 4, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an address book management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 and 4 are schematic diagrams illustrating a first application scenario and a second application scenario of the address book management method according to the embodiment of the present invention. The method is applied to the electronic equipment and comprises the following steps:
step S101, in the process of calling a calling user with a strange calling number, obtaining the calling content.
It will be appreciated that in everyday use, calls dialed from strange numbers, the holder of which may be an acquaintance of the called subscriber or a stranger, are often received. In order to facilitate management of an address book, when an incoming call is called, whether a calling number of the incoming call is a strange number or not is monitored, and if yes, call content is acquired in a call process with a calling user of which the calling number is the strange number. The strange number can be understood as a number that is not stored in the called electronic device. The method comprises the steps that during a call with a calling party of which the calling number is an unknown number, the voice content during the call can be temporarily recorded through a recording function to obtain the call content, and after the call is finished, the temporarily recorded voice content during the call is automatically cleared to release the storage space occupied by the voice content. Or, a circuit component with an identification function is arranged in the electronic equipment, and the call content generated in the call process is acquired by using the circuit component with the identification function through a preset identification rule.
And step S102, judging whether the strange number is the held number of the calling user by identifying a preset keyword in the call content. If yes, step S103 is executed, otherwise, the process ends.
It can be understood that sometimes the calling party temporarily borrows the communication equipment of other people to make a call, and the strange number displayed on the electronic equipment of the called party is not the holding number of the calling party and does not need to be stored in the address list. Whether the strange number is the held number of the calling user can be judged by identifying preset keywords in the call content, for example, the preset keywords can be "borrowed", "borrowed phone or mobile phone", "not my number", and the like, wherein "" represents a plurality of characters. When the conversation content is identified not to contain the preset keyword, judging that the strange number is the holding number of the calling user, and executing a step S103; and when the conversation content is identified to contain the preset keyword, judging that the strange number is not the holding number of the calling user, and ending the process of continuously acquiring the conversation content.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, a mobile phone a held by a called user receives an incoming call from a mobile phone B of a calling user, a strange number is displayed on the mobile phone a, and if the mobile phone a recognizes that the call content does not include a preset keyword according to the preset keyword, it is determined that the strange number is a held number of the calling user, and step S103 is executed.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, a mobile phone a held by a called user receives an incoming call from a mobile phone B of a calling user, a strange number is displayed on the mobile phone a, and if the mobile phone a recognizes that the call content includes a preset keyword "borrow" according to the preset keyword, it is determined that the strange number is not the held number of the calling user, and the process of continuously acquiring the call content is ended.
Step S103, extracting the name information of the calling user from the call content.
It can be understood that, generally, within a few seconds from the beginning of the call connection or within one minute from the call connection, the calling party may indicate the identity to the called party, for example, the name information of the calling party is reported, the direct identity relationship with the called party is reported, and the like. The name information of the calling subscriber can be extracted by identifying a preset character segment in the call content, for example, the preset character segment is "my is", wherein the "is representative of a plurality of characters. Or when "which is you/you monitored? "content of call, from" which are you/you? The following call content starts to identify the preset character segment, so as to extract the name information of the calling subscriber.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, a mobile phone a held by a called user receives an incoming call from a mobile phone B of a calling user, a strange number is displayed on the mobile phone a, and when "which is your/you? When the content is "three", the call content appearing later is detected, the content that the call content contains "three is Zhang" is identified according to the preset character segment, and the name information of the calling party is extracted as "three is Zhang".
And step S104, associating the unfamiliar number with the name information of the calling user and storing the unfamiliar number in an address book.
It can be understood that after the name information of the calling party is extracted, the strange number displayed on the display screen of the called electronic device is associated with the name information of the calling party and automatically stored in the address book, so that the process that the user manually adds a contact is avoided, and the address book management is more intelligent.
