The slab ballastless track structure mainly relates to structures such as a track slab, an asphalt mortar or self-compacting concrete filling layer, a base or a supporting layer and the like, wherein the base or the supporting layer adopts a concrete structure, and the asphalt mortar or the self-compacting concrete filling layer laid on the base or the supporting layer is a structural layer for adjusting and supporting the force transmission of the ballastless track structure. At present, the types of plate-type ballastless tracks in China mainly comprise CRTS I type plate type, CRTS II type plate type and CRTS III type plate-type ballastless tracks. CRTS I type slab ballastless track is a unit slab, does not longitudinally connect between slabs, does not establish a transverse stop block, is laid on a cast-in-place reinforced concrete base with a convex block platform, and is limited by the convex block platform. Therefore, a limiting structure of the assembled ballastless track needs to be designed to solve the problem that the limiting structure of the existing slab ballastless track limits the track slab, so that maintenance is inconvenient, and the stress deformation requirement of the existing limiting structure is improved.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects or improvement requirements of the prior art, the invention provides an assembly type limiting structure for a ballastless track, which is characterized in that grooves are formed in the side edge of a track plate and a base through optimized structural improvement, and a detachable limiting block is assembled, so that the detachable limiting of the track plate can be realized, the limiting stress deformation can meet the requirements, and the follow-up dismounting and maintenance of the track plate are very convenient.

As shown in fig. 1, according to the detachable limiting structure for an assembled ballastless track of an embodiment of the present invention, the assembly is disposed between a track plate and a base thereof to limit the track plate and the base, that is, a prefabricated limiting structure is installed after the track plate is finely adjusted, and is inserted into the track plate and the base, so as to limit displacement of the track plate in the transverse direction and/or the longitudinal direction of the base.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the limiting structure includes a limiting body 10, a first limiting hole 20, a second limiting hole 30 and a limiting tooth 31. As shown in fig. 1, the limiting body 10 may be a cylinder, a rectangular parallelepiped, an oblong or an ellipsoid structure, that is, the whole body is a long strip structure with a certain thickness, and the cross section may be a rectangle, an oblong, an ellipse or any other structural body that can be conveniently processed or assembled. The limiting body 10 can be made of precast concrete or a metal material such as steel.
As shown in fig. 1, the limiting body 10 is provided with a through hole (the upper and lower end surfaces of the limiting body 10 as shown in fig. 1) penetrating through the two opposite end surfaces for the fastening bolt 40 to pass through, and in addition, one end surface of the two opposite end surfaces of the limiting body 10 is provided with a groove with a certain depth (the lower end surface of the limiting body 10 as shown in fig. 1).
As shown in fig. 2, the first position-limiting hole 20 is a hole matching with the outer contour of the position-limiting body 10, and is used for the position-limiting body to be nested and installed therein, so that the two are matched and combined to limit the movement of the track plate.
The first limiting hole 20 is formed in the end face of the rail plate to be connected and is located on the side edge of the outer side of the two steel rails. As shown in FIG. 2, the first position-limiting hole 20 is a 1/4 hole matched with a part of the outline of the position-limiting body, i.e. the section of the first position-limiting hole is 1/4 of the outline of the whole periphery, and a half-hole structure can be formed when the two position-limiting holes are spliced. In particular, the cross-section of the first restraint aperture 20 is a partial shape that is not complete, preferably 1/4 of the entire cross-sectional shape, two such apertures may be symmetrically split into 1/2 of an aperture, and two such 1/2 of an aperture may be symmetrically split into a full cross-sectional aperture. The specific cross-sectional shape can be, for example, a circular 1/4, a rectangular 1/4, an oblong 1/4, or a semi-elliptical 1/4 structure, in this way, when the end portions of the two spliced track slabs are aligned, the corresponding first limiting holes 20 at the two sides of the end portions can be spliced to form a semi-hole cross section, that is, a hole structure with a cross section of 1/2 of a complete cross section is formed, and the two above-mentioned 1/2 hole structures can form the whole complete hole.
Of course, the first position-limiting hole 10 in this embodiment may have other dimensions, for example, the contour thereof may be 1/3,2/3 of the contour of the whole position-limiting body, or other dimension structures that can enable the position-limiting body 10 to be installed therein for limiting. The number of the first limiting holes 20 on each end surface can be one or more than two, preferably two, and the limiting effect is optimal, although the specific number can be determined according to the actual engineering requirements.
As shown in fig. 2, the first limiting hole 20 is preferably disposed at a longitudinal end face position of the unit plate, i.e. on a side near the longitudinal end face, for example, a side plate where the end face is located is provided with a hole whose outline is 1/4 of the outline of the whole complete hole, so that when the unit plate is connected with another unit plate, the holes at the same position of the end face can be combined to form a 1/2 outline hole, and of course, the hole outline of the end face can be provided with other sizes, and when the two unit plates are spliced, the two unit plates form a larger or smaller outline size, but no matter the outline size, the first limiting hole must ensure that the limiting effect can be exerted on the limiting body, and more preferably, the first limiting hole is matched with at least part of the outline of the periphery of the limiting body 10.
In this embodiment, the unit plates spliced to form the track are formed by connecting and combining a plurality of prefabricated base plates, for example, in one embodiment, two base plates connected with each other are provided with a convex part on one end surface and a concave part on the other end surface, and a joggle joint is formed when the two parts are spliced. More preferably, the surface height of the convex part and the concave part on the two end surfaces is higher than the surface height of the basic plate, furthermore, the surface of the convex part and the concave part or the transition part between the surface and the surface of the basic plate is provided with an opening which passes through the longitudinal end surfaces of the convex part and the concave part, preferably a bolt hole, and further, the two basic plates can be connected and fixed through bolts. The basic plates are connected in the above manner to form a unit plate, the end of the unit plate is provided with the above limiting hole structure, that is, only the corresponding first limiting holes 20 (for example, two holes are formed on each end face) are needed to be respectively arranged on the opposite end faces of the two unit plates, and the corresponding number of second limiting holes 30 (for example, two holes) are arranged on the base at the corresponding position, so that the splicing of the rails can be conveniently realized, and the stable and reliable limiting in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction can be ensured.
In another embodiment, the first limiting hole 20 may also be a complete hole matching the outline of the limiting body completely, and its cross section is a complete cylinder, a rectangular parallelepiped, an oblong or an ellipsoid structure, etc., or other shapes matching the outer outline of the limiting body 10. The first limiting holes 20 are formed between two steel rails of the rail plate, the number of the first limiting holes can be one or more than two, and the specific number can be selected and determined according to actual engineering requirements.
As shown in fig. 3, a second stopper hole 30 is opened on the base for supporting the track plate, and its outer contour matches the contour of the stopper body 10 for inserting the other end of the stopper body 10 therein. Specifically, the limiting body 10 is also rectangular, oblong, or elliptical in cross section, or has another shape matching the outer contour of the limiting body 10, and preferably has a certain depth, which is determined according to the thickness of the limiting body and the thickness of the track plate and the base.
The bottom of the second limiting hole 30 is provided with a limiting tooth 31, which is matched with a groove on the end surface of the limiting body 10, so that when one end of the limiting body 10 is inserted into the groove, the limiting tooth 31 can be matched with the groove. The limiting teeth 31 are provided with bolt holes 32 and matched with through holes on the limiting body 10, and when the limiting body 10 is inserted into the second limiting hole 30, the limiting teeth can be communicated with the through holes on the limiting body 10 for the bolts 40 to pass through for connection, namely, the bolts 40 can pass through the through holes and then be inserted into the bolt holes 32 for connection so as to fix the limiting body 10 on the base.
