本发明公开了滑雪机安全快捷双板平行式教学方法,包括以下步骤:1)固定教学装置;2)穿戴双板滑板装备;3)进行训练练习;4)回到训练起点位置。本发明的滑雪机安全快捷双板平行式教学方法,利用安装在双板滑板上的教学装置来进行双板教学训练,克服了传统教学训练需要在机器上练习抬腿的缺陷,让训练者一开始就依靠自身的平衡来进行训练,利用弹性绳的弹力进行辅助平衡和控制速度,既能克服训练者的恐惧,而且不容易受伤。

本发明涉及教学应用技术领域,特别涉及滑雪机安全快捷双板平行式教学方法。
背景技术
现有技术机器双板教学半犁式转平行式时技术动作大致有两种方法,这两种方法都存在一定的缺点,缺点如下:
一、机器双板教学半犁式转平行式时技术动作是抬腿放平行:
问题和缺点1:抬腿对于小朋友相对困难;原因:小朋友的腿部力量有限,心理恐惧;
问题和缺点2:小朋友需要把双板放平行并且用到内侧板的外刃这很难达到;原因:由于年龄较小小朋友的理解能力和对于雪板的控制能力很难将动作做出并做到标准。
二、机器双板教学半犁式转平行式时技术动作是不抬腿做到收板平行:
问题和缺点1:在机器上做不到不抬腿就能收板平行;原因:机器相对于雪上阻力较大,学员很难做到不抬腿就能收板平行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的教学的不足,设计一种新的借助教学装置实现的双板平行式教学方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明针对机器双板教学中由半犁式进阶到平行式的过程,提供了滑雪机安全快捷双板平行式教学方法,包括以下步骤:
1)固定教学装置:在高处固定一根水平钢丝绳,在钢丝绳上安装滑轮,滑轮下端连接一根两头带登山钩的后端弹力绳,后端弹力绳另一端的登山钩再连接后端板头固定器,后端板头固定器穿入登山钩并且两端分别连接双板滑板后端,双板滑板的前端也分别连接一个前端板头固定器的两端,前端板头固定器连接一根两头带登山钩的前端弹力绳,前端弹力绳的另一端的登山钩固定在固定物上或者由教练手持;
2)穿戴双板滑板装备;
3)进行训练练习:在连接了教学装置的双板滑板上进行平行式转弯滑行的练习,滑行时利用双板滑板前端弹力绳的拉力以及场地自身的倾斜角度启动滑行,然后进行平行式转弯滑行练习,双板滑板后端弹力绳会逐渐拉住双板滑板,并且利用滑轮和高处钢丝绳的连接,在平行式转弯滑行的过程中保持后端弹力绳能随双板滑板的位置移动;
4)回到训练起点位置:利用与钢丝绳和滑轮连接的后端弹力绳将双板滑板拉回训练起点位置,进行下一轮训练练习。
本发明的滑雪机安全快捷双板平行式教学方法,利用安装在双板滑板上的教学装置来进行双板教学训练,克服了传统教学训练需要在机器上练习抬腿的缺陷,让训练者一开始就依靠自身的平衡来进行训练,利用弹力绳的弹力进行辅助平衡和控制速度,既能克服训练者的恐惧,而且不容易受伤。用板头固定器将双板滑板的两个板固定在一根弹力绳上,有利于控制平行转弯滑行是双板的平行。
在前端弹力绳和后端弹力绳上设置张力传感器,在双板滑板上设置倾斜角度传感器,张力传感器和倾斜角度传感器的信号分别传送到双板滑板上的报警器。利用传感器的报警提醒训练者调整姿势和角度,辅助教学,避免摔跤。
在训练练习过程中,前端弹力绳和后端弹力绳上的张力传感器感应前端弹力绳或后端弹力绳张力过大时,会传送信号到双板滑板上的报警器,提醒受力过大,容易摔倒,双板滑板上设置的倾斜角度传感器在感应到双板滑板倾斜角度过大时,会传送信号到双板滑板上的报警器,提醒倾斜角度过大,容易摔倒。
本发明的滑雪机安全快捷双板平行式教学方法的优点如下:
一、更快捷的让学员从半犁式进阶到平行式,省略了抬腿的步骤。
二、更安全的让学员体会平行式的动作和发力
1、板头板尾固定在一起减少了学员摔倒的几率前;
2、用弹力绳固定学员可以体会低速滑行有一个由慢变快的过程,如无固定机器阻力大慢速会忽上忽下;
三、减小了动作的难度让学员更容易做到,与原来的教学动作相比动作幅度小更加稳定。