In some embodiments, before the associating the unfamiliar number with the name information of the calling party and storing the unfamiliar number in the address book, the method further includes:
judging whether the name information of the calling user exists in the current address list or not;
the associating the unfamiliar number with the name information of the calling party and storing the unfamiliar number in an address book comprises the following steps:
when the name information of the calling user exists in the current address book, the unfamiliar number is associated with the name information of the calling user in the current address book, and the name information is updated to the address book;
and when the name information of the calling user does not exist in the current address book, associating the unfamiliar number with the acquired name information of the calling user, and adding the unfamiliar number to the address book.
In some embodiments, the associating the unfamiliar number with the name information of the calling party in the current address book and updating the unfamiliar number to the address book when the name information of the calling party exists in the current address book further includes:
when the name information of the calling user exists in the current address book, judging whether an original number associated with the name information of the calling user in the current address book is stopped or not based on the conversation content, and if so, replacing the stopped original number with the unfamiliar number.
In some embodiments, the extracting name information of the calling party from the call content includes: and extracting name information of the calling party by identifying preset character segments in the call content.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
and after the call is finished, displaying a prompt window on a display interface of the electronic equipment, wherein the prompt window is used for confirming the unfamiliar number stored in the address book and the name information of the calling party.
All the above-mentioned optional technical solutions can be combined arbitrarily to form the optional embodiments of the present invention, and are not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 5 and 8, fig. 5 is another flowchart illustrating an address book management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 6 to 8 are schematic diagrams illustrating third to fifth application scenarios of the address book management method according to the embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps:
step S201, in the process of calling a calling party with a strange calling number, obtaining the calling content.
Step S202, judging whether the strange number is the holding number of the calling user by identifying a preset keyword in the call content. If yes, go to step S203, otherwise, end.
When the conversation content is identified not to contain the preset keyword, judging that the unfamiliar number is the held number of the calling user, and executing a step S203; and when the conversation content is identified to contain the preset keyword, judging that the strange number is not the holding number of the calling user, and ending the process of continuously acquiring the conversation content.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, a mobile phone a held by a called user receives an incoming call from a mobile phone B of a calling user, a strange number is displayed on the mobile phone a, and if the mobile phone a recognizes that the call content does not include a preset keyword according to the preset keyword, it is determined that the strange number is a held number of the calling user, and step S203 is executed.
Step S203, extracting name information of the calling party from the call content.
It can be understood that, generally, within a few seconds from the beginning of the call connection or within one minute from the call connection, the calling party may indicate the identity to the called party, for example, the name information of the calling party is reported, the direct identity relationship with the called party is reported, and the like.
In some embodiments, the name information of the calling party is extracted by identifying a preset character segment in the call content.
For example, the predetermined character segment is "my is", wherein the "x" represents a plurality of characters. Or when "which is you/you monitored? "content of call, from" which are you/you? The following call content starts to identify the preset character segment, so as to extract the name information of the calling subscriber.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, a mobile phone a held by a called user receives an incoming call from a mobile phone B of a calling user, a strange number is displayed on the mobile phone a, and when "which is your/you? When the content is "three", the call content appearing later is detected, the content that the call content contains "three is Zhang" is identified according to the preset character segment, and the name information of the calling party is extracted as "three is Zhang".
Step S204, judging whether the name information of the calling user exists in the current address list. If yes, go to step S205, otherwise go to step S206.
It can be understood that the current address book is an address book existing in the electronic device of the current called user. For an owner with a strange number, the current address book may store user information of the owner with the strange number, or the current address book may not store user information of the owner with the strange number, so that whether name information of the calling user exists in the current address book or not needs to be judged before address book updating in order to avoid the situation that multiple records exist in the same contact information stored in the address book.
Step S205, the unfamiliar number is associated with the name information of the calling party in the current address book, and the name information is updated to the address book.
It can be understood that, when the name information of the calling party exists in the current address book, the strange number is directly associated with the name information of the calling party in the current address book, and the strange number is updated to the address book so as to update the existing contact information.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the name information of the calling party is "zhang san", and if the contact information of "zhang san" exists in the current address book, the strange number of the current incoming call is stored in the contact information of "zhang san" in the current address book.
