本发明提供了一种变压器磁芯,包括:环形磁芯,具有横截面为正方形的宽部与横截面为圆形的细部,所述宽部与所述细部一体成型,且为相同的磁芯材料;磁性套管,所述磁性套管的横截面为中空的正方形,所述中空形状为圆形且与所述细部横截面相匹配,所述磁性套管套于所述细部上;所述宽部的长度大于所述细部的长度。

一种变压器磁芯及变压器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种变压器,具体涉及一种可以调节饱和磁通量的变压器磁芯及其变压器。
背景技术
变压器(Transformer)是利用电磁感应的原理来改变交流电压的装置,主要构件是初级线圈、次级线圈和铁芯(磁芯)。主要功能有:电压变换、电流变换、阻抗变换、隔离、稳压(磁饱和变压器)等。
当初级线圈中通有交流电流时,铁芯(或磁芯)中便产生交流磁通,使次级线圈中感应出电压(或电流)。变压器由铁芯(或磁芯)和线圈组成,线圈有两个或两个以上的绕组,其中接电源的绕组叫初级线圈,其余的绕组叫次级线圈。在发电机中,不管是线圈运动通过磁场或磁场运动通过固定线圈,均能在线圈中感应电势,此两种情况,磁通的值均不变,但与线圈相交链的磁通数量却有变动,这是互感应的原理。变压器就是一种利用电磁互感应,变换电压,电流和阻抗的器件。铁芯的磁导率限定了铁芯的饱和磁通,一个固定的铁芯只能限定一个固定的饱和磁通,不具有通用性。
发明内容
基于解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种变压器磁芯,包括:
环形磁芯,具有横截面为正方形的宽部与横截面为圆形的细部,所述宽部与所述细部一体成型,且为相同的磁芯材料;
磁性套管,所述磁性套管的横截面为中空的正方形,所述中空形状为圆形且与所述细部横截面相匹配,所述磁性套管套于所述细部上;
所述宽部的长度大于所述细部的长度。
根据本发明的实施例,所述磁性套管与所述环形磁芯的材料相同。
根据本发明的实施例,所述磁性套管可以绕着所述细部旋转。
根据本发明的实施例,所述磁性套管的横截面的正方形的边长为L1,所述环形磁芯的横截面的正方形的边长为L2,L2<L1<L2。
根据本发明的实施例,所述细部为多个,所述磁性套管也为多个且分别套于所述多个细部上。
根据本发明的实施例,所述细部为一个,所述磁性套管为多个且均套于所述细部上,所述多个磁芯套管的总长度等于所述细部的长度。
本发明还提供了一种变压器,包括:
环形磁芯,具有横截面为正方形的宽部与横截面为圆形的细部,所述宽部与所述细部一体成型,且为相同的磁芯材料,所述宽部的长度大于所述细部的长度;
磁性套管,所述磁性套管的横截面为中空的正方形,所述中空形状为圆形且与所述细部横截面相匹配,所述磁性套管套于所述细部上;
输出线圈和输入线圈,分别缠绕于所述宽部上。
根据本发明的实施例,所述细部隔开所述输出线圈和输入线圈。
本发明的优点如下:
(1)利用磁性套管与所述环形磁芯的宽部的对准面积来控制磁芯的磁通量或者饱和磁通量,以此增强变压器的可调性;
(2)所述磁性套管可以拆卸、易于更换,且多个磁性套管组合使用于一个细部上或者多个细部上,可以灵活调整所述变压器的磁通量。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明的变压器磁芯,包括:
环形磁芯,具有横截面为正方形的宽部1与横截面为圆形的细部2,所述宽部1与所述细部2一体成型,且为相同的磁芯材料;
磁性套管3,所述磁性套管3的横截面为中空的正方形,所述中空形状为圆形且与所述细部2横截面相匹配,所述磁性套管3套于所述细部上;所述磁性套管与所述环形磁芯的材料相同;
所述宽部1的长度大于所述细部2的长度。输出线圈4和输入线圈5,分别缠绕于所述宽部1上;所述细部2隔开所述输出线圈4和输入线圈5。
参见图2,所述宽部1和所述细部2的中心重合,参见图3,所述磁性套管3中间为空管,其套于所述细部2上,且可以绕着所述细部2旋转。
其中,所述磁性套管的横截面的正方形的边长为L1,所述环形磁芯的横截面的正方形的边长为L2,L2<L1<L2,这样子能够使得所述磁性套管3与所述环形磁芯的宽部1既能部分重叠也能完全重叠。
此外,参见图1,所述细部2为多个,所述磁性套管3也为多个且分别套于所述多个细部2上。另一实施例,所述细部2为一个,所述磁性套管3为多个且均套于所述细部2上,所述多个磁芯套管3的总长度等于所述细部2的长度。
以所述磁性套管的横截面的边长与所述宽部2的边长相等为例,参见图3,磁性套管3与所述宽部2完全重叠,参见图4,磁性套管3旋转到第一角度α(例如15度),此时磁性套管3与所述宽部2重叠面积较大,参见图5,磁性套管3旋转到第二角度α(例如45度),此时磁性套管3与所述宽部2重叠面积最小。
最后应说明的是:显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims (6)

1.一种变压器磁芯,包括:
环形磁芯,具有横截面为正方形的宽部与横截面为圆形的细部,所述宽部与所述细部一体成型,且为相同的磁芯材料;
磁性套管,所述磁性套管的横截面为中空的正方形,所述中空形状为圆形且与所述细部横截面相匹配,所述磁性套管套于所述细部上;
所述宽部的长度大于所述细部的长度;
所述磁性套管与所述环形磁芯的材料相同;
所述磁性套管可以绕着所述细部旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变压器磁芯,其特征在于:所述磁性套管的横截面的正方形的边长为L1,所述环形磁芯的横截面的正方形的边长为L2,
3.根据权利要求1所述的变压器磁芯,其特征在于:所述细部为多个,所述磁性套管也为多个且分别套于所述多个细部上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的变压器磁芯,其特征在于:所述细部为一个,所述磁性套管为多个且均套于所述细部上,所述多个磁芯套管的总长度等于所述细部的长度。
5.一种变压器,包括:
环形磁芯,具有横截面为正方形的宽部与横截面为圆形的细部,所述宽部与所述细部一体成型,且为相同的磁芯材料,所述宽部的长度大于所述细部的长度;
磁性套管,所述磁性套管的横截面为中空的正方形,所述中空形状为圆形且与所述细部横截面相匹配,所述磁性套管套于所述细部上,所述磁性套管与所述环形磁芯的材料相同,
所述磁性套管可以绕着所述细部旋转;
输出线圈和输入线圈,分别缠绕于所述宽部上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的变压器,其特征在于:所述细部隔开所述输出线圈和输入线圈。