具体实施方式
下面详细说明本发明的优选技术方案。
本发明针对机器双板教学中由半犁式进阶到平行式的过程,提供了滑雪机安全快捷双板平行式教学方法,包括以下步骤:
1)固定教学装置:在高处固定一根水平钢丝绳,在钢丝绳上安装滑轮,滑轮下端连接一根两头带登山钩的后端弹力绳,后端弹力绳另一端的登山钩再连接后端板头固定器,后端板头固定器穿入登山钩并且两端分别连接双板滑板后端,双板滑板的前端也分别连接一个前端板头固定器的两端,前端板头固定器连接一根两头带登山钩的前端弹力绳,前端弹力绳的另一端的登山钩固定在固定物上或者由教练手持;
2)穿戴双板滑板装备;
3)进行训练练习:在连接了教学装置的双板滑板上进行平行式转弯滑行的练习,滑行时利用双板滑板前端弹力绳的拉力以及场地自身的倾斜角度启动滑行,然后进行平行式转弯滑行练习,双板滑板后端弹力绳会逐渐拉住双板滑板,并且利用滑轮和高处钢丝绳的连接,在平行式转弯滑行的过程中保持后端弹力绳能随双板滑板的位置移动;
4)回到训练起点位置:利用与钢丝绳和滑轮连接的后端弹力绳将双板滑板拉回训练起点位置,进行下一轮训练练习。
在前端弹力绳和后端弹力绳上设置张力传感器,在双板滑板上设置倾斜角度传感器,张力传感器和倾斜角度传感器的信号分别传送到双板滑板上的报警器。

利用传感器的报警提醒训练者调整姿势和角度,辅助教学,避免摔跤。
开始训练时可以利用拉动前端的弹力绳启动滑行,在训练完成后可以利用拉动后端的弹力绳返回训练起点位置,进行下一轮训练练习,整个过程学员自己单独就可以完成,训练效果好,效率高。
其中,双板教学的教学装置包括钢丝绳、滑轮、至少4个登山钩、两个板头固定器和至少两根弹力绳,在高处固定一根水平钢丝绳,在钢丝绳上安装滑轮,滑轮下端连接一根两头带登山钩的弹力绳,弹力绳另一端的登山钩再连接板头固定器,板头固定器穿入登山钩并且两端分别连接双板滑板后端,双板滑板的前端也分别连接一个板头固定器的两端,板头固定器连接一根两头带登山钩的弹力绳,弹力绳的另一端的登山钩固定在固定物上或者由教练手持。弹力绳长度不够时可以利用登山钩将多根弹力绳连接起来使用。
本发明的滑雪机安全快捷双板平行式教学方法的优点如下:
一、更快捷的让学员从半犁式进阶到平行式,省略了抬腿的步骤。
二、更安全的让学员体会平行式的动作和发力
1、板头板尾固定在一起减少了学员摔倒的几率前;

1.滑雪机安全快捷双板平行式教学方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
固定教学装置:在高处固定一根水平钢丝绳,在钢丝绳上安装滑轮,滑轮下端连接一根两头带登山钩的后端弹力绳,后端弹力绳另一端的登山钩再连接后端板头固定器,后端板头固定器穿入登山钩并且两端分别连接双板滑板后端,双板滑板的前端也分别连接一个前端板头固定器的两端,前端板头固定器连接一根两头带登山钩的前端弹力绳,前端弹力绳的另一端的登山钩固定在固定物上或者由教练手持;
穿戴双板滑板装备;
进行训练练习:在连接了教学装置的双板滑板上进行平行式转弯滑行的练习,滑行时利用双板滑板前端弹力绳的拉力以及场地自身的倾斜角度启动滑行,然后进行平行式转弯滑行练习,双板滑板后端弹力绳会逐渐拉住双板滑板,并且利用滑轮和高处钢丝绳的连接,在平行式转弯滑行的过程中保持后端弹力绳能随双板滑板的位置移动;