In some embodiments, in daily applications, a situation that name information stored in an address book of a called user is inconsistent with name information reported by a calling user occurs, and after first name information appearing in call content is extracted, whether the first name information of the calling user exists in a current address book is judged. If not, extracting second name information of the calling user by further identifying a preset character segment in the call content to judge whether the second name information of the calling user exists in the current address book, for example, the preset character segment is 'you is', or 'i is', wherein the 'x' represents a plurality of characters. And when the second name information of the calling party exists in the current address book, associating the unfamiliar number with the second name information of the calling party in the current address book, and updating the unfamiliar number into the address book.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, if the first name information of the calling party is "zhang san", and the contact information of "zhang san" does not exist in the current address book, the second name information of the calling party is further extracted as "stone", and the contact information of "stone" exists in the current address book, and the strange number of the current incoming call is stored in the contact information of "stone" in the current address book.
In some embodiments, when the name information of the calling party exists in the current address book, whether an original number associated with the name information of the calling party in the current address book is disabled is determined based on the call content, and if so, the disabled original number is replaced with the unfamiliar number.
It can be understood that whether the original number associated with the name information of the calling party in the current address book is deactivated or not can be judged by identifying the character field in the call content. For example, the character segments may be "" deactivated "" and the like.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, based on the call content "the original number is still in use", it is determined that the original number associated with the name information of the calling party in the current address book is not deactivated, the strange number is associated with the name information of the calling party in the current address book, and the original number associated with the name information of the calling party is retained.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, based on the call content "yes, the original number is disabled", and it is determined that the original number associated with the name information of the calling party in the current address book is disabled, the original number disabled in the name information of the calling party in the current address book is replaced with the strange number.
And step S206, associating the unfamiliar number with the acquired name information of the calling party, and adding the unfamiliar number to the address book.
It can be understood that, when the name information of the calling party does not exist in the current address book, the strange number is directly associated with the name information of the calling party, and is added to the address book to be stored as new contact information.
For example, the new contact information may be stored to the head of the address list, or the new contact information may be stored to the tail of the address list, or may be added to the corresponding position in the address list according to the initial of the name information of the calling user.
And step S207, displaying a prompt window on a display interface of the electronic equipment after the call is finished, wherein the prompt window is used for confirming the unfamiliar number stored in the address list and the name information of the calling party.
It can be understood that, after the call is ended, the strange number and the name information of the calling user stored in the address book may be displayed on a display interface of the electronic device in a manner of a prompt window, for example, on a display screen, so as to allow the user to confirm the information. The name information of the calling user and the strange number associated with the name information are stored in the address book during the call, but due to the fact that different spoken languages exist in different places or the fact that a plurality of words with the same or similar pronunciations exist, when the name information of the calling user is extracted, an extraction error condition may occur, so that the name information stored in the address book deviates from the actual condition, and after the call is finished, the strange number stored in the address book and the name information of the calling user can be displayed on a display screen in a prompt window mode so as to be used for the user to confirm information and carry out re-editing operation.
For example, at present, many telephones of service promotion are frequently received, the relevance between the telephone number and the called user is small, and the telephone number may not need to be stored in an address list, so that after the call is finished, the strange number of the service promotion and the name information of the calling user, which are stored in the address list, can be displayed on a display screen for the user to delete.
In some embodiments, it is also possible to identify whether the calling subscriber is a sales promoter by monitoring the content of the call. If yes, storing the strange number of the service sales promoter and the name information of the service sales promoter in an address list, marking the stored contact information of the service sales promoter, and automatically deleting the marked contact information when the call does not occur any more in a preset time period.
