Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于清粪带的抗菌除臭用涂层布的制备方法,本发明分别采用底层浆料以及面层浆料分别在机织布表面进行涂刷,得到外表面两层,内表面一层的涂层布,且采用异辛酸铋作为稳定剂的PVC糊树脂作为底层浆料,热稳定性好;采用纯丙乳液作为面层浆料,结实耐磨,同时添加了由生物基材刨花等干馏、冷凝、一定温度下进行蒸馏精制得到的抗菌除臭剂,由于抗菌除臭剂中含有较多的有机酸、酚类以及其他生物活性组分,协同作用抑菌效果显著,能够维持涂层布的抗菌性能,可以用于禽养殖场的清粪带面料,结实耐用,与现有清粪带相比,产品底面为一层涂层,厚度较薄,提高了摩擦系数,有利于传送带的运行。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂层布技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于清粪带的抗菌除臭用涂层布的制备方法。
背景技术
现代养殖企业中多采用传送带式清粪机首要由电机加速设施,链传动,主、自愿辊,承粪带等组成,实用于叠层式笼养禽舍,其中传送式清粪机主要包括清粪带,间接把禽粪保送到笼舍外的清粪车上,缩小环境净化,主动化水平高,升高工人休息强度,运转平安,一直牵引绳,应用寿命长,而且采用清粪带的方式能够保持禽粪的干燥性,容易处理以及再利用。市场上大多数的清粪带采用聚丙烯、聚乙烯等制成,强度、韧性具有一定的劣势,且不具有良好的抗菌除臭性能。机织布具有布面光洁、纹路清晰、质地细密、手感滑爽,纵、横向具有较好的延伸性的特点,且面料透气性好,将此布作为基布,在基布正反面涂覆适量的涂层,尤其是具有抗菌除臭功效的涂层,可以满足清粪带的抗菌除臭需求。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种用于清粪带的抗菌除臭用涂层布的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于清粪带的抗菌除臭用涂层布的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将一定规格的白色机织布作为基布,将粘度为6000CP左右的底层浆料采用立式涂刷的方式均匀的涂覆在基布的两面,控制涂刷层的厚度为0.38-0.4mm,确保涂层完全盖住布面,然后将其送入立涂烘箱中,升温至140-145℃干燥10-15分钟,再继续升温至155-160℃燥5-7分钟,得到一次干燥涂层布;
(2)将粘度为8000CP左右的面层浆料均匀的涂刷在上述一次烘干涂层布表面,控制涂层厚度为0.46-0.5mm,置于面涂烘箱内进行干燥,升温至170-180℃,控制车速15-17m/min,干燥2-3分钟即得。
一种用于清粪带的抗菌除臭用涂层布的制备方法,步骤(1)中所述的白色机织布的规格为1000D*1000D/20*22。
一种用于清粪带的抗菌除臭用涂层布的制备方法,步骤(1)所述的底层浆料与步骤(2)所述的面层浆料均含有适量的抗菌除臭液,具体制备方法如下:将木材加工残余物刨花等进行粉碎,过200目筛,放入烘箱中以100-110℃完全烘干后放入干馏炉进行干馏,控制炉温500-600℃,反应4-5小时后,得到粗干馏气,然后冷凝回流,将得到的回流废液静置,上层为木醋液,最后将木醋液进行蒸馏精制,控制蒸馏温度97-99℃,得到产率为20-22%的抗菌除臭液。
一种用于清粪带的抗菌除臭用涂层布的制备方法,步骤(1)所述的底层浆料的成分配比为:PVC糊树脂100-110、增塑剂70-75、异辛酸铋3-4,碳酸钙50-55,抗菌除臭剂8-10;步骤(2)所述的面层浆料的成分配比:纯丙乳液100-110,橘红色颜料10-12、增塑剂60-65、抗氧剂2-3、碳酸钙25-28、抗菌除臭剂10-12。
一种用于清粪带的抗菌除臭用涂层布的制备方法,所述的增塑剂是指环氧硬脂酸丁酯、环氧硬脂酸辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯中的一种或几种;所述的抗氧剂是指二丁基羟基甲苯、没食子酸丙酯中的一种。
