本发明公开了一种新能源路灯罩,包括底座、光照度传感器、单片机、电动推杆和第一连杆,所述底座顶端固定安装有支撑板,所述第一固定杆顶端安装有太阳能电池板,所述光照度传感器设置在第一固定杆一侧,所述第二固定杆顶端通过转轴安装有发电机,且发电机输出端固定安装有风轮,所述单片机固定安装在蓄电池组底部,所述底座底部固定安装有固定板,所述底座外围安装有上灯罩,所述电动推杆固定安装在上灯罩内部,所述滑槽内部滑动连接有齿条,所述滑槽一侧安装有齿轮,且齿轮与齿条啮合连接,所述第一连杆贯穿上灯罩与齿轮外围固定连接,所述下灯罩外表面铰接有第二连杆。本发明结构简单,能够实现对灯罩的折叠。

技术领域
本发明涉及新能源领域,具体为一种新能源路灯罩。
背景技术
新能源( NE):又称非常规能源。是指传统能源之外的各种能源形式。指刚开始开发利用或正在积极研究、有待推广的能源,如太阳能、地热能、风能、海洋能、生物质能和核聚变能等。
现有的化石能源越用越少,且化石能源污染空气,对人类生存环境不利,现有的灯罩限制灯只能在一个位置上,在刚进入夜晚时路灯周围还能看清,但是到深夜时,仅能在路灯下才能看到路面情况,这对于深夜下班回家的人不利。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新能源路灯罩,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新能源路灯罩,包括底座、光照度传感器、单片机、电动推杆和第一连杆,所述底座顶端固定安装有支撑板,且支撑板顶端通过螺栓固定安装有第一固定杆,所述第一固定杆顶端安装有太阳能电池板,所述光照度传感器设置在第一固定杆一侧,且光照度传感器一侧通过螺栓固定安装有第二固定杆,所述第二固定杆顶端通过转轴安装有发电机,且发电机输出端固定安装有风轮,所述底座内部顶端安装有逆变器,且逆变器一侧通过螺栓固定安装有蓄电池组,所述单片机固定安装在蓄电池组底部,所述底座底部固定安装有固定板,且固定板底部螺纹连接有LED灯泡,所述底座外围设置有上灯罩,且上灯罩外侧铰接有下灯罩,所述电动推杆固定安装在上灯罩内部,且上灯罩内部设置有滑槽,所述滑槽内部滑动连接有齿条,且齿条顶端与电动推杆输出端固定连接,所述滑槽一侧安装有齿轮,且齿轮与齿条啮合连接,所述第一连杆贯穿上灯罩与齿轮外围固定连接,所述下灯罩外表面铰接有第二连杆,且第二连杆一端与第一连杆一端铰接,所述太阳能电池板与发电机输出端电性连接逆变器输出端,且逆变器输出端电性连接蓄电池组输入端,所述光照度传感器和蓄电池组输出端电性连接单片机输入端,且单片机输出端电性连接电动推杆和LED灯泡输入端。
优选的,所述单片机型号为8051。
优选的,所述发电机一端安装有尾舵。
优选的,所述上灯罩外表面开有矩形孔,所述第一连杆设置在矩形孔内部。
优选的,所述太阳能电池板与水平面倾斜45度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过底座顶端固定安装有支撑板,且支撑板顶端通过螺栓固定安装有第一固定杆,第一固定杆顶端安装有太阳能电池板,光照度传感器设置在第一固定杆一侧,且光照度传感器一侧通过螺栓固定安装有第二固定杆,第二固定杆顶端通过转轴安装有发电机,且发电机输出端固定安装有风轮,底座内部顶端安装有逆变器,且逆变器一侧通过螺栓固定安装有蓄电池组,发电机一端安装有尾舵,太阳能电池板吸收太阳光照转化成电能经过逆变器变成稳定的电能存储在蓄电池组内部,同时风轮转动带动发电机发电,经过逆变器储存在蓄电池组内部,尾舵带动风轮迎风转动,为LED灯泡、光照度传感器和电动推杆提供电能,避免浪费化石燃料,保护环境。
2、本发明通过光照度传感器设置在第一固定杆一侧,单片机固定安装在蓄电池组底部,底座底部固定安装有固定板,且固定板底部螺纹连接有LED灯泡,底座外围设置有上灯罩,且上灯罩外侧铰接有下灯罩,电动推杆固定安装在上灯罩内部,且上灯罩内部设置有滑槽,滑槽内部滑动连接有齿条,且齿条顶端与电动推杆输出端固定连接,滑槽一侧安装有齿轮,且齿轮与齿条啮合连接,第一连杆贯穿上灯罩与齿轮外围固定连接,下灯罩外表面铰接有第二连杆,且第二连杆一端与第一连杆一端铰接,太阳能电池板与发电机输出端电性连接逆变器输出端,且逆变器输出端电性连接蓄电池组输入端,光照度传感器和蓄电池组输出端电性连接单片机输入端,且单片机输出端电性连接电动推杆和LED灯泡输入端上灯罩外表面开有矩形孔,所述第一连杆设置在矩形孔内部,光照度传感器预先设置限定值,当光照度传感器检测的值低于预先设置的第一个值时,光照度传感器发出信号给单片机,单片机控制蓄电池组为LED灯泡提供能量,为路人提供亮度,当光照度传感器检测的值低于预先设置的第二个值,发出信号给单片机,单片机控制电动推杆收缩带动齿条向上移动,齿条带动齿轮转动,齿轮带动第一连杆转动,第一连杆与第二连杆铰接,提升下灯罩,下灯罩绕着上灯罩转动,为远处提供光,当光照度传感器检测的值高于第二设置的值,发出信号给单片机,单片机控制电动推杆推动齿条,让下灯罩绕着上灯罩向下转动,实现在深夜对远处照明。