In some embodiments, the electronic device may record a history record of the name information of the calling party re-edited by the user in a history period, where the name information of the calling party re-edited by the user includes text information automatically recognized by a system before re-editing and text information corrected by a corresponding user, and may perform analysis and learning processing on the history record by using a learning algorithm to calculate an error probability of a text being recognized incorrectly and a usage probability of a replacement text corresponding to the recognized incorrect text, when the electronic device automatically recognizes that the name information of the calling party currently includes a text with an error probability reaching a threshold, before storing the name information of the calling party into the address book, automatically replacing the text with the highest corresponding usage probability, where the error probability of the text included in the name information of the calling party reaches the threshold, the method and the device improve the capability of the electronic equipment for automatically identifying the name information and reduce the situation that a user manually updates the address list.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the process of calling with a calling party of which the calling number is an unknown number, the calling content is acquired, whether the unknown number is the held number of the calling party is judged by identifying a preset keyword in the calling content, when the unknown number is the held number of the calling party, the name information of the calling party is extracted from the calling content, and the unknown number is associated with the name information of the calling party and is stored in an address list. According to the embodiment of the invention, the name information of the calling party in the call content is automatically identified, and the name information of the calling party and the strange number of the calling party are automatically updated in the address list, so that the address list management is more intelligent, and the use convenience of the electronic equipment is improved.
Fig. 9 shows a schematic structural diagram of an address book management device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of the address book management device according to the embodiment of the present invention. The address book management device 30 includes an obtaining module 31, an identifying module 32, an extracting module 33, and a processing module 35.
The obtaining module 31 is configured to obtain call content during a call with a calling party whose calling number is an unknown number.
It will be appreciated that in everyday use, calls dialed from strange numbers, the holder of which may be an acquaintance of the called subscriber or a stranger, are often received. In order to facilitate management of the address book, when an incoming call is made, whether a calling number of the incoming call is a strange number is monitored, and if yes, the obtaining module 31 obtains call content in a call process with a calling user of which the calling number is a strange number. The strange number can be understood as a number that is not stored in the called electronic device. The obtaining module 31 may obtain the call content by temporarily recording the voice content during the call with the calling party whose calling number is an unknown number, and automatically clear the temporarily recorded voice content during the call after the call is ended to release the storage space occupied by the voice content.
The identification module 32 is configured to determine whether the unfamiliar number is a held number of the calling party by identifying a preset keyword in the call content.
It can be understood that sometimes the calling party temporarily borrows the communication equipment of other people to make a call, and the strange number displayed on the electronic equipment of the called party is not the holding number of the calling party and does not need to be stored in the address list. The identifying module 32 may identify a preset keyword in the call content to determine whether the strange number is a held number of the calling user, for example, the preset keyword may be "borrowed", "borrowed phone or mobile phone", "not my number", and the like, where "" represents a plurality of characters. When the identification module 32 identifies that the call content does not contain a preset keyword, judging that the strange number is a held number of the calling user; when the identification module 32 identifies that the call content includes a preset keyword, it is determined that the strange number is not the held number of the calling user, and the process of continuously acquiring the call content is ended.
The extracting module 33 is configured to extract name information of the calling party from the call content when the unfamiliar number is the held number of the calling party.
It is understood that the extracting module 33 may extract the name information of the calling user by identifying a preset character segment in the call content, for example, the preset character segment is "my is", where the "x" represents several characters. Or when "which is you/you monitored? "content of call, the extraction module 33 extracts from" which is your/you? The following call content starts to identify the preset character segment, so as to extract the name information of the calling subscriber.
The processing module 35 is configured to associate the unfamiliar number with the name information of the calling party, and store the unfamiliar number in an address book.
It can be understood that, after the name information of the calling party is extracted by the extraction module 33, the processing module 35 associates the strange number displayed on the display screen of the called electronic device with the name information of the calling party and automatically stores the strange number in the address book, so that the process of manually adding a contact by a user is avoided, and the address book management is more intelligent.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is another schematic structural diagram of an address book management device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The address book management device 30 comprises an obtaining module 31, an identifying module 32, an extracting module 33, a judging module 34, a processing module 35 and a display module 36, wherein the address book management device 30 comprises the obtaining module 31, the identifying module 32, the extracting module 33, the judging module 34, the processing module 35 and the display module 36.
The obtaining module 31 is configured to obtain call content during a call with a calling party whose calling number is an unknown number.
It can be understood that, during a call with a calling party whose calling number is an unknown number, the obtaining module 31 may obtain the call content by temporarily recording the voice content during the call through a recording function, and automatically clear the temporarily recorded voice content during the call after the call is ended, so as to release the storage space occupied by the voice content.