本发明的优点是:本发明分别采用底层浆料以及面层浆料分别在机织布表面进行涂刷,得到外表面两层,内表面一层的涂层布,且采用异辛酸铋作为稳定剂的PVC糊树脂作为底层浆料,异辛酸铋通过置换PVC中不稳定的氯原子,维持PVC树脂涂层的热稳定性,同时由于异辛酸铋具有金属原子空轨道,进一步吸收PVC释放出的氯化氢气体达到提高热稳定性的效果;采用纯丙乳液作为面层浆料,结实耐磨,同时添加了由生物基材刨花等干馏、冷凝、一定温度下进行蒸馏精制得到的抗菌除臭剂,由于抗菌除臭剂中含有较多的有机酸、酚类以及其他生物活性组分,协同作用抑菌效果显著,能够维持涂层布的抗菌性能,可以用于禽养殖场的清粪带面料,结实耐用,与现有清粪带相比,产品底面为一层涂层,厚度较薄,提高了摩擦系数,有利于传送带的运行。本发明结实耐用,抗菌除臭,采用废弃生物制造除臭剂,提高了产品附加价值的同时降低了生产成本,适合各种养殖场的清粪带。
具体实施方式
一种用于清粪带的抗菌除臭用涂层布的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将一定规格的白色机织布作为基布,将粘度为6000CP左右的底层浆料采用立式涂刷的方式均匀的涂覆在基布的两面,控制涂刷层的厚度为0.38mm,确保涂层完全盖住布面,然后将其送入立涂烘箱中,升温至140℃干燥10分钟,再继续升温至155℃燥5分钟,得到一次干燥涂层布;
(2)将粘度为8000CP左右的面层浆料均匀的涂刷在上述一次烘干涂层布表面,控制涂层厚度为0.46mm,置于面涂烘箱内进行干燥,升温至170℃,控制车速15m/min,干燥2分钟即得。
一种用于清粪带的抗菌除臭用涂层布的制备方法,步骤(1)中所述的白色机织布的规格为1000D*1000D/20*22。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于清粪带的抗菌除臭用涂层布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将一定规格的白色机织布作为基布,将粘度为6000CP左右的底层浆料采用立式涂刷的方式均匀的涂覆在基布的两面,控制涂刷层的厚度为0.38-0.4mm,确保涂层完全盖住布面,然后将其送入立涂烘箱中,升温至140-145℃干燥10-15分钟,再继续升温至155-160℃燥5-7分钟,得到一次干燥涂层布;
(2)将粘度为8000CP左右的面层浆料均匀的涂刷在上述一次烘干涂层布表面,控制涂层厚度为0.46-0.5mm,置于面涂烘箱内进行干燥,升温至170-180℃,控制车速15-17m/min,干燥2-3分钟即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于清粪带的抗菌除臭用涂层布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的白色机织布的规格为1000D*1000D/20*22。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于清粪带的抗菌除臭用涂层布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的底层浆料与步骤(2)所述的面层浆料均含有适量的抗菌除臭液,具体制备方法如下:将木材加工残余物刨花等进行粉碎,过200目筛,放入烘箱中以100-110℃完全烘干后放入干馏炉进行干馏,控制炉温500-600℃,反应4-5小时后,得到粗干馏气,然后冷凝回流,将得到的回流废液静置,上层为木醋液,最后将木醋液进行蒸馏精制,控制蒸馏温度97-99℃,得到产率为20-22%的抗菌除臭液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于清粪带的抗菌除臭用涂层布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的底层浆料的成分配比为:PVC糊树脂100-110、增塑剂70-75、异辛酸铋3-4,碳酸钙50-55,抗菌除臭剂8-10;步骤(2)所述的面层浆料的成分配比:纯丙乳液100-110,橘红色颜料10-12、增塑剂60-65、抗氧剂2-3、碳酸钙25-28、抗菌除臭剂10-12。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于清粪带的抗菌除臭用涂层布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂是指环氧硬脂酸丁酯、环氧硬脂酸辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯中的一种或几种;所述的抗氧剂是指二丁基羟基甲苯、没食子酸丙酯中的一种。