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新能源路灯罩,包括底座1、光照度传感器2、单片机3、电动推杆4和第一连杆5,其特征在于:所述底座1顶端固定安装有支撑板6,且支撑板6顶端通过螺栓固定安装有第一固定杆7,所述第一固定杆7顶端安装有太阳能电池板8,所述光照度传感器2设置在第一固定杆7一侧,且光照度传感器2一侧通过螺栓固定安装有第二固定杆9,所述第二固定杆9顶端通过转轴安装有发电机10,且发电机10输出端固定安装有风轮11,所述底座1内部顶端安装有逆变器12,且逆变器12一侧通过螺栓固定安装有蓄电池组13,所述单片机3固定安装在蓄电池组13底部,所述底座1底部固定安装有固定板14,且固定板14底部螺纹连接有LED灯泡15,所述底座1外围安装有上灯罩16,且上灯罩16外侧铰接有下灯罩17,所述电动推杆4固定安装在上灯罩16内部,且上灯罩16内部设置有滑槽18,所述滑槽18内部滑动连接有齿条19,且齿条19顶端与电动推杆4输出端固定连接,所述滑槽18一侧安装有齿轮20,且齿轮20与齿条19啮合连接,所述第一连杆5贯穿上灯罩16与齿轮20外围固定连接,所述下灯罩17外表面铰接有第二连杆21,且第二连杆21一端与第一连杆5一端铰接,所述太阳能电池板8与发电机10输出端电性连接逆变器12输出端,且逆变器12输出端电性连接蓄电池组13输入端,所述光照度传感器2和蓄电池组13输出端电性连接单片机3输入端,且单片机3输出端电性连接电动推杆4和LED灯泡15输入端。
所述单片机3型号为8051,控制能力强,所述发电机10一端安装有尾舵22,方便迎风转动,所述上灯罩16外表面开有矩形孔23,所述第一连杆5设置在矩形孔23内部,方便第一连杆5转动,所述太阳能电池板8与水平面倾斜45度,吸收光照更好。
工作原理:太阳能电池板8吸收太阳光照转化成电能经过逆变器12变成稳定的电能存储在蓄电池组13内部,同时风轮11转动带动发电机10发电,经过逆变器12储存在蓄电池组13内部,尾舵22带动风轮11迎风转动,为LED灯泡15、光照度传感器2和电动推杆4提供电能,光照度传感器2预先设置限定值,当光照度传感器2检测的值低于预先设置的第一个值时,光照度传感器2发出信号给单片机3,单片机3控制蓄电池组13为LED灯泡15提供能量,为路人提供亮度,当光照度传感器2检测的值低于预先设置的第二个值,发出信号给单片机3,单片机3控制电动推杆4收缩带动齿条19向上移动,齿条19带动齿轮20转动,齿轮20带动第一连杆5转动,第一连杆5与第二连杆21铰接,提升下灯罩17,下灯罩17绕着上灯罩16转动,为远处提供光,当光照度传感器2检测的值高于第二设置的值,发出信号给单片机3,单片机3控制电动推杆4推动齿条19,让下灯罩17绕着上灯罩16向下转动。

1.一种新能源路灯罩,包括底座(1)、光照度传感器(2)、单片机(3)、电动推杆(4)和第一连杆(5),其特征在于:所述底座(1)顶端固定安装有支撑板(6),且支撑板(6)顶端通过螺栓固定安装有第一固定杆(7),所述第一固定杆(7)顶端安装有太阳能电池板(8),所述光照度传感器(2)设置在第一固定杆(7)一侧,且光照度传感器(2)一侧通过螺栓固定安装有第二固定杆(9),所述第二固定杆(9)顶端通过转轴安装有发电机(10),且发电机(10)输出端固定安装有风轮(11),所述底座(1)内部顶端安装有逆变器(12),且逆变器(12)一侧通过螺栓固定安装有蓄电池组(13),所述单片机(3)固定安装在蓄电池组(13)底部,所述底座(1)底部固定安装有固定板(14),且固定板(14)底部螺纹连接有LED灯泡(15),所述底座(1)外围安装有上灯罩(16),且上灯罩(16)外侧铰接有下灯罩(17),所述电动推杆(4)固定安装在上灯罩(16)内部,且上灯罩(16)内部设置有滑槽(18),所述滑槽(18)内部滑动连接有齿条(19),且齿条(19)顶端与电动推杆(4)输出端固定连接,所述滑槽(18)一侧安装有齿轮(20),且齿轮(20)与齿条(19)啮合连接,所述第一连杆(5)贯穿上灯罩(16)与齿轮(20)外围固定连接,所述下灯罩(17)外表面铰接有第二连杆(21),且第二连杆(21)一端与第一连杆(5)一端铰接,所述太阳能电池板(8)与发电机(10)输出端电性连接逆变器(12)输出端,且逆变器(12)输出端电性连接蓄电池组(13)输入端,所述光照度传感器(2)和蓄电池组(13)输出端电性连接单片机(3)输入端,且单片机(3)输出端电性连接电动推杆(4)和LED灯泡(15)输入端。