In some embodiments, the extracting module 33 is configured to extract name information of the calling party by identifying a preset character segment in the call content.
For example, the predetermined character segment is "my is", wherein the "x" represents a plurality of characters. Or when "which is you/you monitored? "content of call, the extraction module 33 extracts from" which is your/you? The following call content starts to identify the preset character segment, so as to extract the name information of the calling subscriber.
The judging module 34 is configured to judge whether the name information of the calling party exists in the current address book.
It can be understood that the current address book is an address book existing in the electronic device of the current called user. For an owner with an unfamiliar number, the current address book may store user information of the owner with the unfamiliar number, or the current address book may not store user information of the owner with the unfamiliar number, and in order to avoid the situation that multiple records exist in the same contact information stored in the address book, the judging module 34 needs to judge whether the name information of the calling party exists in the current address book before updating the address book.
In some embodiments, the processing module 35 is configured to, when the name information of the calling party exists in the current address book, associate the unfamiliar number with the name information of the calling party in the current address book, and update the unfamiliar number to the address book.
It can be understood that, when the name information of the calling party exists in the current address book, the processing module 35 directly associates the strange number with the name information of the calling party in the current address book, and updates the strange number to the address book so as to update the existing contact information.
When the second name information of the calling party exists in the current address book, the processing module 35 associates the unfamiliar number with the second name information of the calling party in the current address book, and updates the unfamiliar number to the address book.
In some embodiments, the processing module 35 is further configured to, when the name information of the calling party exists in the current address book, determine whether an original number associated with the name information of the calling party in the current address book is disabled based on the call content, and if so, replace the disabled original number with the unfamiliar number.
It is understood that the processing module 35 may determine whether the original number associated with the name information of the calling party in the current address book is disabled by identifying a character segment in the call content.
In some embodiments, the processing module 35 is configured to, when the name information of the calling party does not exist in the current address book, associate the unfamiliar number with the obtained name information of the calling party, and add the unfamiliar number to the address book.
It can be understood that, when the name information of the calling party does not exist in the current address book, the processing module 35 directly associates the unfamiliar number with the name information of the calling party, and adds the unfamiliar number to the address book to be stored as new contact information.
For example, the processing module 35 may store the new contact information to the head of the address list, or store the new contact information to the queue position of the address list, or add the new contact information to the corresponding position in the address list according to the initial of the name information of the calling party.
The display module 36 is configured to display a prompt window on a display interface of the electronic device after the call is ended, where the prompt window is used to confirm the unfamiliar number stored in the address book and the name information of the calling party.
It is understood that, after the call is ended, the display module 36 may display the unfamiliar number and the name information of the caller stored in the address book on a display interface of the electronic device in a manner of a prompt window, for example, on a display screen, so that the user can confirm the information. The name information of the calling user and the strange number associated with the name information are stored in the address book during the call, but because the spoken languages are different from one another or a plurality of words with the same or similar pronunciation exist, when the name information of the calling user is extracted, an extraction error may occur, so that the name information stored in the address book deviates from the actual condition, and after the call is finished, the display module 36 may display the strange number stored in the address book and the name information of the calling user on the display screen in a prompt window manner, so that the user can confirm the information and perform re-editing operation.
In some embodiments, the address book management apparatus may record a history record of a user including name information of a calling party re-edited by the user in a history period, where the name information of the calling party re-edited by the user includes text information automatically recognized by a system before re-editing and text information corrected by a corresponding user, and may perform analysis and learning processing on the history record by using a learning algorithm to calculate an error probability of a recognized error of a certain text and a usage probability of a replacement text corresponding to the recognized error text, when the address book management apparatus automatically recognizes that the name information of the calling party includes a text whose error probability reaches a threshold at present, before storing the name information of the calling party in the address book, automatically replace the text whose error probability reaches the threshold in the name information of the calling party with the replacement text whose corresponding usage probability is highest, the method and the device improve the capability of the address list management device for automatically identifying the name information and reduce the situation that a user manually updates the address list.